Ugh the ppl so sweet and nice. Took my pup to get her anal glands squeezed for $7 but nothing came out so they didn’t charge me and told me come back when it builds up. Yall know some businesses be so raggedy and mean they would charge you still just for the little labor of wasting their time. So I like this location.

I was told I would be able to view my dogs on video and it's only certain places at certain times. I was told they would send me text updates but they didnt. I was told my dogs would be in a "VIP" suite that was smaller than expected so I asked to put them both in VIP suites but that didnt happen. And the smaller dog lost weight because I believe they didnt feed them separate as discussed. They were there Thursday night as late as could be dropped off to Sunday night as early as they opened the door. I was disappointed in what I was told would happen and what really happened.

Couldn't ask for a better place to bring your dogs. I would highly recommend this place for anybody to have their pets babysitter during the day.

My Poky Pup is always taken care of here. I always miss him when we leave him but I know he is playing and having fun. I tell Poky he is going to Doggie camp 🐕 He also gets a report card. 🤭 His said he was a perfect angel. 😇 they always are better for others. This boarding ( doggie camp ) is awesome. Wouldn't leave my baby anywhere else. ❤ would like to see pictures again while they are staying. Always made me happy to see pictures of my baby while gone.

This is the only place I’ll bring my dog for boarding! The entire staff is so kind and my pup always has a good time staying with them. Richard has become one of Ralphie’s favorite people! As a nervous dog mom it’s hard for me to leave him when I go away, but I’m always at ease knowing he’s in their care.

Barktown Killen is amazing. I have a feisty, old (13) tiny schnauzer who likes being left alone. She loves the staff here, she wiggles and wags every time she goes to stay. They've always been really flexible with my weird schedule. Recommend 100%!

Our Graham boarded with Barktown. It was our first time boarding our boy. So, naturally, I was anxious. I would say I have high expectations when it comes to our pets and others taking care of them. However, they met all of them. First of all, I felt at ease knowing all of the dogs had to prove vaccination status and we wouldn’t have to worry about a sick dog when we returned. Barktown made me feel so much better about the whole process by communicating well with us throughout the stay and posting pics of our happy boy to make it so much more bearable on my dog momma heart. Lol! We highly recommend!

We absolutely love Barktown Killen! Sonny has the absolute best time while he’s there! He loves to go visit his friends and loves the staff! Sonny got his first bath Barktown bath a couple days ago and he came back so clean and fluffy. We loved it!!

We LOVE Bones! My Ellie girl loves going to doggy daycare! She’s always greeted with happy, smiling faces and lots of love! The staff is excellent in easing any worries and extremely accommodating to your pup’s needs! Daycare has made a world of difference in Ellie’s separation anxiety.

Love this place. ❤️ I have large breed dog and he been going since he was a puppy. He loves Bones. Duke has stayed for boarding , daycare and just drop off bath. Service is amazing. The really do love the dogs and treat you and your pup like family!! Wish I could give them 10 Stars

Wouldn’t take our dogs back or recommend this place to anyone. One had a big scrape that they were completely unaware of, they didn’t keep promises about sending updates, and both pups acted like they hadn’t been out all day when we picked them up.

The only place I leave my dog! She goes most week days for daycare and boards here anytime I’m out of town. My dog is so timid and shy, but she never hesitates to go with these girls. They obviously treat the animals with so much love. I love that I can leave my pet and feel at ease that she’s loved and taken care of, whether it’s just a few hours or for several days.

My dog LOVES going to Bones! Every time I go out of town I felt so guilty till I brought him here. He loves the workers. It’s like he gets his own vacation when I go out of town. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. The facility is so nice and clean. I never have to worry about him when I’m gone.

Our Huxley goes to Bones, Beds and Biscuits for doggy daycare and absolutely loves it! The staff is wonderful and you can see that they love all of the fur babies. Huxley gets excited when I tell him that he gets to go to daycare and play with his friends. Also, Bones, Beds and Biscuits is very clean! You can tell that they take pride in their business! I would recommend them a thousand times over!

Valerie, Brandon, and the staff at Bones are over the top with your furry friends! They are always willing to exceed your expectations and take care of your pets. They have took care of my GSP on short term and extended stays with no issues!! Customer service has always been spot on, and they communicate very well with you via text if anything is needed. If I could rate any higher I would! Thank you guys for all you do, I will continue to recommend everyone to you.

Our Stryker loves going to Bones! Anytime we go out of town this is where he stays! He seriously gets so excited when we tell him he’s going and forgets all about us when he is there! They treat all the fur babies like their own and you can tell they actually love taking care of them. I highly recommend using Bones, Beds, and Biscuits for your fur babies too!

Bones, Beds and Biscuits is such a great place! They are always quick to respond to booking dates and/or any questions I may have. The environment is clean and our baby is loved on and called by name the minute we walk in the door. He’s never hesitant to go and isn’t desperate to see us when we come in the door for pick-up. So, I know he is having fun and being well taken care of. I love that they offer baths before pick-up, so he comes home smelling clean. And my favorite thing is getting to see pictures of him posted to their Facebook page while we are away. Our entire family is always anxious to see the pictures and it makes our heart happy to see him doing well. We couldn’t recommend them more!

I was very happy with how my Mini Golden Doodle got treated. Alisha was wonderful with her. I asked her for daily updates and she didn’t miss a day and it made my vacation great because I didn’t have to worry about Gabby . I will be taking her back . It’s the best place .

My lab is very skittish around strangers especially when I'm not there, but they quickly learned the way to her heart as well as her brother's when we had them boarded! They definitely wore my dogs out in a good way, and I'll be bringing them here every time!

My 13-year old is happier than he's ever been! I can't thank the staff of Bones, Beds, & Biscuits enough. Madix has severe separation anxiety, and has a tendency to destroy the house when left alone. That's why we are finally trying a doggy daycare, and couldn't be happier with the results! They have totally catered to his issues (anxiety, deafness, blindness, cancer, bad back), and he is so much happier! In fact, yesterday when I picked him up, he jumped into my car for the first time in probably a year. Thank you so much, Kim, for creating such a wonderful place for our fur babies.
