1-10 recommendation I give 5.Kellyton triage nurse could be so much more welcoming or just seem like she wants to actually be a pediatric triage nurse, and interact with the babies/children, because it helps in general...she made me feel rushed and like she would very much rather be somewhere else.Usually easy to get an appointment, though with covid their schedule is very fixed. If an afternoon appointment would be convenient for you instead of morning, you may have to rearrange your schedule to fit theirs.I didn't appreciate my voicemails not being replied to, when my baby was a preemie with a considered NICU stay although the issue wasn't an emergency that's what the nurse was there for non emergency situations.So, I opted to make an appointment to speak with someone personally and was assured a message had been passed directly!... explaining what the question was about and the nurse still failed to call me.Dr. Tauro, Dr. Tyler, Mrs. Kathy all first picks for us.We will continue with Alexander City and Dr. Tyler with behavior.But we will no longer utilize the Kellyton office.
