I like the girls here. I just get my Pippy's nails done and pictures made each holiday but they're priced very fairly and they are quick and good with her. We might be there 15 or 20 minutes max and that's with taking her picture.

Took my Australian Shephard in to get nails clipped and a bath. We live out in the country, so he gets really dirty often. He is mostly white. He came out looking like a big, wonderful, fluffy cloud. They did a great job on his nails. And he had a cute Easter bandana. Will be going back for sure. Great prices, too.

I took my dog here twice for a grooming and both times his right front paw 🐾 pad was cut and we ended up at the vet with infections. Unfortunately, no one from Wags & Whiskers never told me this happened, I had to be the one to say something to them.

Picked up our Pomeranian after 4 days boarding. They took his carrier from us, to the back, to put him in it. We took him out of the carrier less than 3 minutes after getting him. He had poop all around his bottom. It got on the carrier, our clothes and the car. I called back and was told "he didn't have any poop on him when she took him out of the cage, so he must have pooped after being put in the carrier." He doesn't poop in his carrier, never has. There is no way he would have had time to poop in the carrier and it's too small for him to walk around and do his business. (He has to walk as he poops) Very disappointed in the care he received while boarding.

Cheapest nail trim in town for my Sassy chiweenie for baby! She didn't have any issues w the techs and they were sweet and patient and did NOT have to muzzle my baby! That's why I loved them.

I love this place I take my rabbit Smokey to get a bath and groomed and they do amazing work with him he is a angora rabbit and very hard to trim and brush. Everytime I pick him up he is relaxed and isnt upset at all. And the staff are very professional and respectful. I would recommend anyone to go there for all your fur babies grooming needs and they even board I havent needed to leave any of my animals yet but the people that has used them has nothing but great things to say about them and they also give your baby a bath before you pick them up.

My 2 dogs had appt on 11/18/22 at 12:00. I had not heard from them by 4:30 and went by to check on them and all they had done was give them a bath. After 4 1/2 hours, they had not received their haircut and the excuse was that they had had several big dogs come in that were matted and took lot of time. I had appts for my dogs. I will not recommend this facility to anyone who loves their pets.

1st visit !! Scooter got his 1st trim. He feels better, smells better and looks better. Price was great. They said they trimmed his nails but I'm not sure. My arm has several new scratches. That doesn't normally happen for a week or so after trimming nails. Other that the nails great services. I will be taking Scooter back in 2-3 weeks for a full cut and nail trim.

I was so nervous to take my dog to a groomer because she is a spitz and can't have a haircut or it would damage her double coat/insulation. She also has a lot of anxiety when she is away from me. As I do when she is not with me l.. haha. But I dropped her off early and they called me just a few hours later. Way earlier than expected. I picked her up and she was not bald. She looked beautiful and they even had a cute bandana around her neck. I highly recommend and we will be back.

They were amazing! I have a rescue who is picky about his dog friends lol. They gladly welcomed him. They also stayed in contact with me the 2 nights he was there.. the best part.. they give boarders a bath before you pick them up!

I have never boarded my dog in the three years since his rescue and was nervous about leaving him in a foreign environment for the first time. But, Wags was so efficient and thorough I was easily able to relax through a busy weekend knowing my pup was well taken care of. The scheduling and check in process was thorough and exemplified this business’s attention to individual animal care. I was able to shoot a text to check in on Jameson at any point during regular hours. Pick up was seamless and they even confirmed payment before we arrived so all we did was pull in, load our dog, and head out. They even put up with my annoying dog mom questions. I LOVED this service and I am happy to know that I have found a business I can entrust my dog with.

My three dogs all 30lbs plus recently stayed at Wags and Whiskers from 7/3 to 7/8. They had quick and easy check in as well as check out. My oldest 8yo has skin conditions and has stayed at another facility recently for less time and had plenty of open marks on his chest and head. When I picked my old boy up from W&W he looked amazing, maybe even better. I am so grateful to have found a new permanent place for our babies whenever we need to go out of town again.

I’ve been using them for several months and they’ve always done a good job except this last time. She doesn’t smell like she was bathed and the de shedding was a very poor job. Hopefully this is just a one time thing because I would like to keep using them. I think they were over booked and they rushed through it.

Thank you so much for taking excellent care of our doggies while we were out of town!!! They seemed to have enjoyed themselves while we were gone. Some places I have went to, the dogs seemed hurt or unhappy when we picked them up.. but NOT at your establishment!! Thanks again. We hope to bring Aly, Athena, and Luna back soon

There must just not be enough groomers. To bring ur dog in at 830 am but not find out there are done with just a wash and nail clip after ten hours is crazy. Plus they leave them wet in kennel to dry not even a towel to move it along and they never cut nails enough so a week later they look the same length. If they just scheduled appointments it would go a long way. Plus they said they took my dog out to pee one and a half hours before I got there and yet as soon as I got him outside he peed for like 30 seconds straight

I am very pleased the way my pet was taken care of. My pet rufus had a bath and smelled so good when I pick him up. Prices are reasonable. The kennel was clean and organized my rufus was well took care of.Thank you wags an whiskers

I was very pleased! Our two dogs seemed happy when we picked them up as if they didnt even miss us. They were clean and smelled so good. I only gave a 4 because i didnt get to see where my dogs were being kept and with us never being there and new to them, they didnt even ask me anything about my fur babies. And when I called to see when I could pick them up (cause i was anxious and missed them) the guy wasnt very personable. He wasnt rude just not personable. The girl that i think runs it was very sweet and when she called while we were away, i asked how they were doing and she took the time to tell me and didnt make me feel rushed. We will probably use them again.

Just moved to the area and they were suggested. Was hoping for a little nicer environment...not very personable. I also asked for a trim/half cut and he came back completely shaved down. Not sure if I like not having a set appointment times and them doing so many pups a day.
