Generally happy with the Jasper location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Probably won’t buy chicks from here again though, bought 4 this spring and was supposed to get 3 RIR hens and a barred rock hen, ended up with 3 RIR roosters and not a barred rock.

They were very rude and unprofessional. Said the dog wash station was ready to use but went back there and the sign said closed for cleaning and the refused to clean it or let me know when it would be clean they said” just look at the sign it’s closed”

I have a 110lb dog that has anxiety, and a 45lb dog that thinks bath time means a rewarding experience by bolting out the door and roll in the closest pile of smelliest whatever he can as soon as he's dry.The pet washing station was a sanity saver. Maybe it's because the dogs didn't have home field advantage, maybe because it's got everything you need to bathe and groom your dog safely and conveniently all within reach, or most likely both, but it was a great experience that left both me and the dogs a lot less traumatized than home baths.

I think it’s interesting that you do not give military discounts all year since you have special military parking in front of your store. Only giving it on certain patriotic holidays might as well be as good as a furniture store sale for civilians…

Ordered dog treats 'ship to store' like normal. Company never stocks them anymore. Takes about 9 days on average. Sent me an email notice that they were in. Somebody in the area went to pick them up for me day of (that Friday), and an employee said they weren't there and the trucks hadn't been unloaded, and to come back next Friday (what?). Same person was in the area Monday, and another employee said it had been more than 2 days, and there was nothing she could do (what?). Three weeks since the email, and still no auto-refund, so I have to spend more time doing it myself. Companies like this make decisions so easy. We'll never be giving you business again. Be sure to thank those two hapless employees working on Feb 25 and 28.

I went to Tractor Supply on a Saturday evening for a Father's Day gift. The store front was clean and organized and everything was priced clearly. I found my purchases easily and the register lines were well staffed. The store as a whole is well staffed and the employees are very helpful. I highly recommend this location!

If you have animals, from cats and dogs to cattle, horses etc., Tractor Supply has all you need to keep them full and healthy. They carry almost anything you need if you live on a farm. They have pens for baby chicks, feed and supplements for all types of livestock. They also carry a great selection of boots, and western clothing. I like the rustic home decor they have. Of you need weed killer or something to control pest like fire ants or any other insect. They even have 🐍 snake repellent, and they are bad this year. Several people have been bitten already. Rather safe than sorry I am going to try this repellent out. The store is always clean and organized. The employees are always friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The new store is nice. Plenty of useful things to choose from. The location could use a turning lane but it's still a nice place to shop. I bought heartworm medicine for my dogs.

Went today try to get help for an item I wanted. One of the male employees told me to go up front to cashier and she get help. Went to cashier she acted like it was a bother turned her back on me I stood there 5 minutes then went in front of her and asked if I could get help. Her reply well everyone outside right now. Told her I wait about 5 minutes still no help. I left. Awful service...

Honestly, one star is too much! I would have given this store -5 stars if possible. I have been going to TSC's Jasper, AL store (#798) every Friday, for 6-7 months. I spend anywhere from $30-150 each week. The last 3 times I have been there, I couldn't even browse because one, if not two, of the workers were following me around to the point that I had to say something tonight. First off I am a perdiatric RN, a married mother of 3 & I have NEVER STOLE ANYTHING IN MY LIFE! I understand shoplifting happends a lot. I worked retail in college & we were trained to keep an eye on "sketchy people". However, the behavior of the two women tonight & the other workers that were on duty during my past visits was absolutely REDICULOUS!!!!!!! I walk in with my 13 yr old son & they immediately began following us, to the point that my son says "mom, why the heck are the following us?" I told him about the other times I'd been in there & this had occurred. I then started looking at things I didn't need or even knew what the heck the were for, just to seen what they would do. There this woman was, at every turn. Finally I got to the pet care isle, as I was squatting down, looking at some dog wormer on the bottom shelf, this woman walks up and says, " finding everything u need?" "Yes," I replied. She just kept standing there, 6-12 inches from me. Then she says, " well, what do u need?" I couldn't believe this b****. I couldn't take it anymore! I said "Do u want to look in side my purse? I'm not stealing anything & what you are doing is extremely offensive". She then preseeded to apologize, but then got snippy, saying she was just trying to help and I needed to "move along". I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO MY LOCAL CO OP!!!!!!!

Great stock, great selection of animal supplies. I buy my dog and cat food in bulk here and it has great prices. Customer service could be better.

Because of all the storms last night we have been without power since 5:30 last night, as have many people in Dora and surrounding areas, with no idea when we will be getting our power back. I called every place in Gardendale and Jasper looking for a generator. Only to hear very hateful people telling me they were sold out and didn't know when they would have more. I called TRACTOR SUPPLY IN JASPER and the very nice lady told me that they had already sold out twice today and the manager (Jaccob) was back out again in his truck and trailer going to ALL the Tractor Supply's up in Mississippi picking up more generators and he would be back around 3pm. When every other places were being very hateful to customers looking for help, Jaccob and the employees at the Jasper Tractor Supply were going above and beyond to help there customers out. THANK YOU SO MUCH TRACTOR SUPPLY IN JASPER.

Good selection of farm supplies and decorative house or yard supplies. They have clothing in many sizes. A bit pricey on decorative & clothes items but I suppose that'd be a specialty in a farming supply store

Warning when buying propane tanks u have 5 years from the date on them its 11-18 now .. Dates are 3-18 to 6-18 thats 8 months you loose when askes when newer ones will be in manager had a bad attitude. Stay away from jasper tractor supply
