Went there tonight to pick up a few things as I shop here ALOT. Around the Christmas items,I barely had room to push a buggy. The section toward front of store is so crowded with "Christmas gifts" that its hard to get through there too when meeting other people walking your way. Get over to the bath stuff and there's a pallet of stuff sitting right in the middle of the isle and no way to go around it. I turned around and was going to go up the next isle over and 2 workers had another pallet of stuff right in the way. So I was like forget it. I went to another isle trying to figure what part I needed for a bathroom and a worker and customer walked over and they were talking about an item among each other, after that the worker splits away, didn't even bothering to ask me if I needed help, even though I was standing there clueless to what I needed.

Home Depot with their Hugh inventory is a good place to buy everyday things we need. Many items are fairly priced. However, some items are vastly overpriced. My point is if you don't have to have it that day go to Amazon.

We recently bought a house so we needed a washer and dryer. Knowing you get a discount if you open a Home Depot charge, I did it ahead of time online so I wouldn’t have to wait there for them to do it.When making the purchase with Lynn, she said that we may not get the discount since we didn’t apply in the store. She said that we would get $100 off if we put it in the charge card.We go up front to pay for it and I told the cashier what Lynn told us and she said it doesn’t apply with appliances.So I guess anyone in the store can tell you something that is incorrect as long as they play ignorant? I expect the person IN appliances should know if the discount applies to appliances or not. I guess that’s not the way things are done in this Home Depot.We will be canceling our card with them and go to Lowe’s from now on. The people who work at this store don’t stand behind what you are told by someone else who works there.

Points for actually being nice, but when I pay over $79 for delivery and over $300 for materials, I expect nothing to be damaged and my directions to be followed. The delivery driver asked me where I wanted the sheetrock dropped, I told him the porch, and he set it on the ground instead. And they dug up part of the yard with their tires. You could have tried stepping that back down. Especially when I'm paying $79 for you to go like 13 miles down the road I expect better.

Terrible experience with installation. Barely any communication between home depot and their third party services for installs. We ran into multiple problems that were expensive and 3 different delays. It could have been handled a bit better.

Can't rent equipment online, they say because of demand, so first come first serve.... what a joke, this store needs improvement for many reasons.. needed to rent a mini excavator so have to go and see if they have one, they have one sitting, asked associates at rental counter, well it has a dead battery so can't rent it.. well I saw a tractor with bucket and digging arm, asked about it... well it's not in the system so no go on it either.. I'm told that the next day about 130pm an excavator will be coming back so check around then......Fast forward to the next day.. 11am I'm at the store to get a few things and also see about the excavator... well about 12pm I see it being brought back, ALSO noticed the tractor with bucket and digging arm is gone????Asked about the just returned excavator and well of course the rental computer system is not working, call later...So called 2 hours later, yes we can rent now the system just came back up, but that excavator is already rented by the manager to someone else... seems to me this store just playing darn games... not to mention no carts ever inside the store and allowing everyone to park in front of the lumber doors and can't hardly get out the store with lumber on a stinking cart...I am done with this jasper location.. and anyone that will listen to me I will discourage from ever stepping foot inside that store........

My husband visited jasper home depot Sunday December 3, 2023. Janie helped my husband tremendously!! Got a really good deal on potting soil and was super, super nice and helped him find what he needed!! Thank you Janie for being nice and helpful in a world today where people can't even manage a kind word or a smile. Have a very Merry Christmas!!!

I've tried several times at this store to buy tools, of course they are locked up because of theft but ask for help and always told by associates let me get someone but no one comes.... this is pitiful customer service..

Stay away from this store, always some issue, can't get anyone to assist with tools locked up, when asked about items, always told I don't work in this area let me get someone, but they must get lost as nobody ever comes to help, .. just bad vibes ,, spend your money somewhere that at least acts Like they care no way on earth this store gets a 4.2 rating unless asking their associates to go online and give good reviews, otherwise not possible!!!!!!!!!!

You can't get anyone to help you when you need it and there's employees everywhereI wouldn't recommend going to the store unless you got plenty of time to sit around and wait for someone to come help you and that could be all day. The staff is rude to their customers.

I went in for about 30 minutes and saw 7 to 8 LARGE dogs. There are small children, special needs people and people who have suffered trauma from dogs attacks who also need things at Home Depot. These people should not have to be in an uncomfortable environment because some people think it’s acceptable to let dogs into a store. Animals belong outside.

I had a good experience here! Joy in the back part where they cut the lumber was very helpful patient and kind. She listened, got help when needed and was very sweet to my kid. The wood they cut was recommended and fit great with my project.

Friday afternoon we arrived at home depot to rent a piece of equipment. The equipment rental does not close until 6:00 so I thought great we are in luck as it was 5:45. As soon as we got into the store we were told the equipment rental workers left early. We were told to see customer service up front. I did not get the ladies name that helped us but she was so sweet. We ended up getting one of Home depots best employees Mrs. Tracy. She met us at the equipment rental and helped get everything done. She wa so sweet and did not rush us and answered every question I had. Thank you Mrs Tracy for staying over and working with us. Home depot and everyone else needs dedicated employees like you. Had it not been for the sweet customer service girl and Mrs Tracy this review would have been very different.

We go here only because it is the ONLY choice we ha e for quick pickups on things for our home we are updating. Otherwise we try and shop elsewhere. Their in stocks items are so very limited and they are far to overpriced.

The store employees get a 5 star review, but Home Depot gets zero, they sell you appliances & tell the store associate it’s in stock at their warehouse when it actually isn’t, then they text you saying you’re delivery is delayed a week or more, & continue doing so, if you need an appliance quick, don’t buy from them,it’ll be several weeks before you ever get them if at all. They lie to get the sales & don’t care about the customers at all, if you call the 800 help # those people lie right to your face & refuse to put a supervisor on the phone with you! They are horrible & have wasted hours of my life & a couple hundred dollars at a laundromat. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Costco delivers when promised & cost less.

It took about 20 minutes to find assistance and was given a general "over there" gesture when I asked for a specific product. While at the self checkout I asked for assistance and was told "Just a sec" and the checkout attendant rolled her eyes.Aside from that, the product I found on my own is quality and was easily installed. I have confidence in it's durability

Never any assistance when needed. Always someone just out of reach. They make sure to keep their eye on you until you need them to actually answer a question ir assist with products. Very very uneasy place to shop and difficult at times

Lack of management - employeesWaited 30 minutes trying to get a sheet of plywood cut. Eventually after asking enough employees I was told there was no one in the building that could operate the saws. I wasted 30 minutes due to the lack of management in this location. 1 young man called the store manager who did absolutely nothing to help. I departed without my plywood.
