Was recommended the fruity cotton candy vape juice while looking for something new and just giving them an idea of ta flavour combination. I don't know how they picked the perfect one out of their huge selection but they hit the nail on the head!

The girls at roll thru are super knowledgeable and nice. The store was clean and well stocked with variety of glass vapes and gummies. Misty was attentive and got what I needed quickly. It’s always a pleasant experience at roll thru. They also have a drive through for quick stops.

The ladies that work there are very rude and dismissive to their customers. Not even slightly helpful or attentive. Overheard the blonde lady trash talking the owner and customers. I even overheard her telling a customer to go across the road where juice is cheaper. Nice building and products but staff is lacking.

The best vape shop around! They have a great selection of disposable vapes, variety of juice flavors, outstanding delta products like vapes, gummies even creams! Yes, they really work wonders! They have sales often and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll try to order it for you so it’ll be there when you visit again! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their products! I definitely recommend Roll Thru

First off I totally get that a vape shop is a laid back place of business but every time I go in she is sitting on the couch playing on her phone.Secondly with the vast amount of vapes disposable and mods she seems lacking in the knowledge section. Just because vapes are the new hot commodity doesn’t mean just anyone should jump in the business marketAnd lastly it kinda ties in with the first point I think she’s just kinda lazy. What is the point in having just a drive through without being able to go in? Are you going to offer a menu? No you don’t. Either hire a competent manager and take a step back and let them run it or just sell all together because you suck

The ladies were nice. Yes. But I feel like it has a “clique” type feel to it. In other words, if you’re not in the circle, then you get basic service. This place has the potential to be amazing but I feel like they need a variety of faces. If I’m not mistaking there’s two sisters and one other person. But I haven’t seen the other person in a minute. Why not hire more faces? It can’t be ran by just two people. They deserve time off. But it’s your basic smoke shop. Nothing special about it.

Update- alot of new Products in & if not theyll order it. Also ive said before but their staff is very helpful. Just left & will be back soon! 10-14-23The staff here helped me find what I needed & they are very curtious & professional. They have my business. Also if they don't have what you need they will order. Very friendly & more knowledgeable by the day. They are animal friendly & Esp. With a disability the drive thru is Perfect.

Staff has always been nice make me and my wife welcome. If they don't have the product we are looking for, they will try to get in. It is nice for a vape shop to grow and learn from it customers. I will always come back to this store. It is also nice to be able to ask a question about a product and they can give an opinion about. This is also the only shop in town that I feel comfortable letting my wife into without getting screwed over.

I have been a few times now and I have been very satisfied with the friendliness of the employees and the quality of service. They always have what products I want and if they didn’t they would order it and let me know when it comes in. The inside is very clean and neat and they have added some comfortable seating for their customers. I plan on using this business from now on. I hope if you are a vape user you give them a try.

Very clean and put up shop even while putting up a shipment. Very kind people that talked to me. Can't give a 5 star because they aren't as knowledgeable on some stuff as I'd like but for it to be a relatively new shop it's not a bad thing and that knowledge will come in time. All in all a very good experience so keep up the good work.

My husband told me about this shop and I went there for the first time today. The employees were so patient and helpful as I was changing flavors and wasn’t sure what to get. I left there with a vape juice that I’m sure will become my favorite. Highly recommend this shop!

Went in to buy a 60ml bottle of juice. $20 for a single bottle is outrageous. Vape loft sells 2 for $22-26, gas stations sell 2 bottles of twist for $19.99 while this store charges $17.99 for 1, the coil selection was awful and the juice selection is par at best. A drive-thru does not make paying absorbent prices to save 12 seconds of walking in worth it.

Great customer service, such a huge variety of products! My favorite part has to be the drive thru tho if you don’t feel like going into an actual store the drive thru is a great alternative and you still get everything you want even snacks for the kiddos ! This is now my GO TO place.
