Only two people working the floor. Leaving a line of customers of about 8 deep. The sales floor seemed to be very cramped with stock. The price of the items were not the price on the floor. This was first time I have ever had this experience in this location...previously it was great service.

Too bad they are cutting employee hours and losing some of their good workers, ones that really care. Place is clean and well run and the animals are all well cared for. My wife and I visit quite frequently for pet food and supplies.

Store was not busy. They were out of a lot of the medications for pets. The one thing I went in for, they were out. They didn't know when they might get more in.I don't shop at Petco often just for that reason.Store was clean.

Very clean building, with several different types of animals. Support and help are fantastic as you search for supplies, toys food or more pets.

We were there to see if they had puppies 🐶 but they had no dogs 😢 or cats. All I saw was.fish, hamsters 🐹 and lizards 🦎. I guess they haven't stocked for the holidays yet. Store was nice and it was clean 👌..

everyone is so friendly, and pet co has everything i need for my dog, she has a very sensitive stomach and she's allergic to chicken and it's the only place that has everything i need for her.

Went in to check out their fish department. Just browsing mostly to see what I could find for my goldfish. Store is relatively small in comparison to most pet stores. Since I didn't need anything other than fish stuff, I can't really elaborate on the rest of their merchandise. Bought a couple of things after standing in the checkout line for an excessive amount of unnecessary time. Had to return one of the items the next morning and the process flowed much more smoothly than the previous visit the day before. Overall the store was a typical pet store. Just a task bit smaller. It works though.*edited to reflect 4 stars instead of 3. Initial 3 stars based on amount of time waited and lack of personalization in regards to staff upon first visit. 4 stars was granted based on the performance of second visit interaction with the sweet cashier.

WENT TO BUY MY ELDERLY DOG SOME THINGS. THE STORE WAS CKEAN AND GOOD. THE CLERK WAS RUDE TRY UPSELLING A SUBSCRIPTION PRICES WAY TO HIGH AND AS MUCH AS I WOULD LIVE TO SHOP MIRE THERE THEY JUST DO NOT HAVE THE ATMOSPHERE THAT MY DOG WAS EVEN COMFORTABLE IN. VERY SHORT AND RUDE AND NON INVITING

Anna Grace was one of the most helpful pet associates I've encountered in a long time in a corporate store setting. I was given an enormous amount of information, she helped me save money and gave me options that I didn't even know I had! Thank you Anna Grace and thank you Petco for employing associates thst know their stuff!

The store itself for its size has a decent amount of items to choose from, but the majority of the time those items are out of stock and incredibly hard to get. You pretty much have to go to the store every day or call every day to make sure your item is actually on the shelf. The staff is friendly though and they do their best to be as helpful as they can be. Even though I am mostly disappointed from the fact I can't find what I need to find. Overall, I enjoy my trips to the Jasper Petco.

Not cool to be such a high priced store and charge for bags. I rarely come in because prices are inflated but to be charged for the single bag it took to hold my $57 dollars worth of items was a slap in the face. I understand being environmentally proactive but make physical changes. Don’t charge your customers when you are already overpriced.

This visit was disappointing! Shelves needed to be restocked bad! We were unable to find any of 6 items we'd been purchasing! There were a number of employees just hanging around towards the back of the store talking. Maybe they could have stopped qhen we actually said, Excuse us. Can you help us find "x"???" I'm guessing the manager was on break? Hopefully, he/she wasn't one of the 5 or more standing there talking!

Me and my daughter come here a lot to buy stuff for her rabbit although there's not a huge selection. YOU CAN GET THE SAME THING'S AT WALMART AHELLA LOT CHEAPER.... AN AS MANY CUSTOMER HAVE SAID THE EMPLOYEES NEVER EVER HAVE HELPED US NOT ONCE OTHER THAN BEING ON THE WAY TO THE REGISTER AFTER A GOOD MINUTE TO CHECK US OUT.N THE POOR BETA FISH NEED SOME MAJOR MAJOR ATTENTION I FEEL SO SORRY 😞 FOR THEM N A COUPLE OF THE REPTILE'S NEED TO HAVE A THOROUGH EXAM TO MAKE FOR SURE THEY HAVE NO KIND OF ALGAE SKIN INFECTION SOMETHING'S GOING ON WITH SOME OF THEM.. AND THE POOR BIRDS JUST ACT LIKE THEY'RE COLD MAYBE I'LL GET SOME DECENT HELP ONE DAY SOON UNTIL THEN BEST OF LUCK ON EVERY LITTLE THING THAT'S GOING WEONG OR HAS WENT WRONG.......

I found this Petco to be very clean and organized. The staff was very knowledgeable of the products and seemed happy to help. I was looking for a cat food, because I found the "store" brands were not being eaten by my cats. The staff found a brand for me with Venison in it....... they love it! Thanks.

They have a big variety of reptiles for sale. They also have hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, mice and ferrets. And they have a big variety of fish, Salt water and fresh water. And the staff is very friendly.

My Guinea pig just had 2 babies. I didn't even know she was pregnant when I got her. I couldn't be more excited. They are prescious. Thank you all for the Mommy!!!!

I placed an online order on 10/29 thinking the store was open until 7:00. They now close at 6:00 and it was almost 6:30 when I arrived. I called and someone actually answered the phone, she is a manager. While all of that was happening an associate saw me at the door and came to see if she could help. These two ladies could not have been nicer and I feel certain they were ready to go home. I left with my entire order thanks to them!! I appreciate their help and kindness more than I can say.

This place has the best customer service ever! I placed an online order for pickup on Friday, 10/29. I thought they were open until 7:00 but they are now closing at 6:00. I arrived at 6:20 and they were closed. I called the pick up number on the off chance someone would answer. Someone did answer and an associate walking through the store saw me and came to the door. Not only did they answer after hours but the associate and the manager on duty got my order, brought it out and took it to my car! I know these two ladies were tired and ready to go home but they helped me anyway!! Their kindness saved me an extra drive which would have been about 50 miles round trip. I wish I had gotten their names but just want to say the two ladies closing the Jasper store should be an example to everyone!
