Hands down the busiest truck stop I stopped at from Los Angeles to Atlanta. They have everything you could possibly need on a road trip and there are restaurants and motels also in the immediate area. Again, it’s a very high traffic location, so it’s very heads up driving in the parking lot. In fact, I would say the parking situation is inadequate to handle the amount of people at this place

They want you to download the app and check it all the time, waited to buy my fuel at this Love's only to find a few hours after checking it their fuel price increased by 0.10. Then went through the drive thru at their McDonald's was told my order was 9.05, forgot to ask for a receipt only to find they charged me 12.41, around 37% higher. Mismanaged or a ripoff, or both.

Clean store inside and out. Stopped in a little after 7am to get fuel and some snacks. Prices are higher than other gas station/convenience stores within 15 miles.(20 oz Diet Mountain Dew + Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccino $6.30)Lots of hot food, fresh fruit and variety of beverages including coffee. Restrooms were very clean. Small, fenced in doggy park was a nice addition🐕

Excellent parking. Very well planned. Inside you can find a Mc Donald and a Subway. Very nice service and good amount of pumps. The bathroom is in repair in the boys bathroom but everything else is very comfortable so you can go and do some exercises while you go in and your everyday necessities and Essentials.

Stopped at this gas station just outside of Birmingham, Alabama for gasoline and a bathroom break. It is like other Love's location and has typical gas station snacks and drinks, as well has some small, hot foods. There is also a McDonald's and Subway onsite too. The bathrooms were clean, the gas was reasonable, and other items were obtainable here. The trucker lot was busy and seemed full as there were trucks parked on the side of the road but they did not cause any issues with visiting this location. Would stop at again during future trips.

The ladies bathroom was not good. Half the stalls were dirty and backed up. The men’s room was better but not by much. It’s a big gas station with lots of food options though. And conveniently just off the highway. It’s a busy location and not a lot of customers wearing masks, though. And those wearing them don’t always wear them correctly.

I wanna say by far this is one of the best truck stops. This truck stop I consider my half way point when I go home to visit. On this past Friday, we took a trip home and my car begin to do weird things all the engine lights came on and the car begin to lose power. I pulled to the gas pump because I needed gas as well l proceeded to get the gas while my husband tried to figure out the issue. A technician was pulling trash and informed us they had roadside service and he could come and help. The technician that proceeded to help was Jamie. Jamie went above and beyond to assist us I am forgere grateful for all his help and you guys should give him a promotion.

Hey Love's 👋 Instead of putting up a fence between Love's and Waffle House; how about put in a sidewalk so that us truckers don't feel like we're being forced to eat the poison ingredients that they put in their food at McDonald's. 🤔 Plus people would respect the landscaping if they had a path to follow. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Inside was clean. It was nice to have McDonald's and Subway in the same building. Gas pumping area was clean and pumps looked new. However there was no windshield wiper water to clean windshield.

Love’s in Jasper, Alabama, is on my list of safe places to stop. I’ve never had issues while fueling my vehicle, grabbing food, or walking around. This location is busy, busy during the summer. The ladies restroom is too small, the layout of the entire facility is odd in my opinion. Cramped. Overall, this is one of the best places to stop before and after exiting Birmingham.

Loves...one of your managers (appears to be a manager) needs to wash her hands when she leaves the bathroom regardless of what business she does in the bathroom. She was in a stall next to me. I left out, went to the sink and washed. She left out of the stall and proceeded right out the door. Than got her stuff to leave and before leaving messed with the grill food!!!! Older woman with glasses. Purple loves shirt 15:55pm on 11/9/23...I love your truck stop but THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY FROM SOMEONE WHO APPEARS TO BE MANAGEMENT. DO BETTER!

Perfect travel stop with a good variety of things. Prices are a little bit high but convenience is key. Fast food, Subway, hot food, gas, and lodging. Stock up if you have too.

I came for a nailed tire to repair, my tire was good and repairable, they told me to be away from truck, after few minutes they called me saying there is another hall at the side of my tire. The hall was new and I believe they did something, they just offered me to replace it.How is this fair, why you cannot keep your property while someone can do what ever he likes.

Not only do they not offer overnight parking for non-commercial vehicles they also use rat poison bait stations around their retention pond, which cause the death of raptors such as hawks and owls.

A fairly clean store. Not much options in the area. Newer highway. Has a McDonald’s inside and a Subway. Very busy so be prepared for that. Clean bathroom. Also had some grab and go items. Not the biggest selection of beer but most major brands.

Lives is always my go to sport when traveling and this one fits not disappoint. Friendly service with a smile and happy to help. Bathroom was clean and most importantly my snacks were fresh. Busy but was ready enough to gas up and go.

It's a very busy place. So be prepared to wait for a few minutes in line. The gas pumps usually have no wait but a small wait inside. The cashiers work very well in the fast paced environment.

This Love's is clean, has good coffee and the usual variety of snacks. Attached Subway and McDonald's. For some reason this location has a lot of children's toys. My Little Pony and other Barbie type dolls.

Way too crowded. They are the only gas station off a busy exit. Don’t bother trying to get gas. It won’t happen unless you get in a long line. Terrible experience.
