The employee there that worked Friday evening day after thanks giving is rude an very unprofessional an lazy .they had a sale 5 Pepsi products for 5 dollars 2 litters. When I took the 3 ginger ale an the 2 mugs root beer he rang em up at full price .When I brought it up they was 5 for 5 he got rude .my nephew went back there an took a pic of the sighn an had a few choice words with me .he then told another employee to go back there an take the sale sighn down because he didn't get paid enough to take time to ring up sales items .an all thru this he still insisted they weren't on sale but the sale sighn had the date .another example of some who wants a job but doesn't think they should have to work ..as we walked in he arguing with another customer ..sad you hire pepole to work an they act like your interrupting there time .won't be using dollar general again .

Rude and self gratifying new cashier today at 3:15. I guess she's in training. Don't see her making it there too long. Too rude. She was slow and RUDE. Telling customers to speed up basically. Can't see someone like that being part of a team. Just stand there and practice RUDENESS.

Freight everywhere. Couldn't walk down numerous isles to where you couldn't squeeze by even,if you wanted to. Crates of warm in date milk sitting on the floor. On top of empty shelves and what makes me never want to buy anything refrigerated/frozen again in fears of getting sick, the last 3 boxes of zingers I went to get 1 of, expired in June, October and September. Still sitting on a feature at the front of store... It's a week from December. Come on.

The worst Dollar general ever! Mess outside and inside. Cant even go through the aisles because carts full of merchandise just sit in the boxes, employees wont stock them up on the shelves. And it's like that ALL the time!! Several times I had to get stuff from the boxes because it wasnt on the shelves. Seems like they just gave up on that store

Omg!! This is the worst DG I have ever been too and I've been to every one in the top half of Alabama. Even installed internet in a few if them. The shelves are empty, the bathroom had no soap, or dry off towels, the employees are unfriendly, there is overstock just sitting in the aisles some aisles are very unsafe to walk down and some you can't walk down. This is terrible. They really need to look into this store. The workers have lots to do but are both sitting down behind the register not working.

I shop at this location all the time. The ladies are always polite and professional. I watched Assistant Manager Billie deal with a rude customer and smile and take care of my order without any attitude. Yes the company should take better care of their employees, but these ladies take care of their customers with a smile.

I like Dollar General but it doesn't matter which store you go they will always be 1 cashier running a register on top of stocking inventory with cleaning and recovering and having to assist customers through out the store mean while your line at register starts forming pretty deep and you always got the one customer who actually hasn't waited long at all by the way weisled his way up to the front by acting like they know everybody complaining about how long it's taking. I actually feel bad for that one cashier who happens to come across the one customer that takes it out on them instead they should address to Dollar General Corp but probably wouldn't do any good cause they run it by a 1 manager and 1 cashier system.

Worst Dollar General I have ever been to. Cashiers were sitting around when there are a million things to be put away. I couldn't find anything because all of the products were scattered everywhere and stacked up on the floor. The store was just plain disgusting.

This dollar general is by far the messiest I have ever seen... Due to all the carts on the sales floor there is no way this place is up to ADA standards there is no way a person in a wheel chair could navigate this store i could not even gst thru the store with a buggy without leaving the buggy at end of several aisles and just walking up the all and coming back to buggy this excess should be kept in storage room not cluttering up walk ways

The only complaint that I have about shopping here is that I always, and I mean always, spend more time in the store than I intend to. I.e. "Okay kids. No lollygagging. We are here to get laundry soap and that's it! I've got a busy day ahead"!( 45 minutes, and a buggy full of ...well, everything, later) "Mom! You promised only 10 minutes"!

The store stays cluttered...Boxes, carts, the BIG roller things that are extremely hard to move when you need to get something off the shelf behind it and inventory everywhere. It seems like it never gets put away or cleaned. Maybe more staff membersare needed? I spend ALOT of money at DG STORES. I may look like awful when I shop there, unfortunately I actually feel worse than I look. Anyway, I DO NOT STEAL. BUT, I GET FOLLOWED AROUND LIKE I'M A CRIMINAL... I'm in this store at least once a day, if NOT more and I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES!! IF I CAN'T AFFORD SOMETHING... I DON'T BUY IT AND DAMN SURE DON'T STEAL IT!! NOT SURE IF I'LL BE BACK IN THIS STORE OR NOT.... OTHER FOR THAT MATTER. I'LL START SHOPPING FIVE BELOW AND ELSEWHERE!

The Dollar General by Posey"s Store has rude managers and prices are never correct. Clearance items I chose were not 50% off as the store sign said. I was told that not all store participate in the clearance. On the spaghetti sauce clearly mark with a sign that said how much regular and the the 50% price was posted. When I get the register it rings up regular price. When I question it the manager jerked the label off when I showed her and she said that's not suppose to be there. The told me they were not allowed to do overrides on the cash register. Sane things in the washcloth sets that were 2.50 at discount rate. She said they were not on clearance. Now my husband works in the stores all year. Out if all of the 15 store between us we went to. This is the ONLY store that acts this way and had nothing on clearance??? Sad thing is it's the closest store to me. Guess I'll have to go further out. Im finished with this store

Only reason not 5 stars is because restroom had no way to wash hands. Understand understaffed which is understandable. Otherwise a very pleasant experience

I go to Dollar General everyday but but get very little by my house. Cheryl is so rude. Hates her Job hates you to ask her anything. She don't like working at Dollar General she is not someone to be around Customers. Donieven deserve one star. Star. This is in Boldo on Highway 69. Update this Assistant that hates her Job is retiring very soon!!!!!
