Its an average dollar general. The employees are nice but understaffed. The poor cashiers have to run back and forth to help people and run registers. The dollar general company really needs to understand that 2 people cant operate a store at that level and expext everything they want done to get done.

The customer ahead of me had checked out yet she and the cashier continued to carry on a conversation about covid 19 while I was waiting to check out. After 4 mins of waiting I just went to the self checkout..they were still conversing as I was on my way out. Not good customer service and I should know because I am in the retail business.

I always enjoy shopping here. On an average day I can come in, get everything I want, hit the checkout line and remember, after cashier tells me the total due and I almost have a massive heart attack, that I hadn't put in my phone number yet to get the digital coupon deals...and my heart begins beating again . what a rush!

It was wreck you couldn't get up or down the isles I get they have to put up stock they need more help and organization when stocking they are very busy parking lot stays full but can usually find a spot.you They have good variety of items sometimes I find stuff there that's not at the other stores but when they have it stocked and everything put away it's nice easy to maneuver but the store could have been a little bigger for the amount of merchadise.

Dollar General is the place to shop service is always very helpful and kind. I buy all my house hold cleaning supplies and hygiene products at Dollar General you cant beat their prices. One stop shop for me and everything you need.

The digital coupons are awesome. They are worth the time but sometimes the machine won't accept or allow the number to go through because service is down and if you have two coupons on the same item it will take the cheaper of the two.....There are some quiches but overall a worth while app

As always,you can get in and out pretty quick,after finding what your looking for. Dollar General doesn't move the merchandise around to get you to hunt. However,that being said,they(Dollar General)have started selling beer(no problem with that)and in so doing, have cut down on their freezer space. Other than that,I love DG!!!!

Stroll by your local D.G. or even try a different one. I've found some Stores are different than others. Their workers are usually tired from a long day...go by make someone's day, tell them you appreciate their hard work. Make a friend. They'll be more out to show they care every time you come in!!

this is the absolute best dollar general ever! wish they had the self check out option but I love that there isles are not slap full of unstocked boxes like most other dollar generals in the area

Today I stopped at this particular dollar General store to get a few small items and while checking out I asked the clerk where theu held their cell phone accessories (phone case) and with a very unfriendly tone stated that they dont carry stuff like that. This is when I kindly pointed out that the items I was looking for were in plain sight. The ladu continued to have the same negative attitude throughout my experience that afternoo.. Very unfriendly service. I will not return to this store

Nasty store, stuff out of place, employees outside while customers shop, all frozen food gets thawed out and then put in the freezer. Popsicles would be 1 big lump of ice. Employees have no class, very ghetto with bad hygiene (none of this applying to the young man that works as manager)

I really enjoyed my visit I'm disable an uselly have some one go's n for me but me an my granddaughter got out an we found everything easy to locate store was real clean I went one way she went the other n few minutes we meat at the cashier she was real nice an helpfull.my granddaughter had to to get a couple things we ask cashier where we might fine what we needed an she my randdaughter where to look my sidekick ran an got them I really enjoyed my visit hope all employees keep up the good work good job

Friendly convenient but they don't carry strawberry ice cream they carry Sour Patch which I do not know anybody that likes that why don't they switch I mainly shop the one near corner Middle School

They don't keep enough stock in that has been a problem for a while. But most times the employees there are really nice they don't keep the same for long it seems like.

Fair service but employee did not know about DG sales that just went into effect. She guessed or simply didn't know. Isn't it their job to know about the sales regardless when they came into effect?

Its all to do with who is working.The cashier has always been polite that I know of in the last several months.but I think it's a lot to do with what manager is over the store.cuz everyone don't steal.

I usually am able to get everything I go after, but today the shelves were bare in a lot of areas and they had carts blocking aisles.

You can find the right things you need that Walmart discontinued. Very friendly staff. Bigger and better store now instead of the small building that made it almost impossible to get through.

It's a brand new store in Sayre and has a wider selection of things than other "dollar" stores I've shopped at before. And the staff is helpful and friendly.

All dollar Generals are different and I live close to several none of them in my close town range sell African American hair products ..i don't think it's right ..and most of the stores are predominantly black..

The store is messy the line was long shelfs was not stocked ailes was blocked so sad to see shuch a good store go down in less than a year when they brought in new Managers
