CVS Pharmacy in Jasper is my family's go-to pharmacy. My husband and I absolutely love the whole pharmacy staff. They are always so helpful, patient, nice and extremely professional. Most of the staff now know us and greet us on a first name basis. We've been with CVS pharmacy for about 5 to 6 years now, and we trust them with our prescriptions and health. Thanks to everyone working hard at the pharmacy!

Absolutely rude and incompetent staff. The pharmacist is rude and she has a horrible attitude. I would recommend using anywhere other than CVS in Jasper. They denied my wife insulin syringes until she could prove she was diabetic. She had her pump with her and there was a record on file where she has had her insulin filled there yet they still denied her.

This pharmacy has been poorly managed for well over a decade now.They have even lost the hard copy of some of my prescriptions causing me to revisit the doctor's office.Many times my prescriptions weren't ready in 1hr as promised,but the following day.The staff seems to hate their job and don't mind slamming the window on you.This pharmacy location is eternally cursed and will never improve.

Honestly, I'd give this place a zero if Google would allow it. I've held back for a couple of years on leaving this place a review, but allow me to share my experience publicly...We use to frequent this pharmacy as it was closer to home. We totally stopped when our incident occurred. My husband was running out of his medication super quick, which wasn't something that usually happened. When I called for my husband, to check on when he was supposed to pick up again, the pharmacist made an eery comment about him running out too quick.Well, that stuck with me. So, I started counting them. One month, he was short 8, or something. I didn't have evidence for it, so I didn't call to confront them. However, the following month, he was short 15. We actually had a friend pick it up for us. And something came over me to record the opening of the bag, and I made sure the friend stood there while I counted. And sure enough, on video, my husband was short his prescription medication! Wow! (How far we have fallen humanity.)I called them, explained that there was a witness and video evidence to opening his medications, and that there were 15 units missing. The lady I spoke with (wish i would have got her name,) said to come back, and they would make it right. And we did. They made it right, that time.The next month rolled around, I counted my husband's medications, and the count was right on. At this time, I was thinking maybe this could of been a fluke. That maybe they wasn't targeting my husband...Well, after that month, the next month rolls around, and my husband was short 1 unit. I called and told them this, the pharmacist got on the phone with me and told me he counted them himself, there was no way we could be short 1. That if I had a problem with the count, to make sure to count them before I leave next time.Next month, I took his advice. I waited around for about an hour for them to get to me to count them out, one-by-one. They did that time. But the month after that, was where we really had a problem. Not only did they short my husband, act like jerks because someone got their hand caught in the cookie jar but, they also retaliated against us refusing to take our good rx coupons! Because I waited around for the pharmacist to count them out, our price that was normally 180 dollars was more like 400 dollars! The pharmacist told me that its up to the pharmacy location on whether they take good rx coupons or not. And for us, he wasn't taking them.Honestly, maybe not all of those people are awful human beings but those working there, including that thieving pharmacist (don't doubt someone's trying to make money off their customers expense,) really will come to a true judgment one day. They may think they can't be touched, but justice will, one day, befall those involved.I only use them now when I absolutely have to. Any time I can, I avoid them. All of them are awful 😖

Came to pickup my medicine. Lady working window was EXTREMELY rude!!! Was talking over me, was rude as soon as I pulled up to the window, told me it’d be at “least” a hour and slammed the window. She should be fired. If you can’t do your job right, find a different profession! Never had this problem before

These people are so rude, keeps you on hold for ever. Sometimes they forget all about you .When you get there , it’s always confusing trying to get your prescription, if you come when it’s not busy , the staff talks amongst theirselves until they finish their conversation. My recommendation ( based solely on my visits and calls) is to go somewhere else for prescriptions. People at front are nice and helpful, plus they have self checkouts

Very rude staff. I waited four hours and then they say we don't have your Med. I was like wow really.. I only come here if I absolutely half to. The pharmacist in charge needs replaced. He judges you on what you getting filled. I hate the place ... There is laws that protect the privacy of customer's they don't think it applies to them obviously

Most of these people who work in the pharmacy are some of the rudest humans I have ever encountered. I have been an RN for 27 years and if I talked to people like these do I would expect to be in an administrators office the next day. I worked in a prison and the guards were much nicer to the inmates than these people are to their own customers. These people SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. I'm moving my prescription.

I have not used very many CVS Pharmacies in the past. This on in Jasper is horrible. I have had so many issues here I can not even describe them all. When dropping off medication at the drive through there is only one girl that is newer that has a good personality. She is sweet. The others are VERY RUDE. They will tell me it should be ready in an hour and then I don't get a call or a text. I call the next day and I always get how "busy they were"....then don't tell me an hour....I've moved all my prescriptions to Winn Dixie!

Horrible experience every time I go in to pick up my medicine. I have been made to go to the back of the line when my medicine was ready to be picked up and watched the same instance with other customers who were allowed to come to the front of the line and to top it off I just waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to fill my one prescription. I normally keep my mouth shut but I am done let's see if yall will fix something for once or right it off as just another random person because the pharmacy set up they have is garbage.

Pharmacy staff was amazing! Helped me out with my son’s prescription and made it very easy to obtain his meds in less than 30 min. I was a bit skeptical due to prior reviews, but what I witnessed was nothing short of great customer service. I would definitely recommend this store

If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. Absolutely unprofessional staff except for maybe 1 person and that’s the only reason for the half point. I’ve been forced to use this pharmacy for a little over a year and every single time I have had to pick up my monthly prescription (same thing every single month) they tell me a time for pick up and it’s never ready. I usually have to call and wait on hold for 15-20 mins just for them to tell me they haven’t gotten started on it even though it was supposed to have been READY an hour before. Not only that but I no longer have insurance through my job and I pay out of pocket, but for some reason they still make me run around every month explaining to them how I pay out of pocket and have no insurance to verify so they will actually get my medicine together. And like I said I get the same thing every single month. I pay the same way every single month. This is the worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. I’ve used a cvs in warrior AL before and they are amazing so it isn’t the company or brand CVS. They just picked the wrong person to run the Jasper CVS. And last complaint. I have made numerous complaints about how the pharmacy is treating the patients and I always get the same thing. “We are so sorry we will have the pharmacy manager call you to discuss your issues”. Never heard from anyone and issues still aren’t fixed. Worst run pharmacy if you value your time and money and don’t enjoy having to run around and do the pharmacies job just to pick up your monthly prescription.So excuse my rant, but, I’ve had it with this place after a year and a half of trouble. It’s sad when your moving and one of your moving “perks” is getting to use a better pharmacy. Please! someone go to work there and fix this place for the sake of all the people that need their medicine to survive.... because if it’s up to this place... they won’t.

Update: so after well over 30 minutes, and an f up on their end , I've determined that Amber, the girl I was waiting for, who is also in training, is extremely confident .This is generally a great thing EXCEPT when making mistakes . Her superior should be paying more attention to her at this point to be sure things are not just being done, but being done correctly .VERY SLOW . My prescriptions have been sent in twice in the past 30 hours. I get here and am still told "20 minutes". They just called my name and the girl is in the back running her mouth. It's been 5 minutes now. The back area is extremely messy ,I don't see how they find anything .Most CVS get things done in a timely manner with 2 workers . There are currently 4 people on the back and they've just told one girl , also the one I'm waiting on , she should let patients know when there's a 3 hour wait, instead of just saying "15-20mins"...I'm still waiting...i wonder if this is one of the stores being closed down ... won't be coming back .

Terribly unaccommodating. Rude staff. I was in person trying to transfer a script from another state and the girl just says get the app. Then it's call your doctors office. Then it's get the app again. She didn't know the solution herself but wasn't willing to help either. When I didn't walk away I guess she realized she would actually have to help me. BTW there was an issue with the script that I couldn't have fixed myself. I call a few days later to see if my pills are ready but the rx# changed during the transfer so I couldn't check if it was ready on the automated system. When I talked to a tech over the phone again it was just get the app. When I told her the app wasn't helping me do what I needed and I was tired of hearing about their stupid app she pretended she couldn't hear me by saying hello twice and hanging up on me. I use CVS in VA because of their great customer service and they always go out of their way to fix issues. This one in Jasper is a shame to a good company and I have been so disappointed.

Never have the prescription ready when they say. If you call they put you on hold and forget you. My wife just called twice and was on hold 20 min. And no one answered. My grandson is a diabetic type 1 and was low on insulin some my daughter called to check on it and was told the order was ready to pick up. This was on Thursday and she had to go to town Saturday (20 miles one way) and he had enough to last till Saturday night. Got there Sat.morning and they said they would have to order it. Had to go 35 miles to another cvs to get it We are changing today.!

Pharmacy folks are rude, condescending and made a simple process very maddening because THEY didn't enter data correctly. I have heard this place is bad. Well CVS corporate needs to FIX this location. I have never had so many issues with other CVS locations. So, Walgreens right across the street is now my pharmacy. Do better! Its not that hard. Im a very easy person so for someone to work me up like this is very rare.

One of the pharmaceutical technicians texted my prescription information to someone that was not myself, which is a major HIPPA violation!! Not only did she text someone about my prescription, she did it on her own time, with her personal phone number. I called and made a complaint, CVS said that they would call me back, which they did not. When I tried to get my prescription transferred to Walgreens, CVS put the Walgreens employee on hold for 25 mins and hung up on them, twice. Would not recommend using this pharmacy, who knows when someone is giving out your information.

This place is slowest most unhelpful place I have ever seen in my life. Whether you call on the phone, go through the drive thru or into the store. This is most unhelpful group of people I've ever seen in my life. I held on the phone to speak to someone for over 40 minutes and never spoke to a soul. I have actually sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before. this is ridiculous for a sick person to have to go through.

I have never seen such useless pharmacist in my life . They are rude to you and when you call for refill and go to get it , it’s still not ready and says it will take 2 days . No management whatsoever. They take it personal and hold your prescription when you try somewhere else . Something needs to be done corporate .

Just witness the Pharm tech (Bass) deny a customer a subscription cause he wouldnt turn off his truck in the drive thru. He told the customer that since HE had an attitude he would have to go elsewhere. After a back and forth he called a manager to call the police. The manager tried to calm the situation and asked that the customer turn off his truck. Mr. Bass then started crying about assault. (I was in the store so I didnt see this event either way).The customer was told to circle around which he couldnt cause his truck wouldnt restart (he stated thats why he didnt turn it off). A comment was made he shouldn't be driving the truck through their drive thru.Unprofessional isn't even the word I would use.

I have had nothing but trouble at this cvs in jasper. They areRude and unprofessional. I am going to try and switch to Dora cvs. Checking reviews first. Update: we have switched to Glover Pharmacy and they are the nicest people and no problems with my scripts. They are located in Urgent Care in Jasper on 78 Hwy.
