Ghetto but convenient corner big intersection location. Pumps weak and slow AF, frequently out of grades other than 87, and one time full of cars with gas trickling at best only to announce "Oh, I guess we're out of gas" when I went in to get my $98 change because I ain't spending 40 min to fill up. This place sucks. Only positive is it's air fill pump hose/guage works well.

Easy to fill up and because they're part of the Upside program, I earned 13 cents rebate on my fuel purchase today. Not a long, but it went towards this evening's dinner in Jasper. Quick flowing fuel, a receipt printer that worked, no trash on the floor and I was on my way.This was a good stop along a relatively major highway at the intersection, so getting back onto the road and heading onwards was simple.

I like how convenient the store is and is one of the only 24 hr stores . See as I do usually go late at night I and several close friends and family members have had issues with some of the same employees. She is very rude judgmental and says the most inappropriate things. She had something to say about my fiancé my last visit not knowing I was with him. I was very embarrassed and offended at the prejudice judgmental things she had to say. Also everytime I've been there and this lady is working this happens and her boyfriend and a friend is always there thru her whole shift. I know this bc of the things she has said about them in front of me that was very very inappropriate. After the last visit I don't know that I will return. Also this lady had told my fiance another visit that I stole something outta the store and I didnt need to come back. I'm sorry but if I'm going in a convince store and spending $30-$50 what and why wld I steal. This lady never not once has had something nice to say about anyone and makes her boyfriend do her job as he sits there her whole shift.

Gas pumps are LITERALLY ticking one penny per second.People have been waiting for over 20 to 30 minutes to fuel up. Not waiting their turn, waiting while pumping their gas.This is ridiculous.

Yes they have atm but it does not work all the time an on chime app it says they can load money on the card but when I walked up there to do that found out they don't do it cause some how some one had scammed the company doin that so they won't do it an make sure if you get gas that put in the rite pump number I have been ripped of few times they put it on wrong pump an canceled it out saying it would go back on the card in a few days which it never did an I almost run out of gas ⛽️ getting home since I had used the last of the money I had an she even admitted she hit the wrong number but said oh well nothing I can do about it an said if u need gas I would have to pay her again for it since it was canceled due to her screw up so I limped it home n just made it home when it ran out of gas🤬😡The only good thing it is close n I like the app an drinks an have sales on cigs for my other half

There are some rude employees here which I feel like are racist as well. Not all employees but some when they ask for ID to buy alcohol or cigarettes I show it to them and they ask for another ID , like do you think my ID is fake because I'm hispanic? Should I carry my birth certificate along with my passport and my ID or will that still not be enough? Never have these issues with other gas stations but the reason for me going to this certain one is because it's closer to home . Also the fact that I pay at the pump for gas and ask for receipt and me having to go inside because the pumps don't have receipt paper is annoying.

Unacceptable behavior from one of the workers. My mom joined her husband went inside to buy alcohol/cigs, because in order to buy it, you have to have an “AL or United States” ID. And when my mom showed her AL license, the worker still forbid to sell them their items bc it “wasn’t for her.” It isn’t the first time it has happened either. Definitely do not recommend.

This one cashier man acting like he the CEO. Very rude. Everytime I go in to buy alcohol he asks for my "United States" ID. Reason for he says it's because I'm a person of color. Smh. Do not recommend this location.

This one store is PATHETIC!!!For tax reasons, I am required to have receipts when I buy gas.I have always believed that "pay at the pump" was to be a convenience.Where is it a convenience when you CONSTANTLY have to go inside for a receipt when the pump paper STAYS EMPTY.I asked a cashier this, and she YELLS at me calling me rude?I asked a simple question.I will NOT refer people here. In fact, go to Marathon down the road.Effective, efficient, and quick.

Clean well stocked store. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and restroom. Restroom also clean & well stocked. This store offers everything from food and drink to some toys, gas, beer, tobacco, coffee. It's a one stop shop for a quick in and out. It's the restroom for me though always clean & wheelchair accessible.

I typically love going into this location but when I went in tonight and only needed 2 drinks and fuel, but left with no drinks, no fuel, and a new found respect for literally any other fuel station. I chose my items and approached the front where the young lady behind the counter was talking away with what I can assume is a personal friend and when she seen me she instantly ushered me to the self check out, exclaiming how I'm going to check myself out. I told her that I'd rather hand my money too her and leave. This was not satisfactory for her and she said that I could and would, ring my items and fuel up on the self check out machine. I politely returned my items and left. It not typically this way, typically they have personable staff that are very nice. I also don't know what happened to customer service but apparently that has went out the window. Maybe I'm petty or maybe I'm nostalgic for the days of old when folks had inter personal communication skills but I'm not a fan of being told what I will do when I'm not getting a check from said company to do the job that they pay the employee too do.

My vehicle was overheating and they didn't have any antifreeze but the ladies on noghts and days were very helpful helping me get water for a temporary fix that got me home. 👍👍

Can't ever go in and the polar pops not have a large amount of flavors out plus the quality of the ones that are in are very low. Absolutely no carbonation even if they do have the flavors in. Manager has been rude on multiple visits and multiple visits have ended up with us just going somewhere else due to the lack of ability to run the store properly and keep stock. Really tired of wasting a 20 minute drive one way just to be disappointed. Won't be visiting again. Cashiers have always been nice at least. They get that one star. Plus its typically clean. Although a store isn't hard to clean when you rarely have stock to worry about.

Some of their items are expensive, compared to other places, but they are convenient, have an ATM that so far that I have seen, is always working. Which there's a problem with the ATMs being down pretty frequently at several other places in town. And my favorite, is their icees. Any size you want for only 89cents. That's a great deal. I love their icees

They have a wide variety of things like the easy pay card u link it to ur bank account and save 10 cents a gallon On gas and reg is 3.17 gallon using the card it's 3.07 a gallon for midgrade so that will save anyone a little gas money especially as high as it is.

Almost every time I have gone to this Circle K, I've had a terrible experience. The first time I visited this location, their gas pump locked as I withdrew it from my vehicle, sprayed me with gasoline, and would not turn off. When I went inside to point this out, the manager on duty acted as if this was my fault and refused to refund me.The second time I visited this Circle K, I paid with a card issued by a local bank. They did not accept my card... but took my money (approximately $10). I was told my card declined, and they refused to refund me and blamed my bank.The third time I visited this Circle K, my card (a separate one, to avoid the above issue) snapped in half in their card reader. The staff laughed at me.The fourth time I visited this Circle K, I paid in cash and everything was fine. Friendly service.The fifth time I visited this Circle K, I paid with a card issued by Netspend. The card "declined" in their card reader. I attempted to use a separate card. It also declined in their card reader. I gave up on the transaction until I went outside to check my balance. I saw, then, that Circle K had posted the transaction and charged me more than the amount I would have paid for the transaction.When I went inside, the nice clerk on duty was there with a manager. The manager insisted it was a problem with Netspend, and to contact Netspend about the issue.I was then left to leave, having paid for $10 in gas and $5 of assorted goods, with nothing and no gasoline.All in all, I would not recommend this location for travelers or locals. I will certainly not be returning if I can help it. There are several gas stations in Jasper, and after being scalded five times, I have regretfully learned to avoid this one.

I only had good things to say about circle k until early this morning. I have crohns disease and have a urgent medical notice card which I showed to them asking them to please let me use there restroom and they refused to let me use there restroom at all. I tried driving to the home depot to go to the restroom and did not make it. I'm very very unhappy with this store and they will not ve receiving my buisness ever again. I understand the covid rules but an emergency is an emergency. Have a heart people.

I don't think the workers working there should be parking up against the circle k, what about your customers and the Grey haired old lady should be removed ... she has a nasty ugly attitude.... giving customers dirty looks when she comes out. This is 8.03 am Dec/28/2022.. so there they are 3 of them sitting on 1 of thems car and having a cigarette breaj,, who's manning the store..

They are ALWAYS busy! Cheapest huge soft drinks in the county. Usually are a few pennies higher on the gas prices but the staff is always friendly and I've heard them give great directions

If you buy chewing tobacco or Dip and open It at the cash register to see if it's dried out and worthless. They will not refund or exchange. There are other places that will allow you to exchange.
