Excellent customer service! Right before and after we walked through the door to pick up a purchase I'd made, 2 people had asked if we needed any help. They were very helpful and promptly retrieved my order. I didn't have to wait a min before I had it. Even the cashier made sure we'd found everything we needed since we decided to make some additional purchases while we were there. Can't ask for better! It was a far superior experience than the bigger box stores! We'll definitely be back. Plus ➕ the item was much less than anywhere else I'd found it online. Definitely check them out.

My husband and I went there to pick up tools we needed for a small project. I brought the part with me with the instructions so I could let an employee know exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in the door a teenager asked what we needed, he didn't know so he said he was going to get another employee to ask. We stood and waited near the register for several minutes. Another employee went to help another customer who came in after us. We assumed she would help us next...wrong. So we just went about our business and went to find the tools ourselves. My husband has worked loss preventions for Home Depot for several years...so he realized after a couple of minutes that the other employees didn't start approaching us until we were wandering around the store holding small items. I did not pick up on this but he realized they were customer servicing us out of "stealing" what we had in our hands. Had any of them paid enough attention they would have noticed as soon as we walked in that we were trying to get help so we could get what we needed and get out. We ended up going to Harbor Freight and the staff there was great and didn't treat us like we were up to something. I don't know if they had a problem helping me because I am Asian but I will not shop at this Ace and I don't recommend it.

Great place to do business! The staff is always waiting at the door, ready to help you find what you need. Very seldom do they not have what I need and a lot more customer-friendly than the big two. Highly recommended!

Always greeted by their friendly staff right away. Lately we've been doing a remodel of our home and I always forget something. Every project requires at least three trips to the hardware store. Ace Hardware has been a life saver for me. Their staff has always been very helpful and attentive. If I look lost (often do), they are quick to pick up on it and check to see if they can assist me. I read a lot about folks who are mentioning the price being a little higher but, I will pay extra for the convenience and top notch service that they provide.

Most of the staff or nice. But last two times I needed something I would notice they stop selling it like pegboard and that camouflage paint. I mean come on its not like the prices are ridiculously high. I'm going to buy a particular item next few days and if they stop selling it,I'll just assume go somewhere else. But it's a good place to get your propane and the service is great on that. And they safety check your tank to.

These guys were a huge help with a plumbing problem I had. They even kept the doors open a few extra minutes on a Sunday so I could come back and get last minute parts. Went way above and beyond. Great staff - would definitely recommend!

Hands down the best Ace Hardware store ever. But seriously, it is a great Hardware store.They have good quality, name brand tools like Craftsman, which is my personal favorite. They're well stocked, courteous and knowledgeable staff, and their organized.Great place. 👍

Store is stocked well, but the workers have no knowledge of the products they carry. I called on the phone due to the distance and was told that something I was looking at online was not in the store. I took a chance thinking maybe the sales associate on the phone didn't know what he was talking about. SURE ENOUGH! The website was right. I got what I needed, said nothing and left. Don't call and ask about anything, just go in and look

Husband looking for "Green egg" merchandiser. They had a great selection, the clerk was very very nice, helpful and patient giving lots of advice and suggestions. Will go back and use them for all our hardware needs.

Never been in a more inactive store than this one, cashier talked to person in front of me for at least 5 mins. I finally got to the counter then the person behind me knocked paint off shelf spilling all over the floor. Instead of rushing to clean up the red paint my cashier continued to talk to that person with nobody cleaning. I told her I had workers waiting for my return that's when things got slower. Never be back and everyone I know next time hire someone who cares about their job.

Curry Ace Hardware is my hometown hardware store. Whenever I walk in I never get far before I'm greeted by an employee and they are asking if there is anything that they can do to help me. That is a welcome difference with the big box stores where you can wander around and not encounter someone until you checkout.This store has a good selection of products. I bought my Stihl trimmer from them and have loved it.If you live close to here, make them your first stop for hardware, power tools, barbecue grills, paint supplies and small engine repair.

This neighborhood store, is over priced worth driving 20 min to home depot or anywhere else. 2 stars is for its close convenience and the customer pays for that.

It contains everything that a Standard Hardware Store would have from A-Z, plus also a Special Upgrade at the Chalkville Mountain 🏔️ Road Store.(Trussville) Which is Fire Arms and Ammunition. Curry Gateway Store is Closest to me, but I have Family near C.M.R. Store. It's worth the trip to grab an extra Fire Arm to keep on hand or Enhance your Stock of Ammo....You can't go wrong. I'm a card carrying member for over a year now. Give them your Business...check-out what you've been missing!
