The slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced. Filled my prescription incorrectly and I had to go multiple days without medication. Had to go back and forth with my doctor just to get my prescription correctly filled after they didn't give me the correct amount.

If you're looking for the slowest pharmacy in Jacksonville, search no more.If they tell you 11am, you'll be lucky to get your medication by closing.They also have no problem filling a "partial" prescription of 90, with a total of 15 and telling you to wait 2 weeks for the rest.

We use the pharmacy here as our main pharmacy since we've moved to the area. The staff has been mostly friendly and we usually get quick service. However, it sometimes seems like they are understaffed and the wait times are a bit long. Overall we are very satisfied with this location!

Everything that's not covered by insurance is just so high priced it's unbelievable. It's a disgrace I don't recommend it

We already transferred our prescriptions to Walmart since Walgreens takes FOREVER to fill anything. Thought we’d try vaccines at this location. Got everything scheduled, confirmed, and when we got to the store there was a sign that the pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues. What a mess.

The pandemic has negatively impacted a lot of places in terms of retaining and finding quality employees for a lot of companies and the pharmacy isn't discluded from this. There are truly amazing employees that work at the pharmacy that will go out of their way to provide information that could help customers as well as simply being kind and compassionate during short interactions. However, not everyone there has the decency to treat humans like they are - well human.I see how long your lines are and I see how short staffed you are. I sincerely feel for you. And I definitely understand how awful people can be, but don't be awful to those who aren't acting in that manner. Actually listen to your customers and help the the best way you can because I guarentee both the employee and customer are equally frustrated and want to move forward with their day. Being short, snobby, and huffy during short simple transactions do nothing to help anyone.Quality over quantity. Applaud your staff who do well. Address issues with those who need improvement and growth. This particular location hasn't been the greatest for a while, but it has the potential to be better.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Calhoun County. They are very rude and incompetent in my opinion. I spoke with someone today and my prescriptions were ready when I got there to get them I was told they were put back due to the time frame of picking them up. Yes they had been ready for at least a week but I was told they were ready to be picked up today. Then the girl was very rude about it. Also there are alot of times you get there and they are closed without warning. I will be moving my business to a more friendly store.

Stopped using this place a long time ago because of the horrible pharmacy. Now, I will never even shop at this location again. Management allows other patrons to scream and yell at their cashiers, making them cry and allows them to scream, threaten and belittle other paying customers as well. The manager constantly laughing the entire time. Being in management myself, this was disgusting.

I've used Walgreens for many years and still do, although not the Jacksonville store. I moved my business to Goldensprings were the folks are great.Awesome pharmacist, never any problems. My issues in J-ville were with a female pharmacist that thinks she's a doctor. She calls your doctor if she thinks you dont need the meds. You are prescribed. She would write smartalic notes on your bag and is a b word to customers.

20% of employees are friendly, helpful and courteous. The other 80% including some management need some training in customer service and attitude. CVS has the #1 best employees in this area so if you can go there instead, I suggest it.

Was told that my medicine was not in stock, but would be by 2:30pm.3:00pm rolls around, and they said it wasn’t on the truck and *might* be here tomorrow.Tl;Dr- Switching to another pharmacy that actually has medicine.

The pharmacy use to be great but now they are the worst they are rude and won't do anything yo help patients. There is one older lady there with short dark hair she doesn't need to be working there this place has gone down and I will not be using them again and I know a lot of other that will not be using them again something needs to be done about this

I had a phone stolen at the store and I've asked them to review the tapes for me and they keep putting me off. They basically tell me they don't have enough time. I've called in the morning, afternoon, and night. In hopes to get someone on the phone that actually cared, but sadly each shift where just as lazy. Im starting to think maybe one of them took it, that's why they keep putting off looking at the tapes 😞

Yes the pharmacist supervisor at this store Becky ,is very rude to her employees and too the patients, she was rude to my 70 year old la mother because she was having a hard time using her asthma inhaler .. she is the main pharmacist at store ..very disrespectful tried to tell her she could use it and then was rude to me as well ya really need a new pharmacist

The cashier by the name of Ezra was very rude. He placed the items I purchased on the counter. When I asked if I could have a bag he threw them in a bag with an attitude. Is this what passes for customer service here?
