Johnson’s is one of the best grocery stores I have been to. Since recently moving to Jacksonville, I started going here instead of Walmart. The prices are AMAZING, and they always have super good deals on things. They have great selections on anything to food, cleaning supplies, and even bowls. They have fresh deli lunches everyday, which are hot and ready! The staff are always so kind and are always there to welcome you in and help you in anyway that they can. The store is very well kept and usually very clean. The parking lot has plenty of parking as well.

It was my first visit here as I just recently moved to jville and I love it!! Unlike Walmart they actually have food on the shelves. Every shelf they have the same or within a few cents of the same price as Walmart without all the extra bs. I'm going there from now on.I got pics attached that shows aisle after aisle was full. They take cash and even ring up your groceries and bag them while being polite to you..You won't find that at Walmart nowdays- I'm thru giving my money to a multi trillion dollar company that wants to make us ring up our groceries some may prefer it but I'm disabled and last time I checked I don't work for them why should I ring them up bag them while your being watched like your a thief. It's Johnsons for me from now on. Johnsons may me a tad bit higher than Walmart but for me well worth it!!

Always check to make sure there are stickers on produce because the cashier will insinuate that you took the label off because we all definitely have time and patience to do such a thing. Glad I only go to this store when I forgot something at Walmart. Do better.

Love the way they cook. Great home cooked food. I especially love their smoked ribs. The meat selection is fantastic. Their ribeye steak are the best to purchase in Jacksonville, Alabama, than any other place around the Jacksonville area. Very clean and employees are the most professional and friendly @ any other grocery stores. We shop here 2 to 3x a week. Will continue to do so.

I always go here when the wife needs ingredients for dinner. The employees are always friendly. I also like the meat selection here. If you ever need some lunch, stop by the deli and grab a plate.

Very cheap prices. Fresh meat. always clean store and nice employees. Only issue is the right prices need to be placed on item . I go to check out like today and it was higher than marked.

Found everything I needed in store. The younger workers need to learn how to bag things appropriately and not literally throw things in bags that can be squished or ruined. Other than that, my experience was great.

Johnson's grocery store is always my first stop for groceries. They're definitely not your typical grocery. For me, the main selling point is their large variety of homemade foods; delicious cold food, like the pecan chicken salad & grape walnut to the many yummy old fashioned desserts. But, the hot bar is the best; so many yummy sides you can pair with wonderful things like the fresh fried catfish on Fridays. So, what they may lack in selection compared to the huge, mass market stores is well made up for.

My wife loves shopping here. I love the banana pudding, it's one of the best in Calhoun. They are also clean, friendly and have a great variety of items. A really good place to go to avoid the big chain grocery stores.

Since I've stopped wasting my time and money at Walmart I have shopped more at grocery stores. This store has amazing meat prices and sales you can't beat. Every time I go something is on sale. The most helpful sweet young employees. Even being young they are polite and very helpful and I enjoy shopping here. Great attitudes from all employees I've encountered here. They deserve recognized for their professional and friendly attitudes when dealing with customers.

Jacksonville deli is excellent!!!! The wings are perfect for game day. You get more for your buck here! The food here is always hot and fresh. The guy Derek in deli is Amazing, and so is everyone else!

Great selection of product. One of the few stores in the area that sells Fresh Fish. Store also has deli, bakery, fresh produce. Layout much the same as the old Winn Dixie that it replaced, BUT with Much better prices. Very friendly and knowable staff. Great locally owned grocery store. I'm always for keeping the money I spend with the local stores...

The store clean, well ordered, and the things you need are easily located. The staff is friendly and helpful. They actually keep enough registers open to ensure you aren't stuck waiting in line forever, and their perishables are always fresh. They also have great prices. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I love shopping here!! The deli is the best I've ever experienced. I love the aroma of smoked meat that fills the store. The associates are friendly and always eager to assist. They have some of the tastiest ribs I've ever had.

Love, love, love the workers, with the exception of the butcher. He was a bit rude to us when we met him, which was the only experience with him that we'd ever had. Other than that, it's great.

Most all the food at the deli is pretty dang good. My favorite chicken fingers and chicken salad . Fried fish is awesome, pork chops , just goes on and on.

I'm so glad Johnson's expanded to Jacksonville!! Their stores are always very clean and fully stocked. Their meat is the best in town. I LOVE going by the hot deli during lunch and grabbing a home cooked meal for less than I could get fast food anywhere in town. Great place to shop!If you like clean, neat grocery stores to shop in, you will love Johnson's.
