While they've got some good value deals on some products, and fairly convenient location & hours, situations like the attached photo are unacceptable.I have several children, & a couple of times in the past, it has caused incidents, sometimes even ruining an ENTIRE DAY, because someone can't make it to some other business with a restroom!I've encountered this problem at a few locations, & it is usually (as in this case) NOT DUE TO any sort of trouble with the facilities, but because the local employees decided to do so!I repeat:. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Stopped in here to just see what they had and I found lots of neat craft ideas. I asked an associate a couple of questions and you was very knowledgeable about the store and other places. Another associate helped me with another item. Both were very helpful. The store looked and smelled clean. The cashier was quick and was very courteous to all the customers checking out. Like the store went there alot till last 6-7 × the manager would look at me angry and stand in front of door like she's trying to intimate me .It's just rude to constantly judge but no reason behind it ..I don't trust people like that these days ...Please find new employee .

The mananger was rude because i had a lot of items. I spent $125 & she acted like she didnt want to ring me up. A box of drinks broke & she started slinging the drinks in bags. I'm glad they didnt bust.I like going to this store, but if shes not happy at her job, she might neex to get some thing else.

Not very well. There were no shopping carts in the store. Told an employee . That fell on deaf ears. At check out, only one cashier, where there were two employees walking around having their chat. This store needs better management.

The cashier was downright rude Tiffany. I tried 3 times to use my EBT card. She was cussing about the cash register " what is wrong with this thing" she slung my bags. And said "there" i politely said "thank you" she didnt respond back. What gets me shes usually as friendly as can be. Must had a bad day.

I absolutely love Dollar Tree!! It is by far my favorite store ever. Useful disposable cheap convenient, it hdoesnt get any better, oh yeah!! It,does. And everything's only 1 dollar!!😁😁😁

I love our Jacksonville Dollar Tree. It's one of the two nicest ones here in our county and it's nearly always stocked with everything.
