I went to this store for one reason and it was for the buy one get one free sheet sets. When I checked out I was charged for both. When I asked about this the woman behind the counter went to look at the sign they had up and she told me that the deal ended yesterday. The sign should have been taken down if that was the case. Or at least let us get the deal or a discount for the inconvenience. There was no date on the sign that was up so we didn't know.

Cashiers are very kind, but I suspect corporate is greedy as all get out because they are constantly understaffed and working their tails off.

I would have rated this store with 5 stars if it had not been for the fact that on two separate occasions I have tried to run in and pick something up before 10 and the store was already closed. Lights on and it looked open for business, but when I tried to enter, the doors were already locked. When I can gain access to the store though, the staff is always friendly, it's always relatively clean, well lit, and well stocked.

Lots of freight on the floor,needed more stockers,found what I needed tho and checked out,were doing the best they could to help customers and also stock the store.Maybe need overnight stockers on heavy freight orders would be a plus for organization and a plus on customer service and total store look.

It has supplies and the most best girls that have been helping me with finding products that are tbe best value for a month supply of items that are available for the lowest price...i chose to buy there and enjoy each helper lady's expertise with the cheapest options for my needs on monthly supplies....great place to shop at...

Great place to pick up quick groceries, clothes, beer, dog food, or just a pack of headache powders. The prices are usually low and the management is easy to deal with.

If you are in Jacksonville looking for a DG this is the best one. The staff is friendly and helpful and NOT RUDE like the DG on Nesbitt St (hwy 204).

I simply love this store. Yes they moved a few blocks North on Pelham Rd. The store is clean and the clerks are all super nice.
