Allison at the Jacksonville AL CVS store (who I believe maybe a manager of some sort.) If not she’s an employee of CVS and is extremely RUDE and unprofessional with customers. My most recent experience at the store was horrible to say the least. The way I was treated I had to compose myself and not make a scene in the store. I will not visit that store if she is the one that has to wait on me. She shouldn’t even be working with the public if she hates her job. Just reliving my experience in the store on February 24th is just making me upset. I hope this review is taken serious and Allison is reprimanded. Because she can’t be rude to customers. Period! An I will be talking to the district manager as well as corporate regarding her and this situation!

We’re very pleased with this pharmacy . My Son requires multiple prescriptions a month , and it’s been a great experience using them . Lexi has always been so sweet to us .

This pharmacy loses your prescriptions, does not refill prescriptions after doctor calls it in, and then blames all of it on you. Do not use this pharmacy if your prescriptions are important to you, because apparently you are not important to them. Very glad to move to another pharmacy and will never shop at CVS for anything.

My wife and I have been doing business here for a while and never had many issues. But there is a pharmacy tech named Autumn that is employed here for some reason has an attitude problem every time I come to pick up my medication. I let it go the first couple of times but it happened again today. I was questioning the cost of my medication and for some reason she acts like I ask stupid questions by her attitude. If ya can’t answer a customers question politely get another job you are representing a well known company.

I've been a customer for many years....Most of the time I have had a good rapport with most of the staff in the pharmacy. I like that they keep up with prescriptions being refilled regularly with the automated refills sending a message when meds are filled or if they need a refill. I also like the convenience of location and hours. However, they do at times hire very rude, unprofessional people who don't care about customers and are very indifferent to when you are needing help. They are rude, cold, and one recently unnecessarily confrontational and they have NO regard for assisting the elderly and disabled. They do not provide any accommodations or consideration of their needs. I do not like who is running things at this time, as they are not effective at management and working with customers to resolve issues. They show no ounce of care about those who keep them in a job. I am strongly considering transferring to another pharmacy, as at present I surely couldn't get worse customer service than what is presently being offered by people who have no business working with the public, particularly those who have health problems....they DON'T care.

I recently had some extensive dental work and has to have a prescription filled. The pharmacist could tell I was in pain and was swollen. Although I did not ask because they were busy, but she insisted that I stay to prevent me from having to make the trip back when my prescription was filled. She also worked on my prescription immediately. I was only there 15 minutes and my prescription was filled. I definitely appreciated the care for my immediate situation that she took and not only her customer care, but human care.I only use this pharmacy because they have always noticed urgency in filling needed prescriptions. When my daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed and after her meniscus and ACL surgery I received outstanding pharmacists care with little wait time.They are also great with other needs in making sure refills are ordered and will even contact physicians when refills are out.

Manager is a bold faced liar...extreme waste of time in a time sensitive situation. Could not explain or justify his behavior. Lied to me multiple times and now won't return my calls. Do not recommend at all. Wish there were negative stars...

These are the most unprofessional women I have ever dealt with in my life. Rude isn’t the word. They have no compassion for the sick or just any compassion for the public in general. I do not recommend if you are having an emergency or need something fast.

Horrible service they never answer the pharmacy phone and I called them right when the pharmacy opened and took 20 minutes for them to answer. I had to have a prescription transferred to Walgreens and after contacting Walgreens 6 hours later it was still not done. This has to be the worse CVS I have ever worked with and probably transfer to Walgreens at least they do answer their phone and let you know your meds are in stock in which CVS does not…. A terrible pharmacy !!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Female pharmacist (didn’t catch her name) was rude and inconsiderate. I’ve never had a pharmacist speak to me the way she did. I won’t be back. I’ll transfer my scripts to Walgreens down the road. If this is the type people CVSemployee, they should be ashamed.
