We have stopped here plenty of times the last 2 months and it was always great, except today. At 8:15am there was only 1 croissants and 4 French toast or waffle sandwiches to buy and hot chocolate was very watery. One employee did point me to the freshest coffee. They were very nice, but - again - it was disappointing as I was looking forward to my favorite breakfast. It was just too early to be sold out! 😢

I frequently shop and get my gas here on the daily and not all but some of the associates here really make my day better, coming in to grab my coffee, sandwiches and gas before or after work...

Everything you expect from a Love’s - clean, well stocked, and friendly staff. The pet relief area is fenced and actually had a section for large dogs and a separate one for small dogs. Unfortunately, it was out of poop bags and I did notice a few poops hadn’t been cleaned up but I don’t hold that against Love’s - that’s lazy dog owners.

There's nothing like visiting a brand new Love's! Everything is fresh and clean and sparkling!This area very much needed another truck stop. Thank goodness they have Bojangles instead of Arby's or Subway!They have a large parking area for truck drivers that is very well lit. Surprisingly, they also have a bob-tail parking area just right across the fuel islands. Have a feeling this will become my favorite Love's!

The blonde working in the front is rude. They should consider firing her for the way she treats customers. Poor customer service all around. Thinks she owns the place by the way she acts when in reality she’s just bottom of the barrel.

If I could give zero stars I would! Idk who that kathy chic thinks she is! Shes a blonde chic short! Looks like she could be in her 50s! Ugly!!!! she has a really bad nasty attitude! This is my third time coming in and 3rd time dealing with her nonsense! Can't ask her anything without her having an attitude! Can't explain yourself cuz she's a know it all! Claims she's the store manager! If that's the case this place they needs to fire everyone and start over! I'm calling corporate on her! Iv tried to be civil! But the way she talked to me was ridiculous! I hope her mother is proud of the disrespectful tramp she is!

Pretty good stop. Nice to have an area for our dog to walk around. However it has no shade. The gas station in general was a little busy on a Saturday. Restrooms were fine

Been coming here since it opened. Always friendly and usually pretty clean. Plus, they honor their posted policies. Showers are hot and coffee is good.

I work in Tillmans Corner, and usually don’t make it this way til late. Despite this, the late night staff are incredible. They have good attitudes, they’re friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I’ve never walked in and not been welcomed. I almost always use the chili and cheese, and if I’m having issues the cashier will help, or another employee and they’re pretty good about communicating too. They always have fresh food available, the bathrooms are always clean, and the store is well stocked. Even if I come in at all hours. This is my favorite stop on my way home, and it’s always clean.

Management needs to do better. I try two different pumps, both had issues. The first, card reader was completely gone, and other had a handle leaking. So it not only wasted fuel but also got all over my truck. I go in to let them know at the desk and there are three staff members just sitting there chatting and on their phones. They were just like “whaaat😱” and continued sitting there doing nothing. Get it together

I was told by an employee that this Loves opened like two years ago. Still looks freshly new. Bathrooms were very clean. We really love the pump set up because they have a fill up station for RVs only. We normally travel by RV, but this trip required a rental car. With the RV at other Loves locations, you have to wait in line for diesel with the semis. Not this Loves. I hope that Loves can create an RV section at all of their locations if they can. What a major convenience for RVers. Thanks Loves!

Very nice place. Fairly new. I wish I knew the young lady’s name who helped us. Sheri-Hoff? I apologize, I didn’t want to stare like a creep. Anyway, you were very friendly! Thank you.Anyway…again…a whole lot of gas pumps and all kinds of things. So…yeah, if you need some Getty-up juice for your automobile…this is a great place to stop. Unfortunately, they do not fuel aircraft.**Disclaimer**By the way…I don’t give 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement.

This was the dirtiest loves I have seen in a long time. The pumps were sticking and the coffee station was bare and disgusting. You got sticky from anything you touched. I left without coffee. When I asked the girls about the hair stuck to the nozzle, she laughed. Go to the next gas station and skip this place

This place is trashy, dirty. 7 of the gas pumps are broken into, The GM didn't seem to care about all the gas pumps broken open. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the worst love story ever stopped you tried to oil change and some gasoline diesel fuel filters want to be here like an hour. We've been here almost 5 hours and still here this is the worst place I never coming back here

So, I ask the manager if they allow dropped trailers on their lot. She tells me no, however I see multiple trailers dropped on this big lot in the morning. Even offered to pay, but she still refused me. I was only dropping my trailer for 2-3 hours. Idk, maybe she didn't like me or something. Whatever🙄

One of my favorite stops on I-10. You absolutely must stop in for Bojangles biscuits and chicken. That said tonight they can’t run any fuels. Good thing Love’s has two other locations close by. However Irvington Alabama is the only Bojangles!

We stopped here while traveling through and the cashier made my three daughters laugh. He was so funny and welcoming and we left feeling so glad we stopped and we plan to stop on the way back through. Amazing customer service and clean bathrooms and he really made our day! His name is Dreiz! ❤️

After a long day on the road I walked in to get a shower! Some short blonde hair lady that works there was threatening another worker who looks pregnant of getting her fired! The pregnant lady asked her repeatedly to leave her alone and she would not! Very unprofessional! Other lady walked off when she came back she kept attacking her! I will not be coming back to this store! Guess pilot it is! I couldn't believe it!

the bathroom were very clean. the staff was so nice an greeted me when i walked in and the store was super clean. the manger i believe her name was betty kay helped me with picking out a gift from the glass case she was super helpful. overall great service

I can only comment on the gas pump area (have not entered the business).Several self serve gas pumps, including a few for large RV's/buses. Short squeegees available for cars/trucks. And between the gas pumps, you can find longer squeegees for RV's/buses. Gas pump area is always clean and well lit. Out of order pumps have a bright yellow bag over the pump handle to indicate that it is not functioning at the moment.On the opposite side of the store, you'll find gas pumps and/or parking for semi trucks. As well as other services they provide. I have not been on this side, so I cannot comment further.Attached to the Love's Travel Stop is a Bojangles restaurant.

I arrived @ loves maintinance shop between the hours of one and two today. They asked me what was wrong so I told them!!!! Why is it that I was pulled into a bay immediately just for a mechanic to call for the part! I told them they would have to call freightliner for two hours later ....then proceed to tell me an hour after that, that they still have not left to go get my needed part because they only have one operating truck!!! I really don't get why I, aside from having to wait multiple hours for simple issues to be fixed, Also have to be uncomfortable in your 5x5 little customer area and can not lay in MY TRUCK seeing as how your mechanics feel its ok to be unproductive!

The repair shop is very unprofessional. I checked in around 12 to get my ac recharged. I was told it would be a hour wait. After 3 hours I went back to the shop desk to check for update. I was told the mechanic was on a road call and he will be back shortly. I guess he never returned from his road call. I waited a total of 12 hours for nothing.
