Good sales on stretched canvases and select art supplies, the store is always clean, Isles are easy to navigate for the most part, my biggest issue is product labeling or pricing/ finding the sale price. My visit was during the busy holiday season, and they may have been understaffed. But for the most part, the sales associates were helpful as possible, when they've got 3 different people needing help all at once. The selection and choices are nice,

I went in for beads, semi precious stones for making stretch bracelets and jewelry. Well Michaels does have the biggest selection! Awesome beads . But not the best prices. Hobby lobby always has a buy one get one or some kind of deal and jo anns kind of the same or you can use coupons. I didn't realize they had a coupon at the check out but it was only like 20% off . Which is still better than nothing.This was a new store and was very nice and the staff all were very friendly. I just need my bargains.

Employees are nice and super helpful. This store seems a little smaller than most of their locations, but has most everything I need for all of my odd little projects, and can order the rest for in store pick-up. Just so glad to have this in our former "craft supply desert"!

This place is awful, understaffed, and only carries a limited range of products. Even though it’s less than half a mile from me, I’ll go to the Michael’s in Trussville or elsewhere rather than return here.

I'm so happy to have a Micheals that is closer to my community. The downside is, it's not as big as their other stores. It has a slightly smaller selection. However, having it here is a plus!

FINALLY a craft store on this side of town!!Went in last night 20 minutes before they closed needing supplies for a last minute craft project. The store is clean, well organized, and Mary Michele was so helpful and personable. 😍
