Delivery door dash & picked up at lest 4 times they forget my straws every time! And no napkins! This location has went down so bad in the pass couple of years. I wouldn’t even say anything but when your order on mobile you expect straws to drink with! I bought $25 just for my self each time and yet they never even give me folks with my salad and Mac and cheese. I’m only complaining because it’s happened about 4 times already in the pass 6 weeks! If you want to keep your customers please give them folks napkins etc!

This location has always had prompt service and has always gotten my order correct. I have been to this location 2 times since they renovated and both times I have not received what I ordered. The first time I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes before getting to the window for my mobile order. One of my combos was missing for the order and seeing as I was in the drive through I didn’t go through the bag to check my items for not wanting to hold up the line. I also wasn’t not able to get a refund for my missing through the app. Then today I went back through the drive through and ordered 2 8 piece nugget meals. Jaleel repeated out order back as having 2 meals but we only received 1. We had only been charged for one even though it was clear we had ordered 2. Like I said, I have never had problems with this location, but after 2 times in a row of not receiving what I order I doubt i’ll be back.

I rarely write reviews but doing so I hope will benefit the employees and future customers. This isn’t a reflection on the workers this is a reflection on management. I ordered my food at the drivethru and ended up waiting 30+ minutes for my food while others behind me were getting theirs before me. They had one poor boy running food all by himself on a busy saturday night. The food was hot and delicious, but the system that is in place should be reevaluated.

Worst chic fila experience ever. The girl who took my order wasn't familiar with the menu and kept telling me I couldn't get what I ordered. When I drove around to pay, the young man adjusted my order and added what I wanted. Once the food was bought out, my order wasn't correct. I told the girl and she said IF I ordered it, it's in the bag. I told her again that it wasn't and showed her my receipt. She said she'd bring it right back. I NEVER saw her again. I had to go to the window and reorder. On top of all that, the food wasn't even good! This is the first time ever that I've had an issue with Chic Fila food or service

WORST CHICK FIL A! Don't even bother going to this one. Food is always mediocre and staff is rude. Also, I asked for a ranch and they said they charge for it. When I asked why as I have never been to a chick fil a that charges for ranch, the manager said "we can make our own rules and we charge, do you want it or not?" Rude staff and they will charge you for a sauce after spending $25 on food there.

Worst Chick-Fil-A in Birmingham area, even after their late-2023 reopening. I have never waited in a drive through for 20 minutes—until I went to this Chick-Fil-A in December. From the time we placed our order (based on the receipt) to when we got our food was over 20 minutes. And then it took another 5 for all of the vehicles in front to get their orders so that I could finally get out of the drive through. In Feb 2024, the drive through wait time was much shorter, but I was forced to wait in a parking spot for 5 minutes for an 8-count nugget. For the life of me I don’t understand why they didn’t have a box of 8 nuggets ready when I got up to the drive through window. Unless you’re dying of starvation, I would avoid this place and it’s awful service.

Very chick filly. I arrived at 12 pm and was out by 1222 in the drive thru. I always get a Southwest salad and grilled nugs so its the same every where. I would visit this location again. I wouldn’t advise coming here in a hurry.

Unfortunately, I went to Chick Fil A twice in one day (7/1/23) and the food was terrible both times. The first time I went in the morning and got a very much old English muffin. This is all that I eat for breakfast and knew after the first bite that something was not right. I spat it out and decided to keep the sandwich to return later that afternoon. Fast forward to that afternoon…I was given a refund and decided to give a go AGAIN… HIGHLY disappointed. I got 4 meals and all of our fries were cold, but the sandwiches were ok. I also noticed, that the lobby was a mess and they had like 10 plus employees behind the counter. One of the off duty managers had to say something to another manager about getting it clean.

I am a big chickfila fan and go frequently. When I went today they were busy for lunch, but the line was moving pretty slow. I typically order the same thing when I go to chickfila, a sandwich with no pickles, which is what i ordered today. For the first time ever I could taste the pickle juice on the bun and chicken and that the pickles had been simply removed rather than making me a sandwich with no pickles. I am not allergic to pickles but not a fan. This chickfila could seriously get someone sick though who has allergies. I am very disappointed.

Seriously Chick Fil A!?! I pay over 6 bucks for a yogurt parfait I expect it to be correct! Not half of the normal amount with just 3 berries. I order every morning from Chick Fil A for the past 4 years never an issue till I moved here 2 weeks ago and y’all have yet to get even 1 order right! Maybe call the 5 points location and ask them how they do it cause I never got even 1 wrong order in 4 years!!

Most locations are generally busy. But they are more well organized than this location. You will wait for your food. The staff will not care. Management needs to be trained also.Parking: Drive thru was keeping the entrance blocked.

Great place to eat. Everyone is always nice. Although the line is usually long it’s always worth the good food and service. My favorite is the chicken sandwich and chocolate milkshake. There also is a good play area for kid. But the best part is the service by far. There service is unmatched by anyone. Five stars, would recommend

Poorly organized drive thru. Ordered before 3 cars but ended up behind them in line. One of the slower Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to02/19/24Well… they are faster but my order is completely incorrect. Asked for one deluxe grilled chicken sandwich w cheese and to tomatoes & fried chicken deluxe with no pickles. I got, 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with no cheese, tomatoes, and pickles… and they forgot my drink when I picked up my order… major service issue

Below was suppose to be an 8 piece chicken nugget. We went in to the restaurant at 530pm and over half the dinning room was shut down so we got an order to go. Some of the employees were in blue jeans and were behind the counter. Very dispointing
