Love this veteran. Everyone was supper nice. I had 2 of my kitty fur baby's fixed so they can not have no baby's. Everything went perfect and no problems with my fur baby's when I got them and toke them home. They healed up very well and got back to there normal self very quick. I highly recommend this Place for anyone to take there for babies. 💞💕💞

I put my dog for one day spay surgery and day before surgery she was out of any tick as I washed her and even brush her and check all her spot. After being one day there , she got 2 tick on her ear side, it seems they put her outside after the surgery. Even I called them 3 times put them voicemail, no one even called me back. Just after surgery they called me three times to give them the rest of money. Do not recommend this place at all! It is so dirty and they are only caring about money!!

Ended up costing us $60 over the quoted price. Be sure and make sure the balls have dropped or else there's a gotcha. Overall it was a good job but being on disability we really got messed up for the rest of the month. I understand that this is a regular thing and there's no way to dispute it after the fact. But still there's absolutely no way to prepare for the extra cost unless you just have it to spend.

Very disappointed in the communication of this place. I had called in advance to ask if I would be able to rent a humane trap for my cat that had been lost and was told over the phone that I would be able to and to pick up a trap from the clinic. After driving all the way to the location I was told that they only rented the traps for strays. The employees were nice about it but this was a very frustrating experience as I had called in advance in case this was their policy and was misled and had my time and hopes wasted.

such an awesome place to get your fur babies fixed. their pick up and drop off system is admirable and efficient and it was clear my baby was taken care of. and her incision for her spay is so small she hasn't even thought about licking it

Helpful staff and they did a great job neutering my 2 boy dogs. However one of them did have a little but of razor burn that gave my dog some discomfort. He has recovered from that fully though.

Great service. Very efficient. Used them to neuter and vaccinated and microchipped my outdoor kitten all for about $100 . Would have been $300 at my vet. My vet even recommended since he is a outdoor kitten. A feral that that we tamed and could runaway at anytime. But for now he loves being on our porch and stretching out in my lap and being loved on.

They neutered my kitty & through petsmart, put me in a program so I qualified for cheap rates. The receptionist, was so caring & helpful.- gave detailed instructions on home care,& I got the pain med for under 10$, in total I believe I spent well under 30$. They can shuttle from sylacauga AL to the clinic, & back if needed. They truly care & want to make it easier for animal lovers to spay & neuter so that our streets aren't filled with starving & homeless furbabies-its wonderful what they do & with such care

Efficient, it is what it is. Cheapest rate for service provided. Staff is difficult to reach and communication is less then desirable, but understandable given how busy they are. I was a bit irritated that I paid for a nail trim that I am not convinced I received? P.s. my dog seemed to have a great time, he was really happy with the staff, and he recovered quickly without incident. He did have loose stool, which i guess is expected. But overall worthwhile.

They took really good care of my son's dog! She got her shots! She recieved flea treatment she was tested for palvo! All negative! Friendly staff! They even gave her treats!!

Don’t answer the phones when trying to find out the appointment time and because of them not returning calls or answering, they CONTINUE TO CHARGE US!!!! The newer answer! They really suck and are unprofessional!!!!!!!

I have had MANY dogs, social and feral cats spayed and neutered here. They do a great job! I have only had one get sick (not because of them) after neutering and they kept him an extra day to give fluids and observe. They are very good at this BECAUSE this is their focus. I trust them completely and will continue to take animals there.

This clinic always takes care of my fur babies and provides optimum care in any situation. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a vet clinic where your animals will be loved and taken care of. All of the staff there are always friendly and attentive as well. This is also from someone that has 3 cats (1 kitten, an adult cat, and a senior cat) and a dog and that has been going here for a few years now.

Love this place. Dr Weber (RIP) your efforts to this are insurmountable. How many unwanted liters you have prevented is too many to count. With nothing but pain and a relentless fight from the money hungry vets in the area you still persisted and your work and your love for the animals will continue because of this.The issue … if there can be one, is at this time the clinic has only one vet. They need help desperately to continue this great work. Appts are not being scheduled for all at this time with not much hope in the future should things not change. Please consider donating if you have the means.

Did not FOLLOW ANY PROTOCOL, NO COLLAR OR LEASH USED.ALLOWED MY FUR BABY, MAE TO EXIT 3 DIFFERENT DOORS IN TOTAL, THAT WERE ALWAYS TO BE KEPT CLOSED TO NOT ALLOW THIS NIGHTMARE TO HAPPEN. The end result isn't Mae,Mae, scared and was disoriented and ran into a VERY BUSY HIGHWAY AND WAS KILLED BY A TRUCK.If you get a chance,lease all the Al. Neuter and Spay and Thank them for ending the life of my only happiness left in my old age.

They spayed my cat. Everything went smoothly. She did get a little sick a few days later. They had me bring her back in and they have her IV fluids and some meds. She's doing great now.
