helpful staff in all departments & a clean store that is always stocked with healthier alternatives. Delicious sushi and bakery! Great assortment of cheese and the staff that works there is very knowledgeable and always has a recommendation to offer!! Normally the store would get 5 stars, but our last visit we experienced a rude cashier working self checkout. Unlike the other 99% friendly staff she ignored us (no greeting or even a smile). My husband gave our cart away, but the person must of changed their mind or just walked away to look at something?? As we had already walked away from paying this person yelled at us to come back and put the cart back up. Yes, YELLED as we were 2 lanes over! We looked around the person who we handed the cart off to was not nearby. We took the cart and she just glared at us. She had no one checking out and didn’t move from her spot. She was just flat out rude!

Always a pleasure to shop here or a great way to return an item to Amazon. I was here to return a item and ended up grabbing dinner. Incredible food for a reasonable price. Can't beat that for a salmon diner.

Of all the Whole Foods stores, this one is very pleasant in comparison. It’s not too big, never really busy, parking is convenient, and the staff is friendly. The customers are polite instead of snobby, the prices aren’t outrageous, and the selection is fairly good. The store is well organized and it’s not hard to find whatever you need. The bar is nice, the deli and fish market is very clean, the store smells pleasant.

I love this WF. It is very clean and well kept. They have everything vegan. They also carry frozen vegan croissants and blueberry scones! They are always fully stocked with vegan ice cream when I have a sweet tooth. They are the only WF I know that carries the Vegan Valley jalapeño queso, which is yummy (trust me) 😋

When I come to Huntsville for business/work/to see family, I stop in this Whole Foods (just started shopping at this one, I shop at the one back home). I've always had a wonderful experience. One complaint I have is how wild people drive in the lot -- way too fast, but that' not the store's fault.I needed a lot (a LOT) of help finding stuff, and an employee -- I think his name was Justin or Jason (sorry! reddish hair) was so, so helpful even though I had a ton of questions. The cashiers are always so kind, and I like that they don't rush, they talk to you (Southern thing???). Love the hot food as always. More vegan options would be great. To the review from the gentleman who said he's a "masculine white man" who can feel the tension -- welllllll, I don't see race/color/sex/gender (lol), what happened to that, lol? My daughters work in retail -- and I did for a long time before my current career -- maybe you were a rude and naughty, naughty boy and it had nothing to do with your race? lol

Spent 15 minutes looking for Asiago cheese. The whole time I spent looking, not one employee came by to ask if they could help me find something. Several came out of the stock room door and walked right past me with their noses higher in the air than the patrons that shop there. This store deserves to be closed, and everyone that works there on the unemployment line. There is a much nicer high end grocery at Airport and Whitesburg called The Fresh Market. The Fresh Market is 100 times cleaner and the staff their definitely does not walk around with holier than thou attitudes and noses in the air. Will never ever ever shop here again. It is just another example of woke ethic over work ethic.

As someone with food allergies, this place is a reliable source of safe food. Stafford is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, and I rarely experience any ablest behavior, other than the typical lack of accessibility built into every day shopping.

I love the hot food buffet area, the fresh handmade sushi area, yummy olive bar, their unique pastries, and the hot pizza restaurant right there inside the store. They have wonderful fresh fruit bowls and fresh fruit yogurt granola parfaits. But most of the other wonderful items sold there are usually too expensive for me to purchase unless it happens to be on sale or just something too extra special and important that I can't pass it up or go home without it.

Tried something different this year and bought a pre-cooked turkey from Whole Foods Market. To make it easy on the customers, they had a table setup in the center of the store where you could put up your ordered items. After telling our names, we only had to wait a few minutes. As busy as the store was they seem to have a good system going. Thank you for a great experience and a delicious turkey! Definitely will return in the future

Love this place! Always clean, they have specialty items, decent sushi, a great bakery, and you can get produce here you can’t get anywhere else. Big fan!

I’m not sure what has happened to this place over the last year or two but it’s the worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. I just bought a cornbread muffin that was totally RAW inside. The chili I paid $9 for was full of gristle and the pie I bought during the holidays in a rush had mold on it. After I looked at the date I realized it was expired and no one pulled it from shelves. What a waste of money. Not to mention the hot bar is almost always questionable looking and dried out and it’s always the same food. The only thing I’ll buy here from now on are drinks. Health department needs to pay you guys a visit.

Whole Foods is a really nice store as far as atmosphere and cleanliness go. They’ve got a good selection too and most everything I’ve purchased from here has been good. I only wish they could run sales more often, especially considering the Amazon buy out was supposed to make the products here more affordable but I haven’t seen much of a difference.

Horrible customer service. You can just feel the tension because I’m a masculine white man. I’m friendly, and I say hello, etc. The cashier and bagger refused to acknowledge my presence. Disgusting.

ive been to a lot of Whole Foods in this country and this is my least favorite. the staff is hit or miss; lately it’s been very miss. the staff is very weird. there’s this weird-looking fellow(?) who was following me around the store and then out of the store? i prefer to get groceries anywhere else from now on. it’s like a haven for the strangest liberals who decide to come to live in my city of Huntsville. as a born and bred local, ive shopped in Whole Foods since it’s opened. i went to Sprouts when they opened too. i was not impressed. idk what’s wrong with some people who work in customer service but there was this red-headed girl in Sprouts who turned me off of that store completely. she was so dry and unwelcoming. if you dont wanna be friendly and inviting to a newly-opened store then get another job. ive had a few pretty terrible experiences at Whole Foods and i avoid it if i can nowadays. the ppl are just very strange. one time there was a small Asian lady working the self-checkout area and i was at the register closest to Spazio and it’s a pretty confined space. this asian lady was standing directly behind me so i politely asked that she move from directly behind me and she was being so weird asking me why? im sorry that you work here i guess but i dont understand why they hire such bitter and hostile workers. it’s becoming the Wal Mart of grocery stores. i avoid going to this Whole Foods because of the poor customer service and generally weird staff.

Oh Whole Foods, what has gone wrong? Whelp, the employees were great. Helpful, polite, and soft spoken. I greatly appreciate good customer service, which saved y'all from a one star.Pros: Clean, well lit, good customer service.Cons: The fact I could Smell cooked bacon and sausage throughout the store, but there was none to be found. The prosciutto was grey and looked dried out.The muffins were bland, and what's worse, the chocolate on the double chocolnate muffins had bloomed, which meant that it had gone bad and would taste disgusting. The big bakery department was gone. No more wall of delicious breads to enjoy. As Whole Foods go it's average. The selection is the same, the spaced out well lit isles are the same. It's the little things that set them apart for the better or worse. In this case there's room for improvement guys.

This place is amazing. It's expensive, but it has an incredible variety of foods and drinks. I love it here. You can also get food ready to go that is delicious. Fresh produce is my favorite item. The vegetables will last for days versus the life of other grocery stores.

Not impressed at all, over priced and employees had snarky comments when we asked to locate a particular item, infact told us to order it on Amazon because they didn't want to take the time to locate it in the store.... Drove an hour to get to store due employee on the phone stated they had the product in store shelf.... Won't be going back.

Such a great drive up order experience with Amazon and whole foods. My son is allergic to dairy, eggs and all tree nuts so I have to do most of his shopping here. Obviously it's going to be on the pricey side, but it's worth it to find foods that my growing boy can eat!

The cheese & wine department as well as the produce department are full of knowledgeable people willing to help you find what you need. Everything else is too expensive but it's worth swinging through those two departments!

I love the salad bar here. It gives you so many options to choose from. And the cookie bar is also great. So you can get healthy and sweet at the same time.

Love to visit this Whole Foods Market when visiting the HSV area. The store is well laid out and always seems clean. The employees are great. Shout out to Jesse for helping to look for our favorite 365 Cola.. but they were out of stock. 😔 otherwise, everything was great.

I really liked whole foods when I lived in Georgia. Moderate prices and nice store. This location things are set up strangely. Prices have gone through the absolute roof. I can no longer afford even basics here. I love whole foods but now living here I think it will be only a visit if prices of things come down. I don't know where half their items are.
