This store opened recently on Bailey Cove road. It was my first visit to the store.It is very well stocked. They have apparently not had their grand opening yet but many of the products they will be selling at that event are already in the store.The employees were friendly and helpful in locating several items we were seeking on this visit. It was very clean, the aisles were fairly wide to make it easy to get through and it is larger than some Ace Hardware stores I have visited in the past.This is well worth a visit when looking for items typically carried in a hardware store.

I've stopped by Ace several times since they opened and have had nothing but great experiences. I placed an order yesterday online and it was ready 9 minutes later. That's absolutely insane. Pickup was a breeze and I was immediately greeted by 2 different people. I feel like more people need to use Ace now that we have one in South Huntsville!

Ace is always fantastic. You pay a premium, but they're always helpful and even if you don't find the thing you need, you typically find the *answer* you need.

My husband & I are so pleased that Ace Hardware opened a store by us. We have been there a few times, sometimes not expecting to find what we were looking for. But, to our surprise, they had the item each time. Their employees are very helpful & it's not like Home Depot or other stores like that. A salesperson is there when you need one. One item they didn't have, but they ordered it for us & we were able to receive it in a few days. I highly recommend this store.

I will say I am super grateful for this store. I bought a grill from a competitor and they were suppose to have it built by today and they did not and i called this store and they had the grill i wanted and built and delivered it in the same day. Will always check with ace first. They have gained a customer today. Thank you

Bought a br600 and tried it out when I got home and decided it didn’t have enough power (perfectly fine I just plan on doing heavy leaf clean up jobs this fall) so I wanted to upgrade and pay the difference same day and they refused to do any kind of deal with me to swap it and pay the difference for the bigger model. Will only be shopping at commercial lawn equipment suppliers for these types of purchases.

I like ACE hardware. The customer service is excellent. They have unique items available. They are more expensive than say a Walmart, but it's a nicer shopping experience with personalized attention. I will go back.

It is a hardware store only. One does not have to dodge around other stuff to find the hardware you want. There were enough ACE workers there to help if needed. A good old fashion hardware store.
