I appreciate this location. It's right in the heart of so many things I do on Mondays. For the most part, everything is well stocked, and clean.My only complaint is that so many of the Walmart locations no longer keep some of my staple items on the shelf. This forces us to do an online order adjacent and in addition to out regular shopping, then schedule a time for us to pick it up. Life doesn't necessarily work that way anymore, and now defeats the point of one stop shopping.

Let me say this first Misty handled my transaction last time and I had no problem.She’s probably the best employee they have. This place has the most disrespectful employees I’ve ever seen! especially at the service desk I tried to return something and they told me the price changed in less than a month and told me they don’t do exchanges anymore.then I ask for a manager he didn’t know what he was talking about either so I asked for his manager they send me Buffy the consumables coach who tried to tell me about policy until I informed her I was an employee of the company and have never heard of these so called policies.She then says in a smart tone you’re an employee of the company? then I asked for her manager and he instantly authorized the transaction to do a price overide because I paid 215 dollars for the item then they tried to say it was 300 now.But this was absolutely ridiculous I’ll be contacting corporate because I’m no regular employee there Buffy.You lady need some manners and a talking to from your store manager because the way you treated me was totally uncalled for..and I hope you don’t treat every customer that way.. I try not to go to Walmart, but sometimes it's the most convenient. The employees are as helpful as a used tissue. They stand around playing on their phones and are offended if you ask where something is located

I don't usually visit this store. It's too far from my house, but yesterday I was in the area so I stopped to check it out. First off, huge selection of products more than my local store, but not one associate offered assistance even though I clearly needed it. They were everywhere I looked ,but couldn't get the attention of anyone. That's why I gave it 4 instead of 5

I understand the safety issue, but I had to go back and forth for them to get me a perfume. They didn’t even apologize for making me go here and there. Some employees with an angry face like I’m asking someone for free. It makes me mad bad customer services.

I went in to buy bluejeans this evening.There was a young lady who worked in the clothing department. I asked her if I could try my items on.She said, "I'm sorry, I don't have the key. I can call someone who has the key to open the dressing rooms for you."She proceeds to call someone. So I waited and waited and waited but that someone never came.I just threw my clothes back where I found them and left. Lost my business today.How about this? When there are more than one of you working in the department....someone that is on the sales floor should always have a key.Pass the key on to whoever is on the sales floor. It's not rocket science!!It shouldn't be in the pocket of someone who is currently on break.Common sense. I guess whoever it was planned on finishing their break before opening the fitting room doors.Which I understand...however, next time give the key to someone who is going to be on the sales floor. Wal Mart has gone down hill.

The associate Marsha in housewares went above and beyond to help us secure the item we were looking for, which was a present for our parents. We were blown away by her casual helpfulness. We hope she can get some recognition.

I have stocked trading cards at every Walmart location in Huntsville & Madison, and I do it overnight because the customers that want trading cards get real creepy and invasive. And EVERY store understands that except for this one apparently. NOBODY questions me when I come in other than to ask if I'm a vendor, I tell them yes and that's that. I was just visiting this store because the rep for it was gone for the holidays.Some Karen employee took pictures of me trying to find an L cart (before the store was closed), and as I'm trying to put the cards up she asks who gave me permission to work in HER store. Last time I checked the store manager is a man and doesn't work overnight. I've visited that store for work since April, worked after hours and was never questioned once. The employees there are so bad at their jobs that asking a customer for help with something will give better results than asking an employee. Then was going to great lengths to kick me out because "vendors can't start work until 5am". Since when do we have to get permission to work? Especially when the chip and soda vendors be there overnight and i know they arent getting questioned. They literally stopped what they were doing to get on my case like im stealing something, like anyone wants to be in Walmart at night working if they can help it. If they put this much effort into all the people stealing things out of there they wouldn't have the theft problem that they have. This was my last time visiting this store.

Sold me outside Christmas lights that someone had brought back. Lights had mud on them when pulled them out. I get back in my car and drive back to Walmart at 7pm. The person behind costumer Service cuts off the lights and walks off. He walks right my me holding my merchandise and receipt. He does not give an explanation or anything. I have to stop him. He just states we are closed and walks off. Keep in mind it was 7pm.

This Walmart is well stocked (Best) and one of the cleanest Walmart within 30 miles. The employees are excellent, always smiling and eager to help. The manager of this is definitely one of a kind. I live on Limestone cty, and willing to travel this far. Thanks Again for well run Store.

This particular Wal Mart has a huge inventory of shoes and work boots which is why I came inside for and to get,They had a lot to choose from and the selection was very big.I came in for work boots really fast and noticed how big and how much inventory was here and thought I would share with everyone wanting to visit here.There are tons of TVs marked down and at a great price point and so many clothes and electronics and cameras and earphones and musical equipment like radios and sound bars and just so much stuff.There could be a little more staff on the floor helping is my only recommendation.Other than that it was a great shopping experience.

pickup staff are bums. late orders, won't answer the phone, takes forever for them to bring an order out once it's ready and when they finally do they throw everything seemingly as hard as they can into the car.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a Walmart the lady at customer service was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life.Do any of the Wal-Marts answer the phones?Also tried to buy a toy for my autistic daughter,that she would have loved.There was only one and no barcode.Lady told me that I couldn't buy it.Now why couldn't customer service or her look up the toy and sell it to me?Oh I know because that would have been too much work!Also my husband went to use the money center.Lady at the customer service told him very rudely that she wasn't working down there because it was too cold and she didn't want to. When they finally went to the money center she yelled "You are going to have to wait cause I'm not ready for you" Also been noticing that a lot of items don't have the price below and things are so out of place you don't know the real price of what you're getting.I know it's Wal-Mart, but come on now let's do better employees,managers,leads.I get so tired of one employee telling me one thing and another employee telling me something totally different.Feb 7 2024 - A Manger there named Misty went above and beyond today for my husband.Last night my hubby wanted to exchange a scooter well when he did so he was told that the scooter he was exchanging was only that price during Christmas. So he had to downgrade to a crappier model of scooter. I called today and I asked to speak to the manager and I spoke with Misty I explained the situation to Misty and she looked into the situation and called me back and told me that they had made a mistake that the guy that was working the register that night didn't know what he was doing because he was new for my husband to come in bring the scooter and that she would take care of it. When my husband got there, Misty was waiting for him and took care of the situation, and my husband ended up with the scooter he was supposed to have gotten. Thank you, Misty, if you see this, and I highly suggest if any of you have any issues and need to speak to a manager, and Misty is working to ask for her.

It's Walmart. About the only thing they've done right is adding 30 self checkouts to the two that actually have cashier's at them.Update: Went to Walmart for some shelving. I didn't find the shelving, but I did notice that almost half of the "self-checkout" lanes were closed. This was at 5:00 p.m., not midnight. I don't know if it's just this Walmart, but this is ridiculous. You don't hire cashiers and now you don't hire enough employees to even staff the self-checkouts.

Came to buy tires, went to the front for tobacco because tires are stressful, then lady tells me theres 1 key in the whole store for the tobacco and it isnt there. Really?!! I spend $1k on tires & cant even have a smoke to cushion the blow to my backside?!! Shame wallmart, shame!

Just an absolute disgrace of a walmart. Ordered online yesterday at 4 pm for pickup at 10 am today. I get there at 10:05 and they sent me an email saying its not ready. No one could tell me why. I asked when I should be back. Nothing. Pathetic.

I was struggling to find certain merchandise and a OUTSTANDING FABULOUS young lady named Dee, she is a team lead was more than outstanding helping me with my visit at walmart. She definitely exceeded her expectations and she deserves a raise for sure! she did everything in her power to assure that I received everything in a easy and proper manner. (coming from myself and MY WHOLE family. We were VERY beyond pleased with her service)

This Walmart is like a 3rd world country. Panhandlers run about and the employees are extremely rude. I saw fruit flies flying around in the donut boxes when I left yesterday and the greeter yelled at me for my perceived rudeness when she stopped me to check my stuff and continued to antagonize me as I walked out the door even though I didn’t say anything to her at all. I will avoid Walmart from now on.

I am 70 years old smart & have been to many Walmart stores across the United States. This one is the worst that I have ever, ever been in. It is a complete disaster inside with shelves that have not been straightened in months. Totally disgusting.

This is not my favorite Walmart location, but it usually has a decent selection of food and home goods. Although it’s pharmacy and the isles around it seem smaller than usual. I came in for some Abreva cold sore medicine and I couldn’t find it, plus none of the associates in the area knew where it was either, I ended up getting it from a different Walmart location so I’m not sure why I didn’t see it here.

Unprofessional. If you have self checkout have the machines working and actual employees there that wants to work. And lastly have enough counter space inbself checkout so bagged groceries will not have to be put on floor just to have more room.

Registers should be marked more clearly when they only accept cash. Tired of scanning all my items only to find out that card payments are turned off. A tiny text on the top left of the screen doesn't help.

Lines were very long due to the fact no register was open due to the fact all employees were standing on the cell phones. These people get a pay check for being on the phone. Man how the times have changed. On one end all self check out had red lights on. The other end was running and those lines were just like the rest very long and everyone very angry. Wake up Walmart. People will find other places to shop.
