Good value; appreciate them being flexible with returns, etc.Always appreciate Mike's friendly greeting at the Winchester store.Went to the Winchester location today to get a few things before the snow comes in; lots of people had the same idea! Store was well stocked and the employees were courteous.Great deal on mulch, so picked up some for our flower beds.

I sometimes must visit different stores, but eventually I find what I was after. They are good about stocking most of the items I need. I have fun shopping their new products also. Customer service is great also.

If I could give no stars I would. Jenssa in costumer service was probably one of the rudest people I have ever came in contact with. I was trying to return a few items and she immediately gave me attitude AND she was rude to her co worker that was trying to assist me (who was very helpful and pleasant). I understand businesses are understaffed but I would rather be understaffed than have someone as miserable and hateful as Jenssa working with customers.

This was the best Walmart in North Alabama two years ago, lack of management and poor stocking dropped this store to the bottom. Goods stay piled up in the aisles and empty shelves are normal.

It’s been over 10 days and no refund on my debit card for something I bought without a cord in it. Clippers. Now I’m needing the money for Christmas. They took money right away yet keep my money and draw interest off it. I have other businesses that will appreciate my future shopping.

This walmart is hands down one of the best walmarts around. Although one of their managers is the absolute worse. He is cruel and full of hatred unless it's one of his good days which is far between. And heaven forbid your WIC card won't work when you swipe, just know he won't enter your card numbers in because your names not on the card. Even if you show him your ID. So don't expect to walk out with any formula. I will purposely not shop here if I see him.

This was the Walmart on Winchester. I had my oil changed by a crew of professionals. The store was extremely clean and employees were very friendly.

Been shopping at this WalMart for years. WalMart has the best prices and choice of products. However, they have the rudest employees - seems to be getting worse. I was recently was at the checkout with a lot of groceries; the clerk did not greet me and when I tried to engage her in conversation - she literally grunted! She handed me my receipt and didn't say a word. One of the greeters - there on a regular basis DOES NOT greet customers at all! I suppose Walmart makes so much money, they really don't care about these complaints; but I can spend my money somewhere else.

Christian Bryant is the most helpful customer service person i’ve ever met. I went to walmart to buy some delicious sandwich cookies because I was having a bad day. I took them home and while going upstairs I tripped and the whole container busted open and my cookies were ruined. I was so very upset by this and took some time to calm down. I then went straight back to walmart and when I went to get more cookies, there weren’t any left. That almost sent me over the edge. Deep down I was on the verge of tears. When my hero Christian Bryant came to the rescue. He first empathized with me and understood my pain. I really didn’t feel like a customer. He made me feel like a human being which was nice. After he empathized with me he went to go check in the back for some. It took some time because i assume it was deep digging and even if they didn’t have them I would’ve really appreciated the effort. But he did find them and i was so very grateful. In school they make you write essays about your hero, well, if i could go back i could easily write a 12 page essay on why Christian Bryant was my hero that day. But this review has been long enough. I highly recommend someone promote him to manager because he very clearly cares about his customers.

This Walmart is always clean and well-stocked. The people who work here are always willing to help. They are efficient in the checkout experience. All in all, this is the best Walmart in the area.

All I can say is make sure you check the prices on the labels and watch what they ring up for. They had snack cakes on the seasonal grocery aisle with $2.99 price. When I got to the register they were ringing up $4.55 that’s a huge difference. Rather than honor the price the front end coach Angela proceeded to argue with me in the middle of self checkout. She was extremely rude and made a big scene. I will definitely be going to a different store if not giving up on Walmart altogether. Tired of the pricing never being right and rude employees.

Great location. Make sure to look at the expiration date on breads, meats and dairy items! A few months ago I couldn’t even find a loaf of bread that was still in date. Today (12/19) I grabbed a bag of turkey bacon and something told me to check the date. It expired over a month ago!! Numerous packages were out of date. You could literally see how bad it looked!!! 🤢😵

I went to get some shirts, sweater etc. I saw alot of good deals for a dollar. Some didn't have bar codes, but had stickers and tags! Uscan clerk said these are not going to be a dollar cause look at the $4. She said the sticker must have fell off of something. I told her they was like that already. She said let's see when we punch this code in. They all were a dollar.She said I got to go do me some shopping. She didn't apologize!

Always out of everything I need. And if you're shortstaffed in the bakery, please update your hours so I know when to swing by, the bakery was already closed for the day when I went to pick out a cake around 3pm. Luckily I was able to get one lady's attention and got a name written on it but that was after waiting around 10 minutes hoping someone would appear from the back to assist me. Thank you to nice lady working in the deli for helping me with the cake, very much appreciated!

Pros: less than 3 minutes from my houseCons:1. Things are never in the correct place so prices are misleading2. Don’t have Apple Pay yet Walmart pay NEVER works3. Bathrooms stink all the time4. This used to be a clean, friendly store. It used to be well stocked and have knowledgeable workers. Now it is horrible. Shelves half empty. Items in the wrong spots. Door greeter that will not speak to people. We just went in on a Saturday morning and they had 2 registers open. Self checkout had at least 20 people in line. Employees walking around doing nothing and seem annoyed if you ask a question. We will be driving to Hazel Green from now on.

Found what I was looking for. But then we we went to the deli was greeted by a very rude associate. Who first asked us, " oh so you see me putting out new food so now you want some?" In a rude tone. Maybe he was having a bad day but definitely ruined our experience here

The store is clean. The produce is fresh. They always have my coffeemate and coconut silk milk on hand. The aisles are kept neat and clear. They have cashiers to check you out or self check. I rarely have to wait long if I need to use the cashier. Since I don't mind self check I usually use it. They have the best ham in the deli you can't get anywhere else, bone-in ham. Like fresh baked.

This Visit was surprisingly well and the Self Checkout lines were great they had more than just one that excepted cash open and the same with the card exceptancing lines for the customers. It always makes my visit for the simple quick shopping buys to get in and out when that is needed when the lanes are available as so. Thanks for the multiple Aisles with cash payments.

This store sucks.They don't keep their store stocked and they are rude and don't have but one or two checkouts opened. Came on Thursday when the roads were icy and stood 15 minutes outside waiting to get in because they were only letting one person in at a time. I left.

The shopping was simple and quick. I went for 3 non-related items but was able to locate them without asking or using the Walmart app. I checked out using the scan registers without a wait or problem. For one item, I added an extended warranty that requires the receipt if there is a claim. The receipt said to scan the bar code in the Walmart app, which was easily done to have the receipt readily available if needed. The whole experience was a good trip. Thanks...Dr. Bill

First time shopping at this location as I was in that area for other shopping. Very clean and organized store. Not very crowded. Store associates were friendly and efficient. However, they don't carry some basic craft supplies that I specifically went for.

HR is ridiculous at this location so I'm not surprised they lack the man power to run efficiently. Very rude encounter here and to be unhonest most walmarts. The pay is fairly low and the work place seems toxic. I'd shop here if it is convenient otherwise your business will not be appreciated. To management and corporate we all are just numbers at the end of the day

I feel like walmart has gone down hill since covid. That whole self checkout thing is ridiculous. Every time I go there I see people leave carts full of food and everything. And I know why. I'm not paying to work. They got 15 aisles that are not open because they don't want to pay. 15 people 20000 to $25000 a year to stand there and scan. They are cheap. Quite frankly I feel you could find better quality merchandise at target. I believe that's where I'll be taking my business at least they have People standing behind the registers.
