Poor service. No one wants to help, they always direct you to the app. I am disabled and sometimes I need a little help getting something off the shelf. This visit I went to use the rear restroom and the bathroom was empty except the handicapped stall, which I need, and I said something to the individual inside after quite a wait and they got nasty. As I still waited outside it turned out to be the store manager. He continued with his degradation, as if it was my fault. I guess this is what you get for your service. I do not wear hats or anything on my vest to indicate anything, because I don't want sympathy. But I sure as he'll don't need to be ridiculed for being hurt and having metal in me. Fu Walmart manager and you're welcome 💪 🖕🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇲 3%

Worst wallmart i have ever been to. Staff are very unprofessional. I bought my wife an unlocked phone from there to find out it wasn’t unlocked. Its a verizon phone. Took back for refund. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received my money. Everytime i call or go up there they tell me to go online to solve the issue but i bought the phone out of the store swiped my card so that wouldn’t make sense. Overall after this situation is handle i will never shop there again!

I'm constantly looking for something they used to have but don't carry anymore. I've had this issue with hair products and various food items. They also seem to have stocking issues... too much of one thing and never order the things they are running out of. I've also seen obviously opened items, possibly returns, on the shelves.

There's messes everywhere, rats in the dog food, and I've seen more than once hot food in the case by self checkout that was marked for 1130 at 1815 (i get off at 6pm)

A food package was supposed to be delivered to my mother that is in an living Assisted home in Huntsville, Alabama at 10:08am. Walmart said that it was delivered, the driver took the picture below. The food was not delivered. I chatted with Walmart, they said that it was not their problem call FedEx. That really is bad. Will never shop there again.

Sure you can get what you need.The place isn't as clean or well organized as other locations.Personally I would like to file a formal complaint with whoever redid the bathrooms. You couldn't be getting close and personal with the wall that is nearly touching the side of the toilet. Who on earth looked that their measurements, looked at the work they did, and said "good enough"??So disgusting.

I am able to get in and out quick if necessary. Items are easily located. Food is fresh and high quality and reasonable pricing. Lighted parking, helpful employees and more times than not one stop shopping located conveniently on main thoroughfares.

I've been using the Walmart pick up service a lot. It's been wonderful. I love this service. It's very convenient. The staff that brings the orders out are very friendly. I'm really thankful for this service. It's been a life saver the last several months because my life has been too hectic to physically go in and shop. If you haven't tried the Walmart pick up, I do recommend it if you are in a bind.The one complaint that I have about the pick up, they don't bag the 2 liter drinks. I can't just walk directly into my house to unload my groceries, so it's very inconvenient when they aren't bagged, even though I check the option for them to bag my groceries.

The Delivery Dept. delivers on time and awesome as long as I am able to tip the driver. Yet, every time I use delivery paying for my food with SNAP, (and have no money to tip) my delivery gets delayed or rescheduled. Whether they realize it or not, this is the way I’ve been done several times. I’m just finally at my boiling point because my daughter is who goes without in the morning. Why punish a child? Other than this continuing problem. I love the option of being able to order and it be delivered rather than having to leave my home. Anytime I’ve used the “pickup” option, workers are very kind and careful with our groceries. If you receive SNAP Benefits, the only thing I know to suggest is to use the “pickup” option.

Never had an issue with pick up until the last couple of months. Forgetting items and in three months every single pick up order I’ve done has been delayed. It’s beyond frustrating. Pharmacy is great though.

Lots of things mismarked, store in general disarray, pallets everywhere, and I have to scan stuff with my phone as nearly nothing is marked or located correctly. Makes it really hard to stay on budget. Also this particular store seems to be missing stock on a lot of items... Probably because they wrong stuff is on the shelf. They'll have $20 power strips where the $5 ones go and no $5 ones anywhere for weeks. Not limited to that item, but when my kids want to spend allowance money, I have to be the bad guy and tell them that thing that is supposed to be $10, is really $20 and just marked wrong or in the wrong place. Not happy.

Nice greeter at the door. Messy shelves. Messy bathroom. Stock was in the isles. I saw lots of employees and was never spoken to. A random guy walks up to me and asks for money in the store. I then watch him ask someone else. A little wierd. I couldn't find anyone to report this to, so...

Typical Walmart. Only one door open in the morning, grocery. Needed medicine, walked 12 miles to get it, checkouts near second exit are closed even if second entrance was open. Not customer service oriented for the older generation. They aren't gonna walk 12 miles for ibuprofen, but i did cause in young. What happened to customer service and thought about the customer?

Overall this Walmart is solid. It's in a great location, and organize well. Toys section was lacking a bit of a variety, and doesn't seem to be up to date in products. For a quick example: Pokemon is a hot item these days, this Walmart lacks variety in this area. They were difficult to find only because the selection was very limited. Target has a very in dept toy selections for both adults and children. Overall this Walmart has everything you need.

Asked 3 different employees * Can you believe I was able to find 3* if they carried a certain item and showed them a picture of exactly what I was looking for 2 of them literally didn't even try to help. They looked at the picture and said. It looks like you can order it online....If I wanted to order it, I would not have gone to the store. The 3rd employee was very helpful and at least tried to help us. After a bit of research and talking with him, we determined that the store did not have any in stock.

There were ZERO cashier open. Then, on the way out, someone is checking receipts. Really?!?! You made me work for you, then you accuse me of theft?!? Instead of hiring 2 receipt checkers and a few more to stand around and watch customers figure out how to scan produce, pay them to be cashiers.

Getting some what concerned!1 check stand open, otherwise you check yourselves out. Where's the customer service.My sister and I are both disabled and couldn't get anyone to lift dog food in basket. I mean its a Walmart in Alabama so obviously there are some wierd people in there but it's a Walmart I guess 😂 it wasn't very well organized but the workers were helpful
