I am an avid Walmart shopper and it has fallen off in many ways for example self check out is the norm instead of having a checkout person to go to. Also, the shoppers on the App just don’t do the job and other care and professionalism.Walmart needs to regroup and become more hands on with customers and the attitude and service areas. Still will shop there but not sure how much longer!

What I can say about Walmart that is new for everybody . All person in this world know Walmart . For me is the best supermarket in the town. They renew a couple months ago all the internal decorations and that makes the place look prettier.

The store was clean, well stocked and employees are nice.There parking lot was dirty and poorly maintained though. I wasn't sure what I was in for when I walked in initially. There were a lot of people just hanging out, which was weird to me. Folks just hanging out in the Walmart parking lot. Tailgating before shopping? LOL.

They actually had everything i needed in stock and the crew were all very helpful. However, sometimes they put restock out too soon and the staff act like you are bothering them with your shopping or you are in their way. Stocking should wait until the customers are out it's just rude and you can't get thru half the time. Just an opinion!

What can I say? The employees are hopeful. They still move the store items around. That I or others I talk to about it likeit. But what can you do? They think it's a good thing even when customers complain. Oh, and I and others doesn't like the self check out. 🙃 Walmart hasn't trained me to do that. I go to a Register that has a person.. I heard that someone had t check themselves out then decided to go to the break room to take a rest or a break an employee asked that person worked for Walmart they said yes I do I just checked myself out! LOL 😁

The entire front end is in shambles. Nothing is in the right place.Tags are out of date.Walmart associates were also on their phones.As a person who travels regularly and gets to shop at Walmart all the time I do not think the store is up to par.Please think about shopping at the store on University drive or on Winchester road instead.As I said with one of my other store reviews you will need boots, bubble wrap, and a chef's kiss before going in this store.I posted photos as updates.

Worse place to work.managementvdoes what they want when they want and sit back and collect bonuses while the employees slave to keep stuff on the shelfs. DONOT apply to this Walmart they don't care about you.the store is beyond nasty bugs and old bread in bakery. Nasty managers.i have proof you can check out my tictock I'm putting them on blast.they will lie on you and make you feel like u done wrong

The self checkout was backed up. Seriously, if I wanted to check myself out at a store I would expect to be paid for my work. Only used self checkout because the other line was out to the middle of the store.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I went in and purchased a 58 inch TV in the lady in electronics was so rude to me. She would not call for me any help and when I told her I was purchasing a 58 inch TV she said okay you can go ahead and load it it'll fit in your buggy and that was it and went back to her phone to the conversation she was having with someone. I have never been treated this rudely anywhere before!!!

They have expanded self checkouts. I'm not an employee and will never do self checkout. They better hire more people. Prices are increasing and I don't like the new layout. Many shelf labels don't match the new product prices.

I have used their delivery service twice to send food to my brother with bad results each time. The first time they set the food over the fence on the ground where his dog got into it. The 2nd time they were 2 hours late and didn't send a notice until after I called. When I called they never answered the phone except to pick up and transfer it again. I listen to the phone ring for over 5 minutes.

Walmarts are great, except for all the controversial actions and practices of the corporation that I've heard of. I don't steal, but if anyone does they should from them. Just be careful because they're so disgustingly wealthy they can afford to put entire police departments in every one of their stores. How would you like to be the police officer patrolling Walmart? Sad! I'm just kidding by the way. I don't think people should steal from Walmart. I just feel guilty shopping there sometimes. If you can afford to shop somewhere else I think you should. Support small businesses!

I went to pick up my online order. Checked in on the app which allows you to tell what space you're parked in. After sitting there a few minutes I receive a text message and email stating I have received my order I had not received my order and it was given to another customer.

I do not like the new layout of the store. And the prices are ridiculous now. The old layout and the cheaper prices was what I liked , but now Wal-Mart is trying to be like parkway place mall . I find it to be a let down to all low income families who truly depended on Walmart for cheap prices and decent quality goods for their families . I honestly give it NO STARS . DISAPPOINTING IN THE LEAST.

Sparkman Wal-Mart has the RUDEST and most unprofessional employees ever. When you call you can never get anybody to answer the phone. One employee will tell you one thing and then another employee will tell you something totally different.

Don't bother with curb side pick up. They moved location of pick up though have the same "pick up" signs and spots reserved. No indication of new location. No one answers the phone for assistance and employees inside are even unsure of pick up location. Glad I wasted my time trying to save time. Could have picked it all up myself by the time groceries were received.

This Walmart store is clean and well organized. In the course of many years shopping here we've rarely had problems with defective merchandise and when we have, the issue was promptly resolved in the returns department. The produce and meat departments consistently have good quality products. Walmart is so uniform and ubiquitous it's difficult to distinguish one from another except for the few things that can vary such as cleanliness, general helpfulness of employees, etc. In these categories the Sparkman Drive Walmart passes with flying colors.

Hate this Walmart. Nothing is ever stocked, and employees just do whatever they want. Hate coming here. Today, I had a curbside pickup order. Checked in on the app, and no one came out. Called multiple times over 20 minutes for pickup, and no one answered the phone. Called the service desk twice with no answer. I finally went in after no response, and employees had attitude about my disappointment in having to come inside. 3 separate people had come out to help me, but every time they went to the back, no one came out. After about 15 minutes, they were unable to locate 2 of my 3 items. One of the employees said that they would have to find my items in the toy aisle, which would have been ok, except for the eye roll and attitude. No apologies, for the inconvenience. Instead get blamed for not being in the right area. App clearly states to park on left side of building in pickup parking spots, which are labeled as pickup. Employees tell me that the location is on the other side of the building, which there are no signs to indicate, and no signs saying location was moved. The point of pickup is so i don't have to come inside. Serious issues at this store are the reason I choose the Winchester location for my everyday shopping. It is out of my way, but worth the drive. Unfortunately my items were at this location. This is the last time I will ever shop here. Already dont shop here because of issues, but next time, I would rather cancel my order than deal with this terrible location and its terrible customer service. If I could rate negative stars, I would put it as far down as I could. Have wrote multiple reviews on this location, and it just gets worse every time. Worst Walmart in town. Would suggest any other location in Madison county besides this one.

I’ve been going to the Sparkman Drive location in Huntsville, AL for 8 years now and I am happy to highly recommend this location for oil changes and tires. The staff is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. They never try to sell you things you don’t need and they do a fantastic job quickly. I love that I can do my shopping while they take care of my car. Today Bryan was especially helpful with a dashboard light problem I was having. It was pretty amazing how quickly he figured out the issue and took care of it, at no charge! It’s that above & beyond caring, helpfulness & know how that really makes a difference! THANKS BRYAN!!

The worst Walmart I've ever been to. People in Huntsville refer to this as the ghetto Walmart. The employees are rude. If your looking for something in particular. You'll have to find it yourself.
