This Walmart is a scam!!!! They advertise gas at $2.69 and it is $2.79 at the pump. This is false advertising and I tried to ask lady inside about why the pricing was different and she said it wasn't her problem. She says can't you see I'm busy. Yep busy doing nothing but ripping people off. So I left

They remodeled this place in a horribly designed manner , made it into 80-90 percent self checkouts, added like 20+ pickup spots and you can barely get into the parking lot. The employees just stand there talking and hovering at the checkout. They stopped carrying things I buy frequently. I hate going in there so much I started going to a more expensive store nearby to avoid dealing with the chaos. I would have given it 4-5 stars before, now I'd give it negative stars. No thanks.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is always well stocked and employees are frequently seen putting up replacement items on the shelves. It gets a lot of traffic, obviously sells a lot of merchandise and keeping up with the inventory and stocking has to be a challenge.The produce area looks good and the products there always seem fresh and ready to take home.I have not been as fond of the meat selection as some of the local supermarkets look better. Perhaps it is the lighting, perhaps it is the quality of the meat, perhaps it is my lack of knowledge. The Walmart prices are less; I usually buy meat and chicken elsewhere and often go for the organic or something similar.In general, I have not found any prices where I am familiar with the product and the 'Walmart price is never higher and usually lower than competitors' prices. While their wine selection is limited, the wines I often buy are usually a couple of dollars less per bottle than they are at other supermarkets. Costco is usually lower than Walmart and has a better selection but getting into Costco is often unpleasant because of the traffic and crowd in the stores.The store is well laid out and finding a product is usually relatively easy despite the large number of goods available.The prices are good for consumers; the location is convenient; the selection is excellent. It is a good option for those who pay close attention to their food expenses and still like a good selection of products available.

Guess will wait to see final product, first impression to the "improvements" here, will shop elsewhere.Was very convenient to shop middle of store, yogurt to plates. Was convenient to exit with real checkout lanes, etc.Basic shopping experience felt old and dated, way too much space for the "greed- imposed" self checkouts. Just my $0.02!

If you deliver here and are delivering Construction materials go to front entrance and go to construction area. I went to docks first then got sent to that area. Hopefully they have the right fork lift extension. If not you will have to go back to the docks again which wastes more time.

The worst customer service desk of any Walmart I have visited. They are rude and dismissive, the supervisor told me they cannot take returns for Walmart made online, which is completely contrary to the information given to you in the return process (it lists this store's address). I have had multiple issues I have tried to address at this location and it has been a frustrating ordeal. At least be consistent with your return policy.

Regular that lives at the apartment next to the location. After being hit by a car on my way home from work, I decided I'd walk over and get some beer to unwind from a stressful monetary not realizing I left my non expired I.D. in my work bag, but I get I.D. and am denied the purchase of the beer not because I can't prove my age with multiple forms of older I.D.s but even asked if I could show a picture from my phone. I asked if I really had to walk all the way back to my apartment to get a non expired I.d. for a 6 pack of beer that shes just gonna punch my birthday into the register, she said yes its policy. I'm 27 full beard, but guess she had to have some power in her life. Went to the Walmart gas station and bought a 12 pack no problem. To the red hair manager with glasses, I hope you find something in your life to make you happy and feel less of a need to be a pain in the rear. t('.'t)

So, I've attempted to email Walmart Corporate to acknowledge this store's exemplary staff. It's cumbersome to say the least. I'll praise them here.I live closer to Mt. Gap Publix, yet my go to is this NW. I like the people not that the Publix staff aren't friendly but I just find the people at this NW will go above and beyond.Two individuals in particular should be noted. Kimmie and Pamela are extra when it comes to customer service. These individuals are honest and helpful and I enjoy greeting them every time I get that chance.Walmart needs to acknowledge ALL of their excellent associates and compensate them according to the stars they're given.

It's always clean!!And the people who work there are so helpful as well. They dont mind one bit helping you locate a product. And the people they have working in the store near me on Bailey Cove Rd., they are the sweetest people. Some have even become friends. Some will stop what they're doing just to go out of their way to make sure they speak to you. We love our neighborhood wall market, we only go to super Walmart now if we Absolutely have to.

This is a gem of a place. They have a very nice selection of gluten free baking items, well-priced organic options, and a wide selection of items for the health-conscious individual. I was pleasantly surprised to discover many items I cannot find anywhere else at great prices. I commend the management team for a job well done. I have never had a long wait at checkout either. I typically shun wal-mart because of low-quality products, but this market is outstanding. It is at the top of my list to find healthy, organic, gluten free products that even Kroger or the health food store may not carry. VERY WELL MANAGED STORE. I visit here often.

If i could rate it lower i would. 2nd time getting denied for an expired id even after speaking to corporate, their policy is an expired id is acceptable if there is back up identification to prove their age is accurate, not that their expiration date is with in the threshold. 2nd time i got denied, i told them id call corporate then they kicked me out saying i smelt like alcohol, never had a sip but because i disputed the policy they dont know i got kicked out. literally just google "expiration date walmart" and youd see how misinformed they are about their own policy.

Really like the layout of the store and all the options to choose from. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Staff is kind, cheerful, and helpful. Grocery pick up has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion! This store actually drew me away from Aldi!

Definitely one of the better Walmarts in the area. Nice and clean. I always come looking for Pokémon cards and while they don’t usually have them, it’s very easy to walk over and see if they do, due to there being a dedicated card aisle on the right side of the store. Also has two different self checkout aisles that make the process a whole lot easier!

I was a big fan of this place when they were 24 hours. Now i prefer krogers. They open at 7 and close at ~8-10. Between the oblivious patrons blocking the path, the 'buy me' displays everywhere and the daytime stocking carts it's very frustrating just to move around in the store. There is no room. This isn't the employee's fault as employee's aren't displays or stocking carts. This is a managerial fault. Have daytime stocking or 'buy me' displays. Don't clutter the aisles with both. If I had to sum up my review it's just 'store very cluttered'.I don't have the same frustrations moving around in other grocery stores. This is a walmart specific problem.

Excellent, and I don't use that word lightly to describe, customer service. They are the friendlies and most helpful staff. You won't believe it is associated with Wal-Mart. I've yet to be in the store when I wasn't asked by at least two people if I needed assistance. Even the pharmacy is super kind and efficient. I love the pick up service, even in the rain they greeted me, insisted I stay in car, and marked the fragile items like bread and eggs. I am impressed with this store and the associates that work at the Neighborhood Market. I can't say enough to relay how great this store and how happy they are in our community.

Very good Wal-Mart to get food items from. They also have gas you can get there to! The staff were overwhelming nice about asking if I needed help. I didn't like the parking set up. I did like how all the food is organized and easily accessible. If you use there app it's even easier to find items that you want or need.

Very nice neighborhood store. Staff actually walks you to the spot when you ask them where something is. Pretty amazing. On the other hand, while they have a lots of fresh produce, they have little to no vegetarian and vegan products except some tofu and a small freezer section though they have a large gluten-free section. I would love to see them bring more health food items in.

I really like this place it was clean it has all the product you could want unless you're looking for specialty items that probably wouldn't be found in regular grocery markets. I really enjoyed shopping there the people were friendly courteous the aisles were nice it was clean. I just wish it was not so far from where I live I have to be in its neighborhood and I stopped in but it will be difficult for me to go over there on a regular basis but I highly recommend it for anyone living in the Bailey Cove area

What I like about it is it is easy to find what you need because it's smaller. But because it's smaller there is less to buy, which defeats the purpose of Walmart. This is just more of a Kroger in my opinion. It does help that there is a larger Walmart nearby though. However I do love the staff, I left my change in the self checkout and they stopped me to hand it to me instead of being to lazy to bother.

The experience was excellent - response time, accuracy, and friendliness. It is strange there is no cover for the cars here. Employees have to walk farther than at other locations and they may get soaked as well.

Great store: clean, friendly, pretty. The staff is always so friendly and cheerful. They bend over backwards to make sure you are cared for. If only the Wal-Mart Superstores could generate this level of customer service, I'd shop there, too.

I love grocery pick up. Ordering from the app saves so much time. I would give them five stars but they are frequently out of things I buy often. That almost never happens at the supercenter on South parkway. The Market is more convenient so I take my chances. You don't always know if something is out of stock until you arrive.

I prefer the Neighborhood Walmart over the local super center. Easier to navigate, cleaner and well laid out - particularly for the groceries. The staff is friendlier and the customers more polite. You won't see many oddball people here. There are a few items that I will still go to the super center to purchase but that will be on an exception basis.

It's clean with a wide selection and I love being able to pre order my groceries and set and set up a pick up date and time. They just bring it right out to the car when you arrive. Everything is easy to find in the store and the associates are very friendly. The only problem I have is the fact that The parking lot is a little confusing
