I don't think I've ever had an employee be friendly or helpful in this store. Cashier did not greet me and when I said hello to her she didn't respond. She just told me my total and then I told her Thank you have a good day and she just ignored me

I used the coin machine. It was working great. Bathroom was clean. Lots of stocking going on at the time. Witch was ok with me . Love the clearance section but there was nothing that interested me at this time.

I just left, and it's 5:48 on a Friday night. There was not a single register Open! There was a line halfway down the aisles going to the self- check out registers. I just needed to grab a couple of things that my wife needed for dinner tonight and I'm going to go to Kroger's. In fact, I handed my lettuce and parmesan cheese to the front end manager, and African American with short orange hair, and told her that I was going to go to Kroger's where they had a few more cashiers. She looked at me and gave me the most sarcastic smile and said "Great, see ya!"I wish I could say that I'd never be back, but this place is right outside of my neighborhood and it's so convenient, but not when it's going to take 20 minutes to wait in line. I guess it's my fault that I went at this time of day, maybe it's always like this. 😞

The store is clean and the staff for the most part are friendly. I had a little issue today. I called and asked if I could return an item with the receipt and was told yes. (The reason I called to ask if I could return the item is because I had ripped the cardboard piece that had the barcode on it off of the handle.) My husband gets to the store and the lady at the customer service desk tells him that he has to return the item at the Walmart he bought it at that it's a new policy! Now we all know that's a lie! I called and talked to the manager and she informed me that was not true. That she could have returned the item! She said the girl was new and that she had no business saying that to my husband and that she will make sure she takes care of it, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen! I've been shopping at Walmart since I was a kid. I like Walmart ,but I don't like the fact that one employee will tell you one thing and then you can ask two other employees the same question and they'll tell you two other answers. Really hope that the manager goes over the return policy with the girl like she said she was going to! Also they could do better about having more lines open!

Friendly staff, very visible all smiles best experience I have had in a very long time. Went in to purchase meds for a headache. The store was so neat and the staff so inviting I bought other items and left with a smile. Thank you for turning my day around.

Walmart must have a new policy that allows employees to walk around and have phone conversations because every employee here does just that.Nothing gets done half the time and boxes are everywhere because phone calls are deemed more important than a very decently paid job.The time it takes to drive down the street is shorter then how long the overly backed up self checkout lines are because they don’t open real registers

UPDATE: Almost a month later and the refrigerator has not been fixed. I don't understand how this is possible!!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Basic Neighborhood Walmart. One of the refrigerators has been out for a week so no Organic Whole Milk quarts. Mostly self check out lanes.

Brianna at the 1st register was very patient with the person's ahead of me the first one had several things to ring up separately 3 different payments, then had the next customer leave the register after ringing everything up the customer never said I forgot something or I need to take something back and just came back handed her money, then the next customer was Hispanic had opened up a bag of chips and had a 6 pack of beer she asked to see his I D. He reached in his wallet pulled out more money he was already swaying back and forth she repeated he just stood there, I showed him my driver's license he shook his head that he didn't have one she was very nice removed the beer from the register have him his total for the open bag of chips. She was so sweet and patient. She needs a raise

Always had what I needed until they got rid of my vitamins. Garden of life vitamins are the best for my family. Sad they discontinued them. These NEED TO GO BACK ON THE SHELVES!!!

My neighborhood store has the best staff that money can buy, they are helpful and very friendly and ready to assist you in making your trip a wonderful experience. I have never been to a store where they actually knows me by name. You don't find that kind of service in a while. I really shop there because the staff makes me feel comfortable with spending my hard earned money.

Cash register says open but no one standing at the polls for more than 30 minutes a woman had 30 milk seen her buggy drop the milk they came in mopped it up did not put a wet floor sign up and still did not ring her out she had to go to self check out it is sad we all do elderly people at Walmart so disgusted

It certainly would be nice to have a cashier line to go thru instead of nothing but self check out. Meantime got employees standing around in a circle talking and playing instead is WORKING!I mean if I wanted to check my on groceries I would get a job at Wal-Mart!

Do NOT get your produce from here. When i walked in there was a lady waiting to get strawberries from the back because the ones on display were molded. I then when to pick out my vegetables and it was terrible ! Almost every container of habaneros and the bagged bell peppers had at least 3 that were completely black inside. Even the eggs inside the cartoon were dirty. Just disgusting. I will never be back.

I ordered groceries on Saturday evening. The times available were 5pm-6pm, 6pm-7pm, 7pm-8pm. The app suggested I go with 5-6 because it was a “less busy” time. So I did. Sunday came. Around 5:15 I notice I had not got any notifications for my groceries at 6pm they let me know that my order was delayed due to having a driver and that they would let me know when it was out. At 7:45 they said it was late and would have to be delivered tomorrow. I tried calling the store to find out details but no one answered. I canceled the order because I just didn’t want my groceries sitting outside while I am gone. . I wish someone had called and contacted me up setting up a time the next day for shipping.

Got me in and out through self checkout. The bags was not coming apart so a busy employee helped me anyways and was so sweet about it. I normally hate walmart but they are always so sweet here.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! It is horrible! They NEVER have anyone at the customer service desk for you to purchase a money order. I’ve been to 4 different Walmarts in my city today and could not get a money order in none of them! What kind of ghetto mess is this? Went back to this location a 2nd time because they said someone will be there at 9 am. When I went back at 3pm NO ONE WAS STILL NOT OVER THERE! I spoke to a manager and he told me to come back. ON 3.70 gas? I’ve already been there twice! I work 3rd shift…. I SUPPOSED TO JUST NOT SLEEP??? This is absolutely ridiculous! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Such a horrible place! UPDATE Christmas Eve of 2022, I had a cart full of groceries and the store was packed. They took the remaining cashiers off the register and I had to self check out. I told them I didn’t want to self check out all them items. They said they would help and ended up watching me like I was going to steal. Took me a very long time because I have back issues. Did not help me once. I don’t work for Walmart 😡😡😡Close this store down 😡

Perfect for the quick stop that's often needed to make your breakfast/lunch/dinner menu work out. Good selection. The produce section has not let us down and even includes a vegan cheese my children (some of whom can't have dairy)like. Very convenient and staffed by really nice folks.

Only had self checkout locations opened but too many people do not know how to use them efficiently. The employee in charge of watching the station was not paying attention so when one stopped working (red light flashing) people had to go get help vs having them come over to fix it efficiently. Made the checkout process very slow. They should have a line dedicated to Walmart pay so you can move faster.

I love the convenience of the store as I live nearby . Some workers are friendly and willing to help while others not much..I HATE BEING FORCED to use self check out. Lately, there are ALWAYS SUPER LONG LINES..because they only have ONE cashier open..This is super frustrating.. Self check out is about convenience IF I CHOOSE..should be quick access in and out...but because we have to do our own check out, you have people with FULL buggies going thru the self check out..I don't believe that was the purpose of having them...We are consumers not workers...Are they going to provide us with a W2??? Of course not...I work in a customer service field...THIS ISNT CUTTING IT..on another note Today's visit was turned around for me..The lines were long but the older gentleman that works there was kind enough to open Lane 1 and check people out WITH A SMILE...If we had more people like him willing to go the extra mile to help get us on out, eit might make it a better, less grueling experience...

This Walmart is always well stocked and the employees are polite and helpful and There is never an extremely long wait to check out. They don't carry every brand of course that a typical Walmart would carry but you can find just about everything you need. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WALMART!

Nice and clean!They need to keep at least one self serve station later at night. Instead of seeing 3 employees standing around talking..Not as many items to choose from, but it's a neighborhood store, not a super center.Cashier was personable..pleasure to shop.

This is the worst Wal Mart ! ! ! I've been dealing with this place for 3 years and it is terrible! All but just a few of the older employees are rude , unprofessional and never say hi or thank you! Myself and many others like to go threw the cash line but usually just one is open and slow . Several times they will close the only cash line and try to make you go threw the self checkouts . I threw my stuff down today because of this and WILL NOT GO BACK ! EVER ! I'll just go to Kroger . Both are just down the road from each other and my house . I've had enough !
