HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!! Whatever you do DO NOT leave a credit card on file with them! I cannot scream loud enough in this review to warn people!! I have used Walgreens for 20+ but due to how lousy this particular one is, I won't ever use another Walgreens again!! Whatever you do DO NOT leave a credit card on file with them! They will charge you hundreds of dollars that you never authorized and they would not reverse the charges even though I left the item on their pharmacy counter. Beware if you post an honest critical review, they somehow removed my review which was quite lengthy. I guess because I named one woman by her first name they convinced Google to remove it. I have the review on a different computer. When I get a chance, I will repost the entire review minus the woman's name. I called their corporate office several times and was told that someone would call me back. Never received a call back... So the poor customer service exist at the corporate level. I am much happier with the service their largest competitor has provide. Thankfully I documented the whole issue in great detail and my bank reversed the charges.

The staff here is amazing. I was suffering from a severe allergic reaction and needed to pick up an ice eye mask. I got there before opening after dropping my daughter off at school but saw the staff walk in. The employee doing the pick up orders that day came out to my car before they even opened - told me she saw me waiting and wanted to go ahead and get me taken care of. She was efficient and very friendly. Thanks yo their amazing customer service I get relief sooner

I used the drive thru for the very first time at the Walgreens on the corner of Jeff and Mt. Zion. The attendant at the window was a pleasure to deal with, she changed my address from my former out of state address to my current address and I was sure to thank her and tell her I appreciated her service to me that day. It is very nice to hear manners and thank you. That in itself says so much to me in this day and time when so many have failed to remember what manners even are these days. They go a long ways with me, and I do appreciate those kind words immensely! Thank you to everyone who has been kind and helped this grandma along the way!

The people who work at this Walgreens are by far the most helpful, polite, and hard working. For example just this week I messed up a canvas order I was doing for my mother in law, not only did Terra fix the canvas perfectly she also fixed it the same day. It was perfect and everyone was completely happy. Thank you Terra and Walgreens.

Most of my experience has been good. Having an insurance issue, and a rep was rude and short on the phone. I'm sure phone calls annoy them! Transferred all my prescriptions away. They'll be fine and so will I.

Pharmacists LAURA and CHRIS are AWESOME! When my prescription dosage amount and timing was different than expected, they took the time to call the on-call doctor (on a Saturday too!) to double check the Dr's instructions and explained the phone conversation to me. I'm very grateful and appreciative! Kudos for great customer service!!! Thank you!

Whenever I have a choice of where to go for a pharmacy, I will always pick this location. A special shout out to Bree in the pharmacy. She is the nicest pharmacy tech I have ever worked with. She has a great disposition and goes the extra mile to be helpful. I wish more employees at more locations could be like her.

First time picking up a prescription at this location and the pharmacy staff in this place is extremely rude. Dealt with a guy named Elliot who was not only rude towards me, but I heard him and a pharmacist(unsure of her name, but she was young and blonde) talking really horrible about another customer. I guess they don't care about their customers or getting business at this location. I'll never be back.

I came in with my two boys and the cashier's were so friendly! One of my son's haS Autism and the cashier, (didn't catch her name) was so helpful assisting me with the children!! Super sweet and my son interacted back with her. I didn't tell her he had special needs, however their interaction made him say a few words which is tuff because he doesn't speak much! I wish I could've gave her a hug because if more people were like that it could help people more than we all will ever know. It take a community to raise children and I am thankful for this community!! Great Customer Service!!💜💜

This pharmacy's customer service is just plain awful. My wife went there today to get a prescription for my daughter. After 1 1/2 hours it was still not ready. They tell her it will be ready in 20 minutes. She comes back an hour later and it's still not ready. They say would you like to wait 15 minutes for us to fill it? She said you told me 20 minutes and it's been over an hour. The clerk says ok so? They need to hire better people.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever been to. They kept tell me my son was not covered under my insurance and would not fill his prescription. I call the insurance while I was there and he is definitely covered. We I’ll NEVER go back to Walgreens! If I could put 0 stars I would!!!!

I love my neighborhood Walgreen. I can always find what I’m looking for. Customer Service is always so nice. The store is always clean and shelves stocked. My husband gets his prescriptions filled here. He loves it.

Worst service from a pharmacy. Took them over 3 hours to fill one script, that was last week. Went today to pick up a different script. Person at the window had an attitude, can't even get a insurance card to work. The card was just used at American family care as well as Publix. We will never use Walgreens pharmacy.

Nice store but they don't seem to stock their meds very efficiently. Out of my last 6 visits they have not had my prescriptions on hand 4 times. I never had this problem with Rite Aid.

Really appreciate the friendly staff at this location. They always welcome you to Walgreens. The pharmacy is run efficiently and always gives great personal service. The store is always clean.

If they tell you your prescription should be ready in 20 minutes don't believe them just come back after 3 hours maybe it will be ready by then.
