i have an Autoimmune Disorder & they seem to judge me due to the medication I CHOSE instead of others so I'd have a clear head (others made me sick and drowsy). I guess it's also something others take for something else, but that's not my case.They continuously flip flop on the medication I need and which brand they get bc I get mine once a month like clock work. They know this. It's been about a year. Last time I came in with the kind I need bc the others put other stuff in there that causes me to have bad reactions, but they didn't have THAT PARTICULAR kind, and the clerk SIMPLY looked in his system, found the store that had them, AND easily called to make sure, and it made me so happy that someone other than myself makes sure, if possible, they do whatever they can for the customer. It took maybe like 3 minutes, give or take.So today was the next month (like clockwork) and I was at a store grocery shopping, and I had my baby and we were on a time crunch, so my fiance dropped us off and went for me. He called immediately and said they weren't helpful, and straight up said they didn't have it. I said to put me on speaker and explained that the guy previously said that "we can definitely look in our surrounding areas AND call to make sure if need be". Because when regular civilians call they either JUDGE what you're calling for and without even looking they immediately say no, OR say "we can't tell you that information on account of robberies"?? Umm Walgreens are all connected. You can see why I'm asking. So last time he said we don't have them but it shows that another Walgreens has them. We called they immediately said no and basically hung up on us, and he called and they had them and he said they have a prescription for this many and they're on their way right now and they should be there within half an hour. And everything worked out. So the man was being helpful again and said yeah we can, no problem. Until all of a sudden the pharmacist I guess was apparently on her phone sitting down not paying attention, and wasn't even in the conversation, apparently jumped on the phone and said "we don't have time to do this for you every two weeks and stop our jobs just to look for your medication at another Walgreens and make a call!" I said "ma'am I get mine ONCE A MONTH" so she didn't even know ANYTHING about what We were discussing and jumped in and just completely blew us off and had no right to do so. She even cut off the guy that was working with us I didn't ask you to do it your pharmacist You're not checking me out so why are you jumping in being extremely rude when you don't even know the details? and she said "well.. then once a month." I said hmm.. hold on. I actually went to the pharmacy that at the store I was at and asked "If you have a prescription to fill but your stores out can you look for stores around you and see if they have it in stock and call it in?" And she straight up said Yeah like we can look for prescriptions like that nothing like Sudafed or anything but like prescriptions if you're prescribed something and we don't have it we can call around our jurisdiction & look around for you and try to find it for you. I have an autoimmune disorder so I've been to pharmacies pretty much my whole life and this was probably one of the rudest moments I've ever heard. Like last time it took him around 3 minutes maybe I've waited for people there for like 30 minutes sometimes an hour. And you actually just jumped on the phone when you didn't even know who I was or what I needed or what we were talking about or my prescription or when it was getting filled and you just open your mouth & shut me down like that?!?! It's not like these are cheaper so they still get to basically rob you for something I HAVE to have, But you're telling me you can't easily look around for 2 seconds for somebody whose loyalty brings me & my 7 brothers and sisters, all their spouses, relatives, and parents, & the 100s of others i've referred there have been VERY loyal to? You mean you can't do your job?

Had my prescription and was about to give it to me and as soon as it hit 1:20 PM she told me to leave and come back after lunch. But lately the service at every Walgreens I've been to recently has horrible service, especially all the stores in Madison. Also the fact that i have to reinput my online card for payment every time I come back to this Walgreens is really annoying. And it happens every time. They always say a card is not on file, y'all either need to fix your databases, or seriously visit this store as this shouldn't be normal. Definitely reccomend using CVS over Walgreens in Huntsville

I am feeling horrible just leaving urgent care and tested positive for Covid. Arrived at the desk and the young lady said they just recieved the prescription 10 mins ago, it is now their break time and I will have to come back at 2:30p, an hour from now. I explained my situation and informed her I do not have the strength to come back out, can they PLEASE fill my prescription b4 going on break. She said "I'm sorry we're all about to go on break". The people in line behind me was just as flabbergasted as I was.No empathy for the community they profit from. NONE! Iam too weak to go home and come back, I am now waiting in my car of the parking lot for an hour waiting to start my healing process because of the well eating lunch. Let that sink in.

I am back to reiterate this one star review. The doctor sent a prescription I needed in the morning relating to my treatments. At the end of the day I went to get it, and they told me I couldn’t have it because it was “on the order for tomorrow.” I said I would wait for it as long as it would take to avoid multiple trips but they refused to fill it because it was not on their to-do list. My son’s doctor told me to get a different pharmacy so that is what I’m doing.

Don’t waste your time with this store. They convince you to make an account and shop there and when you finally do and earn cash rewards they wanna claim you don’t have an account. So all that extra money you paid In hopes of getting more back was a waste. Of course it works when you don’t wanna use rewards tho. I had the app and everything proving I had an account with rewards and was told I didn’t have one. Will stick to CVS

I use routinely use the pharmacy for prescriptions. No issues. The drive-thru is extremely convenient. I haven't seen a pharmacy anywhere yet with the best privacy setup (you always have to discuss your meds while the people in line are close enough to hear you), and this isn't any different. The store items are more expensive than you'd find at other places, but that's not unusual. All in all, 4 out of 5.

Had an 830 appointment for a flu shot at 0840 I asked when I might be helped. I was told that I should come back later when they are not busy. Speechless... I left.

Have been using this Walgreens for a few months. Every time medicine is never ready and am lied to about when it will be. Today I come in for my medicine and told when I walk up to wait. 10 min past then she speaks to me. I tell her i will wait for my medicine. A hour passes and I notice they start closing the doors so I pull out my phone and start recording . As soon as I do that the lady calls my name . She gives nasty tones . I go to my car and open my medicine and it is shoved into a tiny bottle. Terrible service. Terrible attitude . Save yourself the headache.

I received a notification on Monday that my prescription was ready, and a reminder on Wednesday. I went through the drive thru on Friday to get my prescription. They literally lost my medication and four pharmacy techs couldn’t track it down. 45 minutes the drive thru, what a headache! Barely an apology from the employees. I’m glad my medication isn’t life or death, I certainly would be worried sending critical medication here. Needless to say, losing medication is not acceptable and I am transferring my medication to a pharmacy I feel like I can trust.

The staff is not helpful there at all. I was trying to schedule a covid booster shot And the app was not working properly So I called the pharmacy to see if they could help me to schedule but they said they Would Not and I needed to schedule through the app. It's ridiculous that they don't have a way to help you if their app doesn't work properly? Or maybe they just don't want to help you. I guess they have enough customers and don't care if they lose one.

Dropped off a prescription in the morning, was told I'd have to wait until they ate their lunch to get it filled. Came back 5 hours later and it still wasn't ready, waited instore for over 30 minutes for it to get filled. Worst walgreens I've been to by far.

The pharmacy gave the adult dose of the wrong covid-19 booster to my 3-year-old daughter on 27 October, 2022.So, yeah. Maybe go somewhere else.
