One of the pharmacist here is the worst human I've ever encountered. I had lost my insurance due to a layoff, and my new insurance started in 5 days. I was out of blood pressure meds and didn't have another refill, as I was waiting for my new insurance to kick in. So i asked if she could give me a week emergency supply until my new insurance started and i could get a new script. She said because she had given me an emergency supply, which was only 2 pills, 2 months prior she would not do anything to help me, then told me just to go to the ER and hung up on me. So after not having my blood pressure meds for 3 days already, she wanted me to go sit in the ER waiting room for probably 10+hours just to get a weeks worth of blood pressure meds. Which would then result in an astronomical bill I'm sure. Which is absolutely insane. Then just to hang up on me. Not to mention they shorted me on 2 of my prescriptions, on separate occasions. And when I first called about it she told me they would NEVER short someone on a simple 30 day supply. But sure enough I got a call 15 mins later both times saying they ran a count and they had in fact shorted me, and I could come pick up the ones they left out. So then everytime I got any meds from them I'd sit in the parking lot and count them to make sure they're right. Which makes me feel crazy to have to do. And lastly, once while I was out of town(when they had shorted me) this same pharmacist told my to call my insurance company and tell them I had lost them and that there was nothing else she could do. Without taking any responsibility that she was the one who made the error. I went to a Walgreens in the city I was in and explained the situation and they were shocked at how I had been treated and how I was told to do all this unnecessary stuff. When they just filled them immediately just using a Good RX card instead of running it through my insurance. I will say most of the rest of the staff is great. But she is one of the most vile humans I've ever dealt with. My new insurance just started today, and as soon as I get my new prescription from my new dr, I'm immediately moving everything I have on file at this Walgreens to a local pharmacy, who has always gone above and beyond for me. They even tried to be able to give me the emergency supply I needed, but since it had never been filled there they couldn't.But yes for the love of God, avoid this pharmacist at all costs! I've never seen anyone in the health industry just not care at all about their customers. To the point that she actually will argue with you and get loud with you when she's the one in the wrong. There is one other female pharmacist there that I've always had great experiences with, but I don't know either of their names but I will be finding out the rude ones name and reporting her to corporate as well with screenshots from all these other reviews of how horrible she is as well.

By far the least professional, and worst organized pharmacy I’ve ever done business with. I needed a prescription fill in a couple of hours one afternoon in anticipation of a very early morning surgery. The pharmacy tech assured me it would be ready within two hours, I came back 2 1/2 hours later, and they said they were unable to fill it. When I told them my situation, they simply shrugged and handed my prescription back to me. I will never ever do business with this location again.

Finally gave up on this pharmacy. Using auto fill results in fills being late so I run out. Don't use auto fill and they don't have it in stock and can't tell me when they will. This isn't a location issue this is a corporation issue. Left them for a local pharmacy that actually has what I need in stock when I need it.

Awful pharmacy staff. I arrived a few minutes late from the snow yesterday for my covid test. Was toldfrom the speaker to wait.. Not once but Twice.. So then ten minutes later. The girl came to the window told her I was a little late.. But with the snow.. And I had been out here waiting.. She told me no.i was late and wouldn't do the test..i told her..no one was in line.. Can she please do it... That next appoint time here was like days away.. Simply no.. Your late and ourcompany told us not the do late customers. I have never been treated soawful by someone that is suppose to help people.sad customer service skills. I will drive father too another store that cares about their customers.

I've been going to this Walgreens pharmacy for many years, but today is the last day. There was a problem with one of my prescriptions and they could only give me a partial amount until they restocked. That's annoying, but not too bad. The remainder will be ready in a few days. A week later my wife went in to pick them up. They had done nothing and the prescription showed as completed. They said they would order and the pills would be available in two days. I went back 3 days later and they didn't have them and they hadn't been ordered. People at the counter where trying to be helpful, but the Pharmacist clearly didn't care. No, "I'm sorry", no engagement at all. They finally told me they would order and to come back in two days. I went back in 3 days later. The pills are now in stock, but nobody had filled the remainder of my prescription and the system was still showing that it was completed. The person working the counter was helpful and apologetic, but when the Pharmacist came back, she said "we don't manufacture the pills, so it's not out fault". She obviously missed the training for customer service. This was the fourth time I was told the prescription would be filled and it still wasn't done. An apology, at a minimum, should have given, but I surely didn't expect to get attitude. Completely unprofessional. I told them not to fill my prescription and I left and will not return. I'm transferring my prescriptions to CVS later today.

Your pharmacy hours for Saturday and Sunday should be posted on outside correct they say 8:00 sat sun . My wife had panic attacks all night. You never called to notify you always do y'all sent the message one 30 Mon before it closed and she looked at app it was ready at 2:00 you have not notified our site or app or message in weeks.

I absolutely cannot believe the GALL of the horrible, awful humans working at the pharmacy at this location. After waiting in line for WELL before her appointment time, these atrocious people tell my sick mother that she is late for her appointment. My mom explains to them that no, she isn’t late, she had just been waiting for a long time in the line and even encouraged them to check the cameras to see that it was due to the pharmacy line that she was late, not a late arrival. They tell her to reschedule and won’t test her. So, like a reasonable person, my mom asked to speak to a manager and get the name and number of the regional manager. The woman at the pharmacy refused (probably because she knew she was wrong) and proceeded to CALL THE POLICE ON MY SICK MOM WHO JUST WANTED A COVID TEST. I will absolutely be making a tik tok on this experience and will do my best to put Walgreens on blast until this is made right. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

For the second time, I was treated worse than I could ever imagine a person being treated. The first incident the manager actually put her hands on me. I wrote a report didn’t visit for over a year. Today the same I was met with the exact same energy. These employees are rude. I don’t leave reviews ever however this one needs to be left. You, can’t treat people “customers “ anybody for that matter like stray dogs. Something should be done here. Jesus

The pharmacists here are horrible people. Not just bad customer service - unkind, unreasonable people. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Apparently even if the pharmacists themselves make you late for an appointment, they will unapologetically cancel your appointment and may even call the cops on you if you dare ask for their information or regional manager. Perhaps they are afraid of the repercussions of their actions?

Minus 50+ stars for this pharmacy. It's a pharmacy, first and foremost in the business to take care of a patient's needs by filling doctor prescribed medication for sick people. That alone should mean the employees will be kind, considerate, and have the patient's best interest at heart, which requires a certain level of customer service skills. I can honestly say, this is by far the WORST customer service experience I've ever had, in ANY industry! From the pharmacist herself to the tech working the counter, they are the rudest people I've encountered! My particular issue began with a refill which I called in back in August. Once I received a text that it was ready for pickup, I drove over to collect it, only to be told once I got there that the RX was not ready and the drug was not in stock. The tech argued with me about being notified that it was ready until I showed her the text message and then she had nothing to say. I was then told they would call me when the drug was back in stock and my RX had been filled. Three weeks went by and no word so I drove back over to check on it. This time, I spoke with the pharmacist who literally could not be bothered with my questions about when I might be able to get my prescription. She said it was ordered from the 'warehouse' and that they would call me when it came in but if I didn't want to wait, I could go somewhere else and get them to transfer the RX. I opted to wait. Huge mistake! Yesterday, while picking up 2 other prescriptions, I inquired about my refill on backorder. I explained everything that had taken place thus far to the tech and gave her my previous RX bottle for informational purposes. She checked on the computer and said 'this RX has already been filled.' And so I say to her, no, as I so painstakingly explained, it was never filled because you were out of the drug and could not fill it and I've been waiting for you guys to call me when it came in. Immediately she became combative! Then she tells me that, yes, they have the drug in now, BUT, I can't have it because 'oh look, this refill expired a few weeks ago.' Umm. No, it didn't 'expire,' it's been in your system awaiting the restock of the drug! She very rudely tells me that I'll have to go see my dr (and pay the $30 copay,) and obtain a new prescription. What? I'm in disbelief at this point. And when I asked if she heard any of what I had said to her previously, she began talking over me saying it's not their fault because they're all new and training and learning the rules and I'm out of luck! And that she would be happy if I took my prescriptions elsewhere! DONE! Not to worry! WALGREEN'S will never get my business again for anything!

Horrible customer service refused to help and dishonest isn't even the half of it. When asked for a corporate number I was laughed at and hung up on 2 times and the treatment by the pharmacist and store manager both need customer service training. I used this pharmacy for years i am currently looking for a new one. Do not recommend this store.

If i could give this walgreens a negative star i would! i always use walgreens so i didn’t think this one would be much different. i had a prescription for my 2 month old son sent over last thursday, they said the medicine would be on monday because they had to order it, which is fine. monday i come to pick his prescription up and they couldn’t find it for 10 mins. finally after they found it they said it wasn’t done yet to come back in 30 mins. i cone back later and they said that they were waiting on an approval from a doctor. well it is tuesday now and they have ordered the wrong medication. i will never return here. my son has really bad acid reflux and is in an extreme amount of pain so this medicine is very important for him. will never return here ever

I have worked at Walgreens. I know the rules and they are stretching them at the pharmacy. The attendant in drive thru was rude. It took a very long time for him to come to the window. Then he said it would take 20 min fill the prescription and I should come back. I timed the cars ahead of me. One was more than 15 min. One was over 20 min. I recommend corporate and store manager look into it. Until the young man's attitude is fixed go somewhere else. I will be praying for him.

I've worked in customer service and am overly patient with anyone in the industry. That being said, this pharmacy is the worst I've ever used and often results in me having to make 2, 3, or sometimes 4 visits to get my prescriptions filled, at no fault of my own. I switched over to them because CVS was constantly out of my medications and I regret it. I award them no points, and may god have mercy on their souls.

Worst pharmacy experience ever! First off, it took and hour and 15 minutes to fill one prescription and then I paid online to save time (like the service advertises). When I pulled through drive thru with my toddler and infant in the car the pharmacy tech tells me that my total is blank amount...I proceed to tell her that I already paid. She then tells me that since I paid online, I had to come inside the store to get my child’s medicine. I begged her to help me out since I had both my toddler and infant in the car but she just told me the same thing again. At this point I’m mad because how can they send you a link on your phone to “save time” but then make you come inside to get your prescription?!?!?! Busy moms beg you to come up with a better solution! Until then, I will no longer get my prescriptions filled here (or shop here for that point).

This location is awful. They Tell you one thing and then it ends up being something entirely different. Then no one wants to take accountability not even the manager. It will have taken them six days to fill a prescription.

Try to get my medicine refilled a few days in advance cause sometimes it takes a week for them to get the medication in and they start telling me they cant refill it cause it's too soon they have to go by the pickup date well I tried to pick it up same day and they couldn't fill it and had to wait for their order to come in
