I’ve always been anxious about leaving my dogs in the care of someone else so for over 20 years I’ve been grooming my own dogs. After getting our newest dog I realized I was not skilled enough to do him on my own. I was nervous and spent hours researching who other local pet owners were recommending, especially those with Poodles. I am very pleased with our experience at VIP Grooming. Morgan was kind and honest. She took her time to explain what she did and let me know what things I need to work on with him so he can be more comfortable during the process. I admire her patience and talent because I know it was not easy to get him looking this good. I would definitely recommend and will continue taking my boy here. These pictures are several days after our visit but you can still see the lovely job she did.

The greatest staff! Both of my dogs love going for their pupcations. They just can’t seem to get in the door fast enough. They boarding rates are very reasonable and competitive. You won’t be disappointed. You’ll both return from your vacations refreshed. We exclusively use VIP Grooming and Pet Hotel for our pets needs.

I was reluctant to have our Yorkie groomed here only because she has had the same groomer since she was old enough to have a haircut HOWEVER I was incredibly impressed with our puppy’s haircut today! I don’t leave reviews often but felt this business deserved to be acknowledged. I’ll be taking her here from now on!

‼️BOARDING REVIEW ‼️(1.) boarded 2 dogs and 3 cats and all were fed improperly even tho they pretended to care and wrote down my feeding instructions at drop-off.(2.) did not call me when one of my cats weren't eating his food ( my animals were there for 6 days ) !(3.)doesn't show it in the photos or tell you upon boarding but they board the cats in dog kennels where “daycare dogs” have access to them and they never take the cats out to play so they are just locked in kennels near loud stranger dogs. as if dogs don’t stress most cats out..(4.) not clean or safe at all. dog kennels line the wall stacked up able to fall over on animals at any point.(5.)when i called to dispute my issues with them about them improperly feeding my pets they were super unprofessional, uneducated, and rude! ( i spoke to steve russell/ franz, jessica, and a lady who wouldn't disclose her name however she claimed to be the owner. ALL RUDE PEOPLE!!overall pls do not trust these people to take care of your babies at the end of the day all they care about is a paycheck

I would like to say that it is definitely more of a grooming place rather than a boarding place. The staff did all seem nice at first but later proved to be very difficult and rude when trying to figure things out. In the end everything was figured out but with much hassle and unwanted rudeness.

VIP is the service for my Kash, a Yorkie-pooh. We use them to board and groom her and the price they offer is really affordable. Nice and friendly also knowledgeable people. Give them a thought if you may need a boarding and grooming for you pets. Thanks VIP!

I wanted his face trimmed, a bath and nails. I dropped him off at 7 and called at 3:30 and he was just on the table. I was told he was a mess because he had mats in his ears. I guess they forgot to trim around his eyes because of that. That is way too long for him to be in a cage waiting all day. It’s always an all day event. That’s too much stress on my dog. Plus, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was a new place but it still looks very bad and very unorganized.

Have taken our Yorkie to this groomer on advice of our Vet, Apollo Animal Hospital, since October, 2022 when our long time groomer closed business. Very pleased. Everything exactly as asked for, very professional, and I do not worry when leaving him at VIP. He is well taken care of. Highly recommend.

The two staff members we interacted with were really kind and seemed liked they cared for the animals. We cut our pets’ stay short for personal reasons but I’d feel comfortable using the facility again.

Wow some of these reviews! They must really have woken up on the wrong side of the bed!Anyway- this place is great! They were able to cut my dogs nails in no time at all! The vets office couldn’t even get my dogs nails. This place is great! How it looks is just fine. The area where the dogs go is clean and neat and that’s all that matters!

We cannot say enough good things about VIP! They helped us find our sweet poodle rescue and have taken care of her and our pit-lab for years.We just had them boarded here for the first time last week while we went on vacation. We have never gotten pets back from boarding that weren’t THRILLED to be getting out of doggie jail… until yesterday. They honestly acted as rested and relaxed as we felt and truly seemed in no hurry to get out of there. Our big dog even received a bath while he was there. If you are looking for a careful, thoughtful, attentive and caring company to groom or board your babies, look no further. These people truly care about the animals in their care! The prices are very competitive as well.

Do not take your animal here. 1) It looks like a hoarder lives in the building with loose animals and piles of stuff everywhere. 2) They charged us $120 for our dog instead of the $54 we were quoted "because she's a Doodle" and "was really difficult to cut." First, she is not a Doodle, and second, there was no mention of a "difficult dog fee" during our phone conversation or on their website. We never would have taken her had we known about that because she can be difficult about her feet. 3) They cut off all of her whiskers (near her mouth and eyebrows) and most of her eyelashes, which no one asked them to do. No wonder she was "difficult" and "had to be held down." How in the world are we going to get this traumatized dog into another groomer in the future? The one positive is that when we complained to Penny, the owner, she at first refunded us $35 before refunding all $120, and she was very understanding and nice. She seems great, but we won't take our dog back after this experience.

The worst grooming of my Yorkie that I have ever encountered!!!! It is definitely not "VIP". My poor puppy had an uneven cut and his head looked the worst. It was as if they didn't even know how to cut a Yorkie a hair. He came back shaved. He literally looks like a little mole rat. His stomach still has dirt on him as if he was not even bathed properly!!!! Definitely not worth the expensive $55. I will never take him here again. I feel so bad that I let my poor pup go here.

Morgan is just wonderful! My dog has high anxiety but he comes out happy and calm. He looks beautiful every time she grooms him! 10/10 recommend!

UNSAFE AND ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! If I could give this business no stars, I would. I dropped my dog off and requested that he be shaved down, as his hair had become a little matted. It's my first long haired dog... Live and learn. I would say the grooming job itself was a C+ at best. The cut (for a shave) was very uneven, and they left his tail the same length as it was when I brought him in. It looks really stupid. I will accept some responsibility for that, as I was not incredibly specific. I just requested that he be shaved. BUT that isn't the worst part. If it was just a terrible cut, I'm willing to give them a second chance. --BEWARE--When I got my puppy back, he had nicks and scratches all over him. His ears, legs, and stomach all had scratches. One of his ears was particularly bad. He was distressed. He did not act like himself for the rest of the day. I will NEVER EVER take my dog to this groomer again because they do not properly care for the dogs. This groomer will not treat your animal with respect. They are unsafe. If you love your pet, PLEASE stay away from this groomer.

The second time I brought my incredibly sweet, obedient goldendoodle to VIP, she was terrified to go in. I had to basically push her into the back, which I thought was maybe because there are about 10 cats right when you walk in the door. When I came to pick her up, she was overjoyed to see me, which is normal, so I paid and left. After getting my dog in the car, she was acting so weird and pitiful. I went back to ask if they had any issues with her and they assured me that she was one of the most behaved doodles they’ve worked with. Sadly, my dog has been acting weird for over a week and I just discovered that the groomer completely butchered her paws. The nails are cut WAY too short (into her flesh) and she has severe razor burn in between the pads of her paws, which she licks at constantly. After reading the reviews, I completely believe that my poor dog was mistreated and I will never bring her near that place again. Keep your sweet babies away from these people!!

I LOVE Penny and all that she brings to the table at VIP! Her love of animals pours into her work. Not only do I have clientele experience, having worked there in years prior, I also have behind the scenes experience. No one loves dogs and cats more than these guys. They do a great job on my mom's dogs and they bathe my huge dog who has skin allergies! She always feels such relief after a medicated bath!

We called for last minute boarding on a holiday weekend and they got us fit in! Cookie had gone to plenty of other places to be boarded and always came back shaking and terrified. This time she came back happy and her normal playful self! We will definitely be back! The prices can’t be beat! Only 4 star due to the run down appearance but honestly a great place!

Penny is the only groomer in town who was able to keep my miniature poodle in perfect show clip. She obviously loves animals and my dog loves going there. She rushes in and greets Penny like she is family, which after 7 years, I guess that's what it feels like to her.

We are so thankful for your kind, considerate treatment of our old cat Baghera. He was so distraught over having to leave the house, but we desperately needed to have grooming done for his coat and claws before it developed into a life threatening situation. I SWEAR - by the time VIP GROOMING was done with him (in less than 10 minutes by the way), I think old Baggy was wanting to schedule his next cross-town visit! He didn't even cry on the way home! Your staff was wonderful and your experience was evident. We thank you for taking care of our old boy so well - and, even more so (if that's possible), putting us at ease. I used to like them. I've taken my dogs there for awhile. The quality has really dropped in the last year. They never get requests right and they cut my dogs eye.Edit, they definitely cut my dog's eye. I'm really disappointed in this place. I used to recommend VIP, now we will steer people away.

Took my Yorkie here for the first time. Just needed a basic trim I even specified that ONLY trim up nothing much! I showed them a pic as well of how I want it. My poor boy looks awful with what they did. They shaved him COMPLETELY and cut up hair on his face all wrong. One side is long and the other is completely cut up. I wouldn’t go here again or refer this place to anyone. I’m really sad and upset.

My dogs have been groomed and boarded at VIP for more than 10 years. My baby dog prances right to the door and waits to go inside, and he is always "proud" of his new haircut when I pick him up. Happy dog, happy owner!

I wish there were 6 stars to give. After years of terrible to mediocre grooming experiences, we finally found a place that does a phenomenal job with our Goldendoodle at VIP. We dropped our dog off looking like a mess and picked him up looking amazing. We finally found our new groomers!

This is my go-to place for getting my pets' nails clipped. They will not allow us to do it, but Steve has serious skills, and is very kind to the scared pets. So thankful I found them!

I have been coming here for years and the staff here loves your fur babies almost as much as you do. I trust them even over boarding, etc at our vet. Love this place AND the owner does rescue!
