This place is so wonderful the staff is always very eager to help with any question and always so friendly. I highly recommend this place. Oh and they also will r having a pet mobile clinic on Feb 15th to help with pet needs at a very low cost. Photos posted of billboard.Wasn't to happy today, got straw and it was 7.59, lowes was cheaper. Plus the helper acted like she didn't want to be there, so I loaded it myself.

Just drove over 35 miles to pick up a rocking chair that I ordered. Got home with it opened it up and there’s a big shoe print on it. Totally pissed! my opinion. I drove all the way out there to get it. They need to bring me a new one to replace it. Just called the store manager , and she is sending a replacement to the Arab store. Thank you!

The employee I asked about availability of the dog food I buy, immediately went to the back and found what I needed. The only negative was checkout. 7 people, one lane and a lady asking questions that should have been referred to their customer service counter, not a checkout line.

Love Our local Tractor Supply Company. Definitely has best in plants and propane. I always shop here for my clothes as well. They are also great in carrying the dog food our pet eats. We had to pick up dog washing stuff bc our fur baby decided to dance with skunk. Our go to store for our furry family needs. Will be back next month.

Would like to give a shout out to a young man named Elijah there in the N. Parkway store.This is absolutely one of the nicest people I've evr met, he cares, and he will go out of his way to help you! I don;t mean just normal excellent customer service, I mean sincere towards his customers and our families!!My soon to be fiancee was with me & not feeling very well last weekend, and while shopping she stopped there in the middle of the isle to kind of re-gain her bearings, and Elijah noticed her struggle just a little bit before I had the chance to get over to her there in the store. He went to check on her at about the same time that I had gotten to her and the level of compassion and kindness that this young man displayed honestly touched our hearts & really set an impression on us that will never be forgotten! MInd you, this was on a Saturday night too, he wasn't out partying, he was at work, performing his duties quiet effeciently I might add, and I'm proud to have come in contact with this young man! A great inspiration to anyone he comes in contact with I'd say!Thank you Elijah, God Bless you, and whether you knew it or not, you touched our hearts!I will see you again my friend, Thank you!!!!Keith and Tammie!!!

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I may have concerning my dogs and my chickens. And EVERYTHING I always need when I visit the store is always in stock. And I enjoy the quality of various merchandise they offer and their clearance isle is always fun finds at half or less regular prices. I look forward to each time I'm in need of chicken feed.

Update: I went with my sister again today to the North Parkway store - what a different experience from the last time! We didn't do a online order pick up, instead we went inside to select her products. The staff this morning were friendly and helpful, and I even purchased a couple of items. Thank you Butch for making me smile and giving me a completely different view of this store!I went to the North Parkway store this morning with my sister who was picking up an online order. This was not the first time that I've accompanied her as she gets horse supplies there frequently, however this was the first time that the employees working the pick up were rude for absolutely no reason. When we pulled up to the closed, drive through pick up gate I gave the horn one honk to alert the staff that we were there for a pick up. Moments later a young male employee appeared to our right holding a cigarette and saying we were wrong to both park in front of the gate and for honking (both of which we have done in the past). He then went into the "yard" area and told a fellow female employee (in a snide tone) that we were there for a pick up. She eventually appeared with a pull cart with the order, which was almost completely wrong. She got offended when my sister told her the products were not the ones she had ordered (she showed me the order details on her phone, she was correct), the employee said that it wasn't her fault, the skew numbers were inaccurate. My sister (who has orthopedic problems thus the pick up orders) followed her back into the store to get the products that she had ordered and paid for. The employee was not pleased at being monitored, and showed her displeasure with her attitude. This has never happened before at Tractor Supply, and hopefully never will again.

Not happy with the Memorial Pkwy location. Tried to sign up for a subscription for Timothy Grass for my horses, order was cancelled with no explanation. I called, spoke with the manager, she said my order was shipped to the Athens store and she was not going to pay to have it delivered to the Huntsville store. I asked if there was an order coming soon and was told she didn't know and that she couldn't help me and added I was the ONLY subscription the store had. Which has nothing to do with me try to spend money at their store. Very frustrating. I explained I'm just trying to feed my horses and if there was anything I can do to get this grass and she said she didn't know. With ALL that said, the Scottsboro store was very helpful and although further, is my new store.

I purchased a Go-Kart Black Friday that was delivered to the North Parkway store, but it was sold to another customer. I will never spend another $1 with Tractor Supply. Also Never received a call from the District Manger regarding my situation it's been almost a week.

First time my husband and I went in and was greeted and offered any help. Asked for assistant on pricing outside of the store, gentleman came and greeted us and helped us with more detailed info and even checked us right out, no wait!!! Will visit again because of the friendly atmosphere and warm personal help from employees!!

I love the staff here. They are super helpful and always friendly and smiling. With that being said my husband and I were out on a ride a couple days ago, and stopped at this location to get a drink, and our horses were invited into the store with us. I also want to give a special mention to Jennifer, an awesome associate, who asked if she could give the horses treats. She went out of her way and purchased 2 whole bags of treats for the horses, just so she could give them treats like their doggie customers. She then gave us the bags of treats to keep for the horses.

Shop there often. Good service from staff. Always very helpful. Good selection. I had one bad experience with some garden tools I purchased from them. The tools had a limited life time guarantee. Two failed in about a year. Couldn't get them replaced. Said vendor was no longer with them. I let it go with that.

When I go here it's usually to buy chicken or rabbit feed, hay or wood chips. They are slightly higher priced than the Co-op, so I don't buy it here unless I have to. The store is well-stocked, organized and clean. The employees are very helpful!

This is my 3rd experience where I’ve run late to prior engagements due to Tractor Supply not fulfilling their agreement to have my hog panels and T posts ready to be loaded to my vehicle in a timely manner. I’m constantly waiting 30-45 minutes for this to be done and it is unacceptable. When you call before hand and spend a total of $1,300+, you should expect for things to be in order upon arrival.

Terrible service! Called ahead to make sure we could refill our propane tanks. Arrived at the store. Waited. Waited. Revisited the counter to have him paged AGAIN. Was told, I don’t know where he is.” Waited another 10 minutes before giving up. Guess who we should see walking out the door as we were leaving the parking lot. Yea - the guy we wasted 20 minutes of our lives waiting for - the guy TSC pays to NOT do his job. Went next door to Rural King traded out the tanks for less in a fraction of the time. My LAST VISIT to TSC!!
