Highly recommend The Wet Dog for any fur parent who is in the market for a groomer! We just got our shelter rescue baby last month, and she’s still very timid, so we were a little nervous about finding a groomer that would be comfortable for her. They have been absolutely just that! We got her groomed the first time last month, and Phoenix was absolutely great with her and when we just took her back again, she happily walked back with Toph without cowering to the ground immediately. My girl comes out happy, smelling good, and super fluffy!

Ashley at The Wet Dog did a great job trimming up my Border Collie, Wally, and grooming my shaggy Dachshund mix, Pickles! It was both of my dog’s first grooming experience and I was glad it was such a low fear/low anxiety environment for them! Scheduling was also a breeze and they didn’t take long with the pups either! Toph has always groomed Ginger, so I feel comfortable leaving her with him. He tames her mixed breed coat and brings her back to the clean white dog she is supposed to be. Plus, the grinding, the paw moisturizer, the toothbrushing is all included!

Amazing experience! My dog looks amazing, super cute shop, and Tophe was so patient and sweet with my energetic goldendoodle! Also helped bring my dog out to the car because I’m 9 months pregnant! Could not recommend enough.

He and his staff are the only ones I trust to groom my elderly poodle and mature Goldendoodle. He works around their special needs (and mine!). Having groomed them for so many years, he has helped shape their patience, tolerance and trust that extends beyond grooming to any hands-on procedure or treatment at home or at the vet. My dogs are better for having been in Toph Kovacs' care--and they look great, too!

This was our first time at The Wet Dog for grooming....AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! Toph, the groomer did a great job with.our Goldendoddle. The part I like most is its truly One dog at a time. No kennels,etc..my doddle is calm and chill,so this was the perfect atmosphere for him. I can't wait to go on the app and make next appt ...easy process..Thanks again for truly taking care of my baby Kyan...I can tell he loved it!

Toph was our shih tzu's groomer years ago. We just found out he is back in town and I took my cockapoo. They did a fabulous job with her!! No crating or staying for hours. My little high-anxiety girl came back home not seeming half as stressed as she normally did at another location.

Y'all if you're looking for dog grooming in Huntsville look no further!!We had a HORRIFIC experience with a mobile dog groomer about a year ago. I've been "grooming" them myself since and I'll just say they were "kinda lumpy looking" at best. NOT my forte.Scrolling thru FB I found Toph and The Wet Dog. They were SO kind and understanding. They let me stay and watch and comfort the pups for a while once they got started. Explained everything they were doing and why. Were just gentle and soothing with the dogs. AND THEY LOOK AMAZING!! The shop is awesome - tons of beautiful pet friendly plants and clean. No more embarrassing Mom haircuts for my fur babies!!THANK YOU TOPH AND JULIA and everyone at The Wet Dog!!
