Awful!! There was clothes all over the floors, aisles filled with merchandise not where it belonged. Finally found most of what I was looking for and then went to check out. Only thing open was self check out. I had coupons that I could not get the scanner to read. Asked for help and the one person working said I could pick up the scanner and do it myself. I am 70 years old and worked retail when I was young. Unacceptable! So I politely told her that she could do it since it was not working for me. She huffed and puffed, scanned two of the three and walked away. This store needs some onsite management!! I won't go back

Target has fallen. No longer a refuge from race-to-the-bottom big box retail. They now embrace it. There's a brand new store. Brand new sound system. Incorrectly adjusted and clipping audio. Nobody cares.

The aisles have stands in the way, so you have to needlessly wait for others to get around.The men's clothing section is about half the size of the women's AND it includes overflow from the shoe section. Then they are out of THE most common size, XL, in anything that isn't a hideous color (to be fair there were a lot of hideous colors).And they were completely out of all chicken except ground.Oh and the lines to check out were long and slow... even the self checkouts.And to cap it all off someone had sprayed silly string all over vehicles in the parking lot (including mine).

The most frustrating store ever! I went there for Christmas gifts and it was pretty much a waste of time. Men's clothing is in 2 different spots. They didn't have any nightgowns. They didn't have any sizes in either the Men's or women's larger than a xlarge. And they had around 50 different kinds of pasta noodles but only one brand and size of canned mushrooms! I don't think I'll be going back. It's too much trouble! I had to go shopping somewhat else to get what I wanted/needed.

Patty is very unprofessional! It doesn’t matter if a customer orders online or in store, YOU are still the face of Target period! My husband return to your location, from the phone I heard “there is nothing that I can do about your money” just plain unprofessional. From my husbands phone I asked for the corporate number and she replied “you can google it” Patty what are you paid to do? I’m not doing your job for you! I was given a FAKE corporate number guys. I guess you won that one because I did have to google the number! Target you guys need to get back to the basic with your employees. Professionalism is everything.

I tried to give target another chance. However, the associates are extremely rude. They blocked the middle of the isle only to have an inappropriate conversation. I said excuse me and they gave dirty looks because I was “interrupting” their disgusting conversation. I’m appalled. Taking my business back to Publix.

If you get something that is marked on sale make sure the cashier applies the discount. On multiple occasions we have had to double check the prices they are ringing up, they will just not give you the discount and hope you don't notice! I have grabbed items from the shelf clearly marked for one price then once I get to the cashier it is way higher. This store will try to scam you if you aren't on top of it. BUYER BEWARE

The recent renovation was painful to all, mostly to the employees I’m sure, but was well worth waiting for. The new store is beautifully laid out, has an amazing product selection, and all of the employees I have encountered are friendly and helpful.

I almost never stop at this Target location, because it seems to always be under construction (and still is), or low or out on some items I would look for. But I am happy to say an associate actually asked me if he could help me, and picked up some ground beef and strawberries. He was very nice.

Visited this location during a trip to Huntsville. The grocery section and in fact every other section was much larger than typical Target stores. They have a nice selection of locally brewed beer and the grocery section has a nice selection of gluten free and other sensitive dietary needs. I only stopped at this location for a few things we forgot that were needed during our weekend stay but the store was very nice and had everything we needed.

Remodel seems to be taking a long time. Not exaggerating. And fitting room attendant on her phone at opposite end of hallway of doors made it unappealing. I luckily found a stall already open and just helped myself. Seasonal split into two. Took way to long to find the two things I came in for. My weekly trips to target ended a long time ago. I will attempt again in another few weeks. So sad. I really used to love going just to walk and relax now it's very stressful

I only went in for margarine and potatoes, and of course left with way more but that's ok, I love Target. Everything was easy to find and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable some of the vegetables were. My only issue was the Team Member at the self scan checkouts. When I walked up, she pointed to an empty register without even speaking, and when I was done she wouldn't even make eye contact, told me to have a nice day in the most grumpy, monotonous tone. I wished her a great evening and went on my way. I honestly felt bad for other customers. I work at Target and I know how we are meant to behave around guests and that wasn't it.

I like target... I call it upscale Walmart or Walmart with attitude. LolIt has a very good selection of food and things for the home too. Prices are a little more than Walmart in some cases but lower in others so it's about a wash. Problem is getting help... I walked half the store looking for an associate before finding one.

This is the target closest to my home, so If I need items from target I shop here, however online pick up has went downhill, and trey is downright awful for customer service. Not only is he rude, but he also kept hitting my car. Please retrain, your employees.

Very amazing online ordering service.The way this works is:1. You place your order for pickup.2. You pay for your order.3. They accept your payment.4. They cancel your order for you.Then when you ask them why they cancelled your order they say,"I dunno why it did that, dude. Don't worry, you should get your money back in a couple of days. There is no possible way we can tell someone on our team to go ahead and fetch your items that you did not cancel yourself. If you want the order, you can just buy the items again in a new order o:"The customer service here is a joke.

Tara in Customer Service is very kind cheerful and professional.The lady in self checkout was very pleasant also.Great shopping experience!The management must be really great because most of if not all (at least all I have encountered) the employees seem pretty cheerful.
