Truck drivers with sleepers: if you’re coming here, please don’t be afraid of enclosed spaces! It’s tight and a blind side back. However, the staff here are SUPER helpful if you LISTEN to how they tell you to back up. They have two spotters if you need them. Take the help! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because this worked my anxiety big time lol

I was driving through Huntsville this week just so happened to come across this place. Told em I wanted 15lbs of white rocks for child's grave and woman said they were giving me extra. Got home and they gave me 35lbs free. I was so blown away by their generosity and want everyone to know these folks are the best!

They were great and very responsive to get materials to the job site but hopefully you order EXACTLY what you need because I’m now on my fifth call trying to get a pallet of blocks picked up so I can pour a new driveway and have been told multiple times that I’d get a call when the driver was on his way to pick up the extra. I’m now being ghosted when I call and I’ve yet to get a voicemail call back. Last one I talked to was John.

Howdy.....I've been running an Irrigation Repair company in the greater Huntsville area for 20 years now. I have been using Site One and it's previous name sakes (Century Rain Aid and John Deere) since 2000. The name of the company (ownership) may have changed over the years but it has always consistently been my go to place. Several of the current employees have been around for a quite a number of years. The knowledge that they know and share is invaluable to the everyday needs of the landscape and irrigation industry layman. If they don't have it they find a way to get it. Their prices are competitive and they carry a variety of name brand parts. During these trying times of COVID it's good to know that they are still trying to meet our demands and needs with the manufacturing industries struggles to keep up with new inventory. Kudos to the whole staff at SiteOne for making it a little easier to continue to operate with limited resources at this time.

This is not the same store that it used to be on Leeman Ferry Road. For 2018 you should 1-answer the phone 2-don't look so unhappy or aggravated to see a customer come in. Upset that I am off this week and you are working? I won't be back.
