I'm so glad I tried Scruffy Puppy. Carrie is so good with my Harley. She grooms him anyway I ask. He looks so good when he gets done and he loves her.i love she doesn't cage him, he gets to run around and makes friends with the other babies there. She's the best.

We've been using Carrie for 10 years for our dogs and we could not love her more! She does such a great job and usually complies with any specific requests that we may have. We definitely feel confident leaving our dogs at Scruffy Puppy because we know that they will be well cared for and come home looking (and smelling) wonderful! Carrie has groomed our dogs for several years. We have always been very pleased and have trusted our dogs in her care. A few weeks ago, one of our dogs had a medical emergency. Carrie was willing to let us know that our dog was bruised on his entire body. We had not noticed because he has longer hair and has long floppy ears. He showed no signs of being sick. Some groomers would not have brought to our attention, but Carrie was willing to step up and let us know. Our dog’s body was attacking its own blood platelets and his count was almost at zero when we got him to the vet. He had a platelet transfusion and is doing well. If we had not taken him to the groomers that day, we would have lost him. We are so grateful to Carrie and her sister for their willingness to step up and not ignore. They put our dog's well being first. Our family has moved to Fayetteville, TN in the last two years but we continue to take our dog's to Carrie's Scruffy Puppy every 6 weeks and will continue to do so. She is excellent. Thanks Carrie for taking good care of our babies.

Scruffy Puppy is by far the best groomer I've ever used. I have two medium Australian Labradoodles and people stop to ask where I get them groomed. She is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable groomer I've encountered. She truly cares about your pups. When my dogs see her outside of her business, they are excited to greet her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

So very nice and clean (seriously no smell wow that's refreshing) and my maltese loved it there, not having to be in a kennel but rather play with the other dogs. Highly recommend to anyone!
