I just tried to return some items at the Holmes store location. I had my receipt. They said they do not take returns for any items that are over 90 days old. But, I was able to call customer service and they were able to help me.

I was gifted a Sam's Club membership for the 1st time so we could try it out. We found a pool we loved for $449.00. a little less than a month later the price dropped $50. I brought my receipt in to customer service and she tells me I only had 7 days to do a price match. But.. I can bring the pool for a full refund and repurchase. Lady, you want me to load up the 300lb pool, bring it in, refund me, and then take it home again. Thankfully the manager didn't even bat an eye at doing the price match. "Karen" at the front desk needs to relax and use common sense for the best service of the customer.

I have made many attempts to call member services per their own advise diff times, diff days. Its no use. They have adopted poor practice of ignoring the phone. Better off going in person, just realize that not all customers have ability to do so.

I had an emergency with my tire and I rushed over here because the store in my home town put the tires on originally. It was a few minutes to closing and Nick (I hope that's his name,I couldn't read his name tag) was so sweet. He helped me out and fixed my tire so I could get home safely today. I'm forever grateful to this man. I know he had to stay beyond his hours. He definitely saved me.

Sam's is not only a good place to shop but a great place to eat too. With a hot dog and drink costing $1.38. A full pizza costing $8.98. You simply can't beat the prices.

I heard Gunny Hoyt is now the club manager at 4776. In all my almost-20 years of working for Sam's, I never encountered another manager who was more lacking in basic manners and etiquette than Gunny. Apparently, nobody ever told him it's rude to interrupt people when they're speaking because he did it to me all the time. No apology, no "excuse me," no awareness that he'd done something wrong at all. Or maybe his ego is just too great for him as a manager to deign to be polite and respectful to lowly hourly workers. From what I saw over and over and over again, that's the kind of managers the company turns out, almost as if they're trained to be that way. At the same time I heard Gunny had taken over this club, I heard a bunch of their associates quit because they refused to work under someone so rude and unfair. Now, if that's how their MANAGER, who's supposed to set the example, acts, how can you possibly expect any of the club's associates to be polite and respectful? Besides, Sam's is always looking for ways to get rid of entire departments of positions so they can give the Waltons and the rest of the board of directors even more money because the billions they already have aren't enough. Want a pleasant shopping experience with a company that will put money into your local economy? Shop almost anywhere else.

Second time in a month I have tried to call and order a cake. Cannot get the bakery to answer the phone. Ended up picking up a premade cake the first time, but I’ll try my luck at the South Huntsville location for this cake even though it’s much further from me.Store itself is okay. They’re rearranging a lot. Cafe rarely stocked with many options.

4/15 - Things are definitely getting better. We shop here weekly, and each time we're noticing more product on the shelves.Glad to see Sam's Club trying to get back no normal with samples and everything, but it's obvious even they got hit by the supply shortages.

This bulk supply shopping establishment is conveniently located directly off University Dr. & developed to easily locate & for ease of access to the facility. The warehouse/high bay style structure is a standalone construction with an enormous amount of parking available. The inside is very well kept & maintained given the sheer number of patriots that visit per day. Sometimes the lines can be super long at checkout but I've recently started using their app that allows for items to be scanned during shopping & offers the ability to pay upon completion making it possible to skip the registers. My wife & I have been members for years & always procure our daily consumable items in bulk from Sam's. The only reason I took a star is because I ordered online and my pick up time was 1pm. It’s 3:42pm and I’m still waiting. I look at it as not the workers problem it’s management. While waiting I went to the cafe got a berry sundae they were out of vanilla I used chocolate instead it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Jordan you rock…

Usually they are a 5 star for me...today meat was brownish. It has been on the shelf too long. Worse yet...got through the checkout line only to find the door check line was backed up past the fast food counter. This seems to be a reoccurring thing here.

Definitely needs some improvement. Never has pickup orders in time. Constantly doesn’t answer their phone. My pickup should’ve been ready yesterday and here we are almost 24 hrs later and is now saying it’s ready. Oftentimes I just still end up picking my orders up my self but they either need to hire more people to do this or cancel the pickup option because it never works for me. However, the pickup person, Preston on today was beyond exceptional. Definitely made the experience much better but kindly hire more people so you can keep the ones you have that are worth keeping and so customers don’t have to wait so long for their orders.

Stop firing employees for 5 points and you guys won’t have trouble keeping help..through all these snow and ice storms you still required your employees to be there.their safety and property doesn’t matter?just as long as they clock in..Do better and the store manager Gunny is a prick he treats his employees like dirt this man is not fit to run a Burger King more less a Sams! The lady in customer service in the afternoon shif isn't helpful. The membership agreement says customers are supposed to receive service no matter what Sam's Club we made the purchase. It's easy for her to say you didn't buy that here and send us to the Sam's Club in South Huntsville.

1 Star for customer service. One star added just because I like the store and prices. Pick-ups are never as they should be, tried today to call and ask a simple question. Phone rang and then just disconnected after 5 minutes the first 5 times I tried and then on the 6th, someone picked up and put me directly on hold. I finally hung up after 32 minutes on hold. I like the store, but the customer service is about as bad as it gets.

They keep well stocked, and the weekends are insane for samples, I've never seen a sams have so many of them. They never keep enough pizza up front, though, so the wait time for a cheap slice is sometimes 20 minutes.I've also gotten tires here and didn't have an issue they were very fair with pricing.

The curb side pickup and customer service is in the dumps! Those young men who bring your purchases to your vehicle are rude and need training. The entire process is terrible, having placed and order after 3pm and asking to have it ready for 6 and getting there at 6:20 and still have to wait is madness. Go inside and speak to one rep who immediately dismisses you and sends you to another rep who is totally clueless about anything and then finally getting to someone who can only tell you your delivery should be ready in a half hour or come back. You would think that having to pay to be a member and have the privilege to shop here would be different, but I seem to get the impression that Sams club could careless anymore about their customers and customer service. I'm pretty sure that many people will take their business to other locations like the new BJ's. I won't be making the mistake of using your curbside pickup service ever again!

After 6pm the cafeteria always runs out of food. This happened to me more than three times.I don't understand why they can have all items available at least until 6.45pm

Customer service needs improvement. I placed an order for delivery where over half of my items weren’t delivered. It has taken all day, multiple calls, and over two hours listening to endless ringing but I still have no resolution. One receptionist hung up on me while I was actively speaking and gave me a number for Spark delivery that when called said Sam’s club must communicate with them, not me. I spent an hour just now trying to get someone on the phone and had to give up without success. This is not the first time that I’ve had issues with this location but being that inaccessible by phone is not acceptable for a business.*Update: spoke with member services and apparently not even they can get a hold of this club! Please learn from me and do not get delivery if you aren't looking for massive annoyance and a huge waste of time.

I have tried to call the store several times and even tried the different departments, hoping to get a live person on the phone, but no one wants to answer so I’ll just let you know via Internet, your Nathan hotdogs I meant to bring it to your attention while I was in the store, but forgot till about halfway home but your hotdogs expired back in February.

I just visited the store today and had an abysmal experience. A cashier named Teah was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was unwilling to help and consistently made snide remarks and comments. I spoke to a floor manager about this. She said it would be handled but that's all I was told. It didn't leave me feeling like anything would be done. I haven't been happy about spending money in this store for awhile. I'd much prefer to go out of my way to the one on the other side of town.I hope management sees this and takes some sort of action.

Worst place to go to for automotive. I have never in my life been having such an awful time to get tires rotated. The people work there in auto has very very very bad attitude and talk like I shouldn't have came there. I wouldn't recommend this sams. Just ridiculous.

I’m a truck driver I got here at 9am on Saturday an hr before my appointment which is at 10am they have gave me a door and told me they would unload there product here shortly I have now been sitting in the dock for 2and a half hrs and still haven’t been unloaded I have called the store multiple times and the rude lady at the club member desk doesn’t answer and when she does she acts surprised that they haven’t unloaded me and says I’m calling them right now and still nothing happens and she leaves me on hold and doesn’t return I told them I have another appointment I have to make well apparently they don’t care cause I’m still waiting in the dock, I even went inside asking for the gm they won’t let me speak to him and turn me away. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and rude and when I call now no answer from them at all

Has great savings!!! I save over $200 a year on gas ⛽ after the membership fee over getting gas ⛽ at a regular gas station. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the membership fee went up to $50.

This store has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. We placed a pickup order which was delayed, no updates on that and were told they couldn't cancel the order after waiting 40 minutes to find out they hadn't even shopped the items yet. The order was supposed to be ready between 2-3pm and in fact, was not ready for pickup until after 5pm. Neither customer service in the store or at the 800 number could have cared less. Now they have almost 300 dollars of food that will go to waste when I can't pick up tomorrow and they have to cancel the order. Because they refused to cancel until 24 hours after pickup time. And they were keeping refrigerated items at room temp on carts that were sitting in the pickup area. I wouldn't go back and pick it up even if my schedule allowed.
