My husband and I.had a lot of fun shopping around.Great variety of items, some of them cheaper compared to.other store.My husband loved to buy pants carhart at very good price.I bought few camping chairs ,good quality ,durable and comfortable.I gave 4 stsrs only because there is no employees who can help.out on the floor.

Very large store that carries just about everything that someone would need in a rural environment, tools, groceries, clothes, shoes, gloves, weapons, automotive supplies...interesting place to visit.I wanted to revisit this store and ended up spending more than an hour exploring. So much stuff, so many aisles, I purchased a cup of popcorn, seedless blackberry jam, a shovel, and an outdoor thermometer. As I said before, an interesting place to visit.

Friendly, helpful staff! Very handicapped accessible. Huge selection of everything. Who knew you could buy such cute clothes? I bought a ski hat and mittens to stay warm!Loved it, and I recommend Rural King to others.

The only issue I had was language I could not understand they're broken English so I didn't know if I left enough cash on the table to pay for my food.I called back and I said that if you take out. It's 750 plus pound if you eat in. It's 12 something so they could explain it to me better over the phone than they could face-to-face.They said they were satisfied with my money that I had left all was good . I let them know that their restaurant royal king buffet is my favorite chinese place to eat.

Always happy to walk-around shop at Rural King! During the ice event in January, they put down deicer to help with entering the store safely and the staff showed up because they were able to despite weather conditions. Huge kudos to them for that dedication. RK Corporate should reward the ones who did.

Great selection and you can easily find a sales person when you need one. Plus they load your truck where other places you can't find anyone to help.

Rural King was one of my favorite stores when they first opened up and they stayed very busy since then until recently. On my most recent visit the store was more disorganized than I had ever seen it before with several items completely empty or lacking prices. The smell in the store is unpleasant and from what I’ve seen they have more animals than the staff can take care of. Speaking of staff they could use some more and overall the store just need to be brought back to how it was when it first opened because I genuinely liked shopping here until recently.

Good deals on Christmas gifts. Got some very well made clothes, a dog bed and a pistol. All on sale at a wonderful price.If you need something for your spread this is the place to check. Always something on sale there.

Rural King has sizes in clothing that other retailers do not have. They are efficient, friendly, and always well stocked. The free popcorn and coffee is awesome too.

Went tonight at 6:30 pm and it was closed! The parking lot had a bunch of cars and the employee parking lot was full and the signs on the door said they were now open Mon-Sun til 9 pm but that clearly was not the case. Three other customers tried going in while we were there and they couldn't get in as well. Do better Rural King

Always a problem when I go there. Bought two items and was told to pull up front and someone would load it. Waited forever and then went in and they said they only had one of the items and had to refund me and no one loaded it in my car. Happens ever time.

Visited the store today to check out fruit trees and bushes. There was a nice setup outside and a nice selection to choose from. I ended up buying a few blue berry bushes. When we went inside the store to check out a few more items, we naturally went to check out the chicks & ducklings. There was another customer waiting near the ducklings, obviously waiting for a salesmen to assist her.A young man wearing the Rural King vest entered the gated area where the chicks & ducklings were kept and asked the lady if she needed anything. She said she did, but she also had a few questions about the ducklings that she wanted to purchase. The worker didn't know. My husband ended up telling her a little bit about the ducklings from his limited knowledge of ducks. After getting the ducklings for the lady, the guy asked us if we wanted anything, and we replied that we were still just looking. So he left.15 minutes later, more customers started gathering around the chicks and ducklings, and we decided to go ahead and purchase some ducklings. We looked around for the young man who assisted the lady but couldn't find him. My husband and I decided to walk around the store for a little bit to see if he would return.We walked towards the back of the store and saw that young man driving a forklift while sweeping the floor with a push broom. Instead of sweeping up the mess on the floor by hand, he was reversing and driving with the broom. We could hear him spinning the tires and basically just horsing around on the forklift.After 15 minutes of looking through Rural King's gun selection, we went back to the ducklings to see if we could purchase any. There were a lot more customers there at this time. The young sales associate was back by the gate talking to a customer, but before I could get his attention, he was gone again. Another 10 minutes went by, and then a young sales associate named Alyssa walked by and saw the large crowd of customers. She walked up and asked if anyone needed help, to which I replied, yes please.Alyssa helped me get two Pekin ducklings. Sadly, there was a little duckling in the bin that had passed away but was just left in the bin.I was happy to buy my ducklings but sad that there seemed to be quite a few deceased animals in the bin along with the live ones. Aside from the deceased duckling, there were two chicks from two other bins that were deceased. I'm keeping an eye on my ducklings and hoping that they'll be ok.

Good prices, they carry some things I can't get anywhere else, but their customer service needs help. Placed an online order for pickup "ready in an hour or less!" Dropped in at 1.5 hours and stood at the service desk forEVER while clerks walked by, promised help, called someone else to help, determined my order had not been pulled or even acknowledged, called someone else to pull it, waited on that person to get done bitching to another employee about having to pull it, and then finally, 30 minutes total later, someone pulled the order up on a cart (4 heavy items) and just... Pushed the cart to me and walked away. I'm a Senior, would it have killed them to offer to help load it? Not a good experience.

I was really impressed at the sheer volume of stuff here. I'd guess the prices area on par with Tractor Supply, maybe a little higher then Lowe's or Home Depot. But everyone seemed nice.

Rural King is a fantastic store that I always look forward to visiting, especially since we don't have one back home in Kansas City. They offer an extensive range of items, often with great sales and reasonable prices. It's a delightful touch to receive free popcorn as you walk in. The grocery section is well-stocked with various treats and goods, and they even have live animals (birds and rabbits) for sale. Their decent gun selection adds to the appeal. Overall, Rural King is one of my favorite stops, and it easily outshines its competitors in terms of fun and variety.

Pretty much always great to visit ... especially when you have a kid that is baby chick obsessed. All is well organized and stocked, though do wish there were a few more treat options for goats as there was only two last time we went looking (yes, I know they will eat anything/not picky but like to get them something special/different like we do for horses, cats, dogs ... even chicks.) ... oh, and can't forget the popcorn as soon as you walk in too! 😋

This place has a huge inventory of home and farm supplies, but if you need to check out in less than 30 minutes, you might cross the parking lot to Tractor Supply.

Great clean and well stocked Rural King! It’s a 1.5 hour trek for us, but worth it for certain supplies. The baby ducks were super healthy!

8/28/23 - I'm very pleased with the service I received today at this store. I've never shopped here for anything before, but luckily I was referred here for a car battery. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Shaun. He assisted me by carrying the battery to the front of the store and also with the installation of my battery. I'm a woman so this was a lot of help! I was able to get a BRAND NEW battery with a 2 yr warranty for only $60 with tax included. I've never seen prices like this for a car battery and I'll never shop anywhere else for one.

We love Rural King, especially the one in Albertville. Jenn the Mgr, Corie, Cynthia, Will & Kyle, they were all great!!!!! I love the selection, and they have things that we can't find anywhere else! I just wish they were closer! Alysse & Laura in Huntsville were awesome, too.

Some of the best variety of chicks I have seen. I travel from Murfreesboro, TN regularly just to come get chicken supplies...and of course pick up chicks.I stopped a couple of weeks ago and didn't think I was at risk of getting any more because it is late in the season and they didn't have many left. The employee asked what breeds I was looking for. Low and behold he had a Polish and two silkie off in the back he sold me at a discounted price due to their age and recovering from illness. I was overjoyed. These two are best friends and inseparable.

Found what I was looking for very fast everything listed so you can find what you need. This was my 1st time in the store I will go back I didn't have time to look around at everything. Can't wait to see what all they have. Got 2 beds for little dog and big dog they love them.
