Every time I have a little time on my hands it's like a tractor beam pulls me in to Ross. I check out the little technology corner (usually find something myself or the kids can't live without for the great price lol) then I scan the shoe wall where I always see unique styles from familiar brands (most annoying inventory alarm system on the planet BTW sheesh). Then I head over to the tool/gadgetry area with a swoop through the "man stuff" area. Usually leave with 2-3 items feeling as though I could find no better value. Love this place. Best prices on clothes too. Hard to beat!

Selection isn't great but I do find stuff I want each time. The plus size section is picked over, especially the dresses. Tiny selection of purses. If you go at lunch, prepare for a ten minute wait in line. They've usually got one register open only. Not sure why they bothered opening one up again on this side of town if its not going to be better stocked.

They have a variety of stuff; clothes, shoes, purses, bookbags, outdoor goods, cookware, kitchenware, luggage, etc. Prices seem to be reasonable.Friendly and helpful staff, clean store and bathrooms. I would definitely shop there again.

Went to Ross today to exchange a few items I got, I went sometime last month but the things I got didn’t fit how I wanted to because I am currently pregnant. I did have my receipt so I just wanted to exchange I walked around and shop a little and got a few items, I then got to the register at first she was okay then she got an attitude asking where is the Ross tag I then stated to her I’m not sure I thought everything was in the bad, she said she can’t return the items even though I had my receipt, I worked at Ross a few years ago so I knew the protocol for an exchange, she stated to me that things changed I was upset at first, because she was like well call the 800 number on the receipt, I rolled my eyes. I was on the phone with my friend and she was even shock about her answers. I then stated that she can continue I’m going to get these stuff in my basket, she started to have an attitude and told me I need to calm with the attitude, I was like I don’t have an attitude trust me! So I then asked the other employee that was close by can she help me instead, she then went to the back to call Kathy or Katie the store manager. At this point the line got really long, she then came back and I was telling my friend that my back n feet hurts she got an attitude mind you I was not talking to her she started to get really upset and kept talking I was like look lady not today, long story short mind you I did mention I am pregnant I am currently 5 months pregnant, I was getting ready to leave and she then said to me “good luck with that baby” I immediately got upset because YOU DO NOT SPEAK ON SOMEONES UNBORN CHILD EVERRRR….. I was furious tears came to my eyes… I then asked her for her name and she tuck her name tag in her shirt, little she knows her employee ID was on the receipt that she exchange! She is suppose to be an assistant manager! Great example! I really hope and pray they don’t sweep this under the rug because this lady has no clue what I’m going through or went through with my pregnancy for her to speak about my unborn child.

The item had no tag so the lady just made ish up and charged me that, came back a few days later and they re stocked with tags- she charged me $15 for a $5 item.

Check your pricing before you cash out! I was charged $24.99 for a pair of jeans marked $14.99 and they removed the price tag just after ringing them up.

I found this Ross much more tidy and organized. I would go here again. Can't say the same for most Ross stores.

Disappointing for a newly opened store... low stock, not many shoppers... I was expecting it to be more busy on a Friday afternoon like its competitor in the same area. Merchandise was not arranged neatly.. I went in the 1st time, looked around 5 minutes and left.

I went there around 8/9 pm yesterday. I live very close and got excited Ross was in the same building as TJ maxx. It was not busy. The whole time i go to the cosmetic section and i notice this Mexican guy talking on the phone. I go to the bag section he is in every aisle with me. Then it dawned on me that it could be security. This made me very uncomfortable considering the place was pretty empty. Please find better ways of getting thieves instead of letting people follow customers in every aisle. I just gave up looking for gifts for my family,paid for what i had and left. It felt so good to be out. I’m not going back unless i have my husband with me.

It was alright. Pretty well organized for a Ross. Lady that was manager wasn't very friendly, but she was making the workers actually work which I thought was good. Prices were all over the place with some good and some astronomical.

Everything is new, clean store, well organized, great selection, new products all within date, friendly staff, the manager was nice. It's a busy strip mall location so you may want to plan to shop during slow times. The parking lot is a strip mall with lots of traffic so drive carefully

It's a smaller Ross with limited options, especially in shoes, but it's ok depending on what you are looking.

Went in and shopped around for little while. Nice store and parking lots are too tight to park your vehicle but otherwise, it's nice.
