Went into Roses just now to try to get a Christmas tree. Online it says 7' Fraiser Fir trees are 29.99. I get there to get one and they are ringing up 49.99. I let them know what the website said and they were still trying to get me to pay the 49.99 or get a different tree. Most definitely will be calling corporate for false advertisement. This is the store on Oakwood in Huntsville, AL.

This place was horrible. The attitude that the cashiers and managers had was absolutely horrible, I’ve never met so many rude people in one store. I guess cheap stores hire cheap service. If you want customers to keep coming back, maybe hire people who are actually friendly. If you’re going to work in customer service, then learn how to work in customer service. If it was an option I would’nt have given one star. I will never be back. But I’m sure they’re happy about that!

Cashier was rude, after I placed my item on the counter for her to ring me up, her cell phone rings, she answered it and act as though I wasn’t there. I had to pick up my item and take it to another register and even though the cashier had turned off her light and was going on a break she took the time to ring me up. This place seems to be getting worse and worse when it comes to customer service. 😒

I go to this store pretty often and it's usually fine just a bird in the store when they leave the doors open, but today when I went no one greeted me no one asked if I needed help and when I was in the back of the store by the Lawn and Garden supplies I heard a noise and I turned around and there was a mouse. And no one did anything about it, it seemed as if they knew and didn't care. I won't be visiting again, even if they get rid of the birds and mice.

Great prices n great staff. Been there a dozen times n never no problems. Really good selection of stuff n cheap. Name brand stuff at discounts!!😁 Friendly employees there n really helpful on helping you find stuff.

This place is so very nasty the bathroom is never clean 😳smdh😬 the business need to be shut down or get someone in there who's going to keep it up cashier are very nice but the business need fixing reason why they can't keep cashiers the only paid $7 and some change an hour the whole store need to be redesigned organized too it's very clutter the bathroom needs to be done all over again the toilets never working the doors don't locked it's a shame to see a business in that condition but still open to the public really

I love going to Roses just to see what new shipments have come in! I am a Betty Boop fan and I occasionally am pleasantly surprised to find Betty Boop sandals, t-shirts, purses, wallets and sweatshirts! And on Weds., they offer 10% off your purchase to folks over 50 years old. Roses offers a large collection of clothing, shoes and more for children, teens and adults! And they sell everything you need for your home at reasonable prices!

My mom took me to Roses a couple of weeks ago and to my surprise I like this discount store. Also, to my surprise were the clothes, some of them were JC Penny brand and I purchased several items at a nice discount. I will return!

I stopped by Roses today looking for some boy's pants. Roses is quaint variety and clothing discount shop, some very good buys, especially for men's clothing...my mother likes to find bargains on tops and dresses. They gave a lot to offer from clothes for men, women and children, to televisions, CDs, auto, household appliances, cleaning supplies, etc. It's like a small Walmart..!

I worked there for a week and it was the worst experience of my life.The manager Gary is a c- minus manager at best.Dosen't work at all and wants everyone to break there backsAll for 8.25.He is always harassing the workers and from the people that have actually stayed there.They said he's ran 50 people off since January.I can believe it wanted me to sweep the whole floor,and clean the bathrooms with paper towels.And he always was breaking wind and just kept going like he didn't care.I won't even shop there again as long he is there

You have the most rude cashier & store manager at 200 Oakwood make sure you have the right understanding zip code 35811 !!! Been there twice this week I had too leave the store with doubt the items I was going to purchase because of the attitude you will not be rude to me and expect to get my money

If you plan on working here, dont. The upper management is shady; they will use you and mislead you. They will say anything that you want to hear with no follow through. If you put you 2 week notice in, they will let you go that day. Very unprofessional.
