I really love Publix supermarket.... I love the store. And I love the staff... There all are so nice. A couple of them.... We have become friends. And we love the store. I wish the prices would go down... We all need that. And thanks for asking, if there anything the the staff can help me.... I like that, when I getting sprites and there a the top selve.... I have a hard time getting them down. But someone most of the time. And I love that the store are clean.

First time coming here. Very organized. Hot food looks delicious and desserts do too. Just moved here and this one reminds me of the one back home in TN. Self checkout would be good addition to the store. But either way, I will start coming here from now on.

Way to go, Publix at Winchester Plaza! It's Christmas Eve, and I've been in the store every day for at least a week. No waiting in line! Shelves were fully stocked each time! You all made a ballet of the Christmas Mash, complete with smiling employees. Well Done!

I love this Publix, but here's the reason for only 3 stars. 2 nights ago we bought a box of cooked wings from the deli, but got home to find that nearly every wing in the box still had lots of feathers attached, including the downy part of the feather, and one had so many feathers that if you put it back on a bird it might could have flown.But that alone is not the reason for 3 stars. We called to let them know and that they should check their boxes of wings for feathers. They kindly said they would refund our money, so tonight we were going to attempt to have Publix fried chicken again, but being gun shy the attendant was asked to check the boxes which again revealed wings with feathers.I'm not shocked at finding a feather or 3 on some chicken because I've found a few before....several times, but I am shocked at finding nearly every piece with lots of feathers, informing them about it then returning 2 days later to find them still selling chicken with feathers left on it.Tsk tsk Publix....y'all are better than this!

This is my local Publix and I really enjoy shopping at this location, they staff are always friendly and helpful and the lines to checkout are usually quite short so it’s a pleasure to shop here.

Love the store, dislike the pharmacy. The people at the pharmacy are not the friendliest and can't fill all of your prescriptions. Made three trips last week for four prescriptions that the doctor sent to them. They act like they don't receive them, then they say ok, found it, we will fill them in about an hour. The pharmacy needs new managers and retrained workers . Tearable pharmacy. Good grocery store.

Meat department is always stocked and ready for business!!! There are so many great deals and choices to choose from. Whenever I can't find what I need or need a meal suggestion they always help me find what I need or recommend something else!!

I love this beautiful store. Every cashier and worker greets you and smiles. The store is clean and the atmosphere is like walking into a home....family like. This is my go to for that good feeling supermarket!!!

I don't shop at Publix often, and more often than not you see reviews of bad customer service however, I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. I had the most positive experience today with a young cashier my receipt says his name is Ethan he is the kindest most outgoing young man I have encountered in a long time. He's a hard worker who enjoys his job and it shows.

Subs are delicious but they only have one associate working when I ordered online. I ordered at 4:45pm and I’m still waiting for my order at 6:03pm… the scheduled time was 5:25pm. I even waited until 5:30 to go pick it up but only one of the 3 subs were ready. In-store customers get priority apparently; it should be first in the system.

Always the best employees. Quality of meats can't be beat. The butchers are always helpful. I've enjoyed getting to know the employees through the years and when they transfer a favorite manager to another store I will sometimes go look for them to say hi

Let me first say the 5 stars is overall for ten years of each time I’ve been in, the greetings and each employee ask if they can help you find anything! It’s always stocked and the best quality is the fact they are almost the last of the quality and full service in every department! I love getting our ribeyes cut exactly how we like them, fresh seafood to choose from and the choices!!
