Publix procedure is top tier, next to Aldi. I mainly shop for the buy one get one free products that they post Wednesday. Sometimes on the holidays it won’t post on a Wednesday or post on a different day so always check the app for sales. If you don’t wanna buy two of the item then instead of buy one get one free it will just be 50% off that one item plus you could also add a coupon if you can find from the manufacture of the item on sale

I absolutely love this store. I stop by every week to get a few things but wanted to brag today because 2 employees at Publix were so helpful. The first guy worked in the meat department. I was looking for some ground chuck with an expiration date of March 10th or later. He actually came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. When I told him what I was looking for he immediately found it for me. The next guy was in the chips aisle stocking the shelves. I was looking for the new Cheddar Goldfish Crisp Crackers and they didn’t have any. I asked him about it and he ran to the stockroom and found them for me. Everyone that works at this Publix off of Zeirdt is extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

I have always had nice service until today. The cashier AUBREY did not say hi or thank you but to the caucasian lady in front of me she greeted her and thanked her. I don’t get it, I know good workers are hard to find but that is no excuse. Needless to say I will never go through her line again because it’s obvious she have issues and improper training.

Customer service here is great, theyvhelpes us get my daughters special Formula put on order for her baby and have it come in regularly. Clean store very helpful staff have always been courteous.

Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Prices are not very competitive- one needs to time their visit on BOGO days. Using BOGO specials, I have been able to snag some better deals (better than big box stores).

This Publix location leaves a lot to be desired. Having gotten accustomed to the location on Hughes, in comparison, this new location has poor customer service. Staff seems to be less concerned about customers, not even having the decency to offer help or just simply greet you. Also there are rude cashiers. When cashing out with my wife, my wife asked a cashier not to stuff three packages of mix bag salad into one plastic bag and to add it to a new bag, to which the rude cashier had the audacity to say to my wife “really it’s like that?”, which my wife quickly answered right back and said “yes really just like that.”Nonsense like that customers shouldn’t have to deal with at Publix. Please train your staff to respect for your customers.

I have to share my disappointment in the quality of the produce at this store. Several times I’ve purchased romaine, grape tomatoes and mixed baby greens and had to throw them away or get a refund because the produce is horrible. Is there a produce manager?! At the premium prices they charge, I expect quality!! So here is another example of rotten tomatoes which were purchased yesterday. This is beyond unacceptable.

Their staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. They also usually have a great selection of hot food. I don't recommend getting seafood as it often tastes freezer burnt.

Publix Store #1629 at Zierdt and Martin Rd is just a delight to shop at! All the staff are super friendly and courteous! I believe store management fosters an environment that generates superior customer service! From day one that this store opened they have been wonderful.One of the checkers is especially delightful — positive, upbeat, friendly and professional as she checks out your groceries — her name is Mavis W and she made my day today — I seek her out whenever I shop there because I am sure I will leave happier than when I entered the store!

Stopped in today and "Allison" went out of her way by going into the cheese bin and grabbing some Havarti to slice up for a sub sandwich she made for me. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back!! Awesome attitude too!! :-)

It's a bit pricy, but all the employees are super nice. While I was only in there to take a quick look and grab some necessities. I did like some things their bakery, produce, and deli offered that weren't really like generic stuff seemed nice. Overall, the store doesn't offer everything (imo) that a normal bigger grocery store would offer. If the store was slightly larger and offered more products, I would probably rate it as a 4.3 stars (if possible)

Great new store that is only 3-5 minutes away from our house, but the prices are not the best unless you stick to the sale items. We are spoiled from the commissary and also compared to Walmart. But the store is awesome for deli and organic items as well as lunch and dinner served there. Love the pharmacy for most basic scripts, and their customer service is the best!

Love it. I ordered a sub platter online and it wasn't ready when I got there to pick it up. It was an honest mistake with the order. I told them don't worry about it, but the manager went over and beyond. They made my platter for no charge. 🙌🏾
