Love the grocery store and the pub sub even more! Stopped in early one morning and grabbed one of the world famous pub subs on the way in to work while traveling here in Huntsville.Great pepper turkey and Colby jack pepper cheese. Awesome sandwich.

I've shopped here for many years since it's close by. The store itself is always clean and items are easy to find. I would rate 4, maybe 5 stars, but there are two major issues I have with this location.1) The employees at this Publix are consistently some of the most unfriendly and uninterested Publix employees I've seen. They rarely greet customers with a smile, offer to help them with carts, or do anything more than mumble how much the groceries cost. It's not really the kind of customer service that I expect from Publix. During my last grocery trip I didn't see a single attempt at a friendly greeting from an employee. I could just feel how much they would rather have been doing anything else than helping me. I get it's not the most fun job ever, but it comes across as unprofessional to just stare at customers with a blank face all day.2) The second star off comes from the times I ordered anything from the deli that was late or not made to order (which was pretty much every time). I gave up ordering from the deli when they made me wait for an hour for one sandwich a few months ago.It's probably still better than the average grocery store in the area, but by Publix standards, this is a sub-par Publix location, as the management doesn't seem to hold very high expectations of the employees here compared to other locations.

It took over 45 minutes to get two subs made. They seems to never be prepared to make them or there's is someone left on their own with no help or really any idea about certain subs that are offered. It's a good thing they are amazing but sheesh why does it take so freakin long!? With no one else in line!!Produce that is labeled at keep refrigerated are put on non refrigerated displays, so of course the products don't last long once bought. You can see the humidity built up on green beans and berries sitting out. This is just a huge door for mold spore and other potential food borne illnesses, the produce manager said it's corporates choice. The claim that they are moved each night is a lie as well. At that logic you might as well have raw meat and dairy sitting out as well.Usually everyone is great at this location compared to others.

I had the worst experience at this Publix from the deli an hot food section! First when I arrive to place an pickup an order that I call in two day earlier, I received nothing but bad attitudes from the staff. it started with the young lady making my sub an continued with the other lady about picking up my wing order that was not ready nor had been made an couldn't be made because they didn't have any more wings there was no type reconciliation an I was just left there standing finally a manager arrived and made it seem like it was my fault they didn't have my order still no resolution the young lady making my sub did not use the correct weight for of meat for the sandwich an when I commented on it I got even more attitude that she had to be corrected like she was doing me a favor this is not a store that I want to or will spend my hard earned dollars again

Stopped for a deli sandwich for lunch multiple times. Several black ladies in the deli act like I'm bothering them to ask for a sandwich. And I'm a pretty cheerful polite gentleman. They must really hate their jobs!

Placed an online deli order for a Reuben sandwich to be ready at 8pm. Wasn't ready at 8pm. I shop a bit and go back to the deli and wait. Finally at 8:15 I am acknowledged by someone from the deli staff. "Oh we cain't make that". And they tell me they called twice to tell me this yet I have absolutely no missed calls. Customer service at this publix deli has become quite farcical. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Just wow!Their customer service is beyond terrible, the manager has no clue what customer service is, I'm a regular customer I order bread everyday from them, I needed to get some more so I called ahead to see if they had any, the lady on the phone said she would put them aside for me. When I arrived they didn't had them ready for me, so they sent me to the deli department they had over 20 sub rolls on display, when I asked if I could get a dozen of them or at least 8, she said they can't sell them because they need them. The cocky manager arrived and said they won't sell it to me, its insane how terrible their customer service is, while I was waiting I saw 3 workers on the line and they were as slow as you can think. Keep in mind that they had a line of at least 6 ppl and they didn't pick up the pace at all... PUBLIX YOU REALLY NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSANE!

This public's market is a great place to shop! Even during the holidays they have everything to fill your basket with. The customer service is excellent at this store. It's handicap parking and handicapped accessible in the store. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetable choices as well as meats and if you want wine with dinner that can also be purchased at the store.

After much confusion, I picked up cake. 12/24/23. At our Christmas gathering, I opened cake. Cake was not level, one side was much lower!Taste, very bland even with all raw fruit on top and within filling. I did notice, didn't appear employees were as friendly as was they were? No, with other bakery options. I would not use publix again for amy of my occasions

July 2022: As always Publix is a 5, however you need to remove the Hebrew National Beef Salami sign as it has been empty for months. I always check because we were getting them in Florida.Feb 2022: As always Publix is the best place to get your groceries.September 2023, great.December 2023, great as always.

Went in on a Saturday to get some fried chicken, but I did not have any ready. I had to wait over 30 minutes on a big ball tonight. It was between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. Not late at all.

Publix has a lot of things fresh and organic. The fruit bowls are amazing. I like the salads, and deli fresh sandwiches 🥪 😋

I wish that this Publix had the mezzanine area like the Publix in Athens, to sit and eat and would be awesome if it had an "Publix Cafe" with private labeled coffee and sweets from bakery! But otherwise it's a beautiful store with beautiful staff and service!

Publix has some of the best cooked and ready to eat food or there. Their soups are amazing and their steamed shrimp is so good almost at the whole pound myself lol.

Ordered gender reveal cake for my husband and I. Young lady in the bakery let me make changes to the cake design and made the experience painless. Cake was ready on time, adorable, and tasted great. (Cake topper was our own)Store is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and cashiers were so sweet to wish us well as we left with our cake. Keep up the good work, Publix!

I really enjoy shopping at this Publix. The staff is nice and always surprisingly helpful. My daughter and I stop in more often because they have an excellent selection of Sushi 🍣 in their seafood section. The store is always clean, and once when they had a power failure in the area the employees warned customers before entering the store that they can only buy from the non-perishable items, so you didn't waste your time. Great store!

The employees are friendly and the wait times are usually short. Any time I’ve needed help finding something, staff have been very helpful. Returns are handled briskly. My only quibble is that on several occasions, berries in the produce section have been moldy, so I’m always careful to look through a package of strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries before I buy.

I like to grab pickup from the deli a few times a week. The day crew is usually pretty awesome, so is the evening crew, but because of end of shift duties and slightly more of a crowd (longer lines) recommend going for lunch or earlier pickup. I also noticed that in the back of the store they have ready to cook meal kits. I tried the butter chicken with my girlfriend and it was amazing! Pretty good wine and beer selection too.
