Waited longer than expected after ordering online, toasted sub when specifically asked not for toasted. Other than that, I genuinely love getting subs from here. They're delicious. This was the first time my order was incorrect.

Product is outstanding. Prices match. There are bargains speckled in. Each department has A deal in it just have to find it 😊. The ONLY place I know to find soup bones in town. We freeze them and give to our dog... Keeps him busy for HOURS. Also I know that Publix donated an awesome amount of food to programs that feed those in need year round.

I go to Publix because their store is immaculate, their shelves stocked and their meats and poultry fresh and carefully packaged. They ha e fresh vegetables and fruits as well as packaged "Meals For One", my go-to meal and Sushi!

I’ve been coming to this Publix twice a week for the last 3 years with my small pup, she rides in a wrap carrier against my chest since she’s only 5 pounds, on Friday night I came in with her and a few employees even said hi to her, but when I got to the check out line some older lady who was standing behind the young girl checking out yelled at me and came over to chastise me about having a dog. She asked if she was a service dog and I said no but I calmly told her we’ve been coming there for years without an issue and she said “oh so you didn’t see the big sign on the front door?!?”, and I truly did not notice it. I kept apologizing and saying I understood the rules and I offered to take my dog to the car and she said “no, but do not EVER bring her in here again”, it was just so over the top nasty and I was nothing but nice and apologetic. I’ve never been treated like that at Publix, everyone is always so friendly and helpful and I was so embarrassed by the scene she caused I cried when I got to the car. I’ll still shop at Publix because I’ve never had an issue before this, but I’ll probably just drive to the twickenham location for awhile. I’ll ask that you have a little more compassion next time. It was an honest mistake and the rules apparently just changed due to an incident in Florida , employees should give people time to notice the new sign and be more understanding when we don’t.

Kelly at the Pharmacy and her staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. They have always made my experience at Publix great, and have gone out of their way to make sure my scripts are filled timely and correct. I could not give a higher recommendation to this store, as it is always kept stocked, clean and well lit. They have what you need and provide better service than any other store around.

It's clean and well stocked, and the produce is good. They have a bunch of options for ready-to-eat and just-cook-it types of prepared meals. All the stuff I've tried at the bakery is really good.Going mid-afternoon is terrible because it's usually really busy with people with absolutely no awareness of their surroundings, but that's not the store's fault.

The store overall is wonderful, but I've noticed the last few times when I purchased their mangos , they've been less than desirable. The last ones I purchased, I had to throw them away, because they were in rotten once I cut them open. The price has gone up, bit quality is way down. This used to be my go to store for them-not anymore.

i went into this publix and left my dog in the car with a window cracked, was in the store for approx. 7 minutes, came out and an elderly employee was at my car window messing with my dog, as i approached, she told me that i was in the store for much longer and that she was looking for me (lie), she said ‘dont let me catch you back here’ ‘you shouldnt have a dog’ and ‘ im calling the law’ , i asked for her name, she wouldnt give it to me, and hid her nametag as i walked past her to go into the store to talk to customer service. customer service said they couldnt help me and that the assistant manager would be there at noon, i return at noon and they said hes still not there and that hed be there at 1. i hope i get some help to resolve this issue because its the grocery store half a mile away from my home and now i feel unsafe going there.

We waited for someone to come and help us. One gentleman was preparing a sandwich for a customer and the 2 women were just standing there talking. Lady in the deli/chicken area was really rude and dry. She didn't even give us the amount of tenders we asked for. So I gave my son what was meant for both of us. The tenders were probably sitting there for hours dry and not hot. Don't recomend..

I am noticing that my review done on July 23rd is missing! I ordered 3 pasta salads to cater my husband’s birthday party on the same day! Was scheduling to pick up the 3 pasta salads at 9 am and was called by Publix at 8:15 that morning to be told that none of what I ordered arrived on their delivery truck that morning! I am still very upset about this and haven’t returned to this Publix Store since that time! The manager of the store shrugged her shoulders and just didn’t care! I don’t appreciate my previous review being removed! And I expect this review to remain or I will keep posting! I have spent lots of money at this store since it opened and I don’t appreciate the way that I was treated while attempting to celebrate my husband turning 70 years old! This was unacceptable!

I love shopping at this store. The parking garage is a cooler alternative to a parking lot anywhere else, and they have everything I need. Great sales and very helpful staff, too.
