I have never shopped at this store until the other day when I got an order from DoorDash to shop then deliver from here. It was 11 items and a couple of them were double quantities. Anyway, as soon as I walked in the staff greeted me and then one of the staff asked me if I needed any help. His name is Alec and let me say that he was absolutely amazing 🤩 He helped me by actually leading the way where everything on the shopping list was. Because of his outstanding customer service I was in and out very quickly which as we all know time is money when you're a shop and deliver driver!!! So thank you Alec, and pOpshelf. You need to give this man a big raise ♥️👍

I purchased online to pick up in store from 2 locations. 1st time to both and they both were super clean, smelled amazing with aromas when walking through door, friendly staff, and order was ready. I glanced around and fully stocked with nice items for extremely low prices! Would shop there again and I do recommend

Always a great place to shop at whether its to pass the time, you are looking for a gift, or if you are in need of something 9/10 Popshelf has it! Theres so much to look at and yet the size of the store is perfect so you arent spending hours and hours in there like other department stores. Plus, everything is priced great!! And they have a public restroom.

Always love shopping here. You can find some beautiful things to fix up your home, and not spend a lot, especially if you're on a budget. Associates is a extra, always speak to you, willing to always help. The store stay clean, smell good, nice and neat. I have nothing bad to say about Popshelf..

The layout of the store? The colors? The item selection? The product displays? LOVE LOVE LOVE. I was sort of not into the idea of popshelf, as a huge fan of Dollar Generals. I was worried popshelf wouldn't carry things I'd be into, and definitely not for prices I'd be into. I was wrong! The store rules, and the help I received at this location was wonderful. They helped me find so many tiny little things I was looking for while planning a wedding. Go check it out!

First time visit and it was a pleasant experience. I was surprised to find the selection of items here. It reminds me of an upscale dollar store-or the American version of a Daïso (Japanese dollar store). Upscale because of the uniformity, neatness and cleanliness.My daughter enjoyed looking at the summer toys and knickknacks. Meanwhile, I had a lot to look at on the beauty aisles and the food products for sale. They sell my favorite popcorn for about $.30 cheaper than Target too so that’s a win ;)It’s self-checkout but the employees are present and very polite. 5 stars!

Visited the store in TN for the very first time. Very impressed with the colorful layout, the unique items for sale, and the very affordable prices. I want one in Ogden, Utah! Looked up a Forbes article on pOpshelf, agreed with the reviews, and understand why it is rapidly expanding.

OMG. Such a good, fun experience. So much good stuff at really low prices. The employees were nice and helpful and there was such an energetic feel to the place...but that may have been my excitement. Definitely a place I'd recommend and one to which I'll definitely return.

I went in today during their BOGO sale and asked 2 different ladies if the items I was interested in specifically were included in the sale to which I was told it was. I took my time shopping for my items only to get to the register and the majority of what I purchased wasn’t apart of the sale even though I took items from the shelves marked with the signs. Not to mention some of the items I purchased rang up as a penny as I was told they cousins sell it to me. First and last time shopping there.

Interesting store, has a little bit of everything from home stuff to groceries. Everything I saw was under 10 bucks. Good for small decor stuff. Self checkout only drops it a star for me, but worth checking out.

The store was 👍 But the customer service was terrible! I went into the store to get a couple of things. No one was up at the front at all. I called out for someone for about 5 to 6 mins.That's not customer service. If you are busy, let the customer know that you will be right there. Don't leave your customers waiting, and if you do leave the front, be alert and responsive to your customers.

I ordered an item, on Halloween eve, to come pick up at the store a few hours after I placed the order. I get to the store and they were unable to find that order, turns out it was canceled from the store side a few minutes prior to me coming inside. After we (sales associates and myself) discovered this they did direct me to my next closest option.
