My dog has been to a vet before and we were told he did such a good job! He is just a puppy so I can understand a few things but for you not to able to take him back because he needs improvements is just wild to me. The lady was rude from the start so we won’t be using PetSmart grooming ever again. She didn’t even cut him how we wanted to clip his nails!

Received excellent assistance from Julie yesterday. She played a key role in helping us choose a hamster during our first visit to the store. A friendly and helpful lady greeted us, and Julie showed us various hamsters, guiding us to find a friendly one. We selected one, and we're truly grateful! Thank you for the new addition to our family! ♥️

I go to petsmart at least 2 to 4 times a month. Most employees are nice but the one lady that always has a brace on her hand is very rude. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be in a customer service.

I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Dead fish every tank. To me as a lover of all animals. Fish r animals they need to have the same respect as our other furry and feathered friends. Some of these fish r sick...but u still sell them. Some of these fish have been dead for days.

Brought all 3 of our dogs to take pics with Santa! Was very easy to reserve a spot online and the staff was very friendly and professional! They used our personal cell phone to take the pictures, but took several and even let us try different poses! We went last year too, but this year they blocked off a special area designated for Santa pictures! This was helpful so that our doggies didn't get distracted as easily with passerbys! Thank you PetSmart and the employees for doing this!! It's becoming a special holiday tradition we get to do with our furbabies!

I attempted to order a dog kennel online for pickup. The order wouldn’t go thru but my card was charged. When I called the location to ask about it the woman that answered was rude and mean. She acted like I was just bothering her by asked me where my 100$ for the dog kennel was or if my order had went thru and the computer was just incorrect. It doesn’t pay to be rude to your customers. Especially with the economy like it is. People aren’t spending money left and right so you would think making sure your customer is happy would be the thing to do. Guess not.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dog was injured there, he needed to undergo sedation and received several stitches- what the vet identified as a minor surgery all for what should have been a bath and full groom service. The negligence and lack of accountability is unfathomable. I question the ethics of how this location does business and recommend an investigation as well as training for all employees involved. Hopefully this is not how corporate approves of their branches treating customers and their fur babies. It’s beyond disgusting.

Took our little guy in to get some shots and a checkup at Banfield in PetSmart as well to set up a grooming appt. Everyone was great , helpful and friendly. It's the first time we've used either location before and look forward to a great comfortable and reliable location to handle all our pets needs.Update: Took the little guy back to see the groomers and WOW they did a fantastic job. He was a mess and now he's clean and happy ! I am absolutely happy with the appointment. The groomers were nice and informative. The reminders they send are a huge plus, as well its great that it can all be done through the app. I will take him again to make sure he stays comfortable and cool.

I really enjoy my shopping experience at this location! The sales associates/ pet lovers are almost always smiling and so kind. My cat is not just a cat to me; he's my fur baby and my son and I want him to continue to grow healthy and strong. Petsmart makes it possible with their premium brands and even their quality brands that make it affordable and possible to ensure that your furry family member is eating good and growing strong.I suggest looking out for their deals and promos by signing up for their Petsmart perks loyalty program. By doing that, you'll be notified of promotional deals, upcoming events, and all sorts of offers while earning points to redeem for cool things. Not to mention, they mail out coupons and savings and there's almost always some sweet deal going on in-store and that helps to stock up and save.Last, but most definitely not least is the opportunity to check out the lovely little creatures in-store that you can see. From fishes to birds and from guinea pigs to kitty cats: they have plenty of life form to stop by and see! This location is convenient for those travelling on Hwy 72 and is located near an abundance of shopping centers. If you're ever shopping for your pet/family member, I suggest stopping in!

I use PetSmart in Huntsville on University for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and my pet looked and smelled amazing after the grooming session. I appreciate the care and attention to detail they showed, making it an awesome grooming destination.

I love the sales they have. We got a foster puppy that had red mange so she was mostly hairless so we went and stocked up on puppy clothes. The selection of the pet supplies is great and all of the employees we talked to seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The kids really enjoy looking at all of the fish and reptiles, oh and the kitties; can't forget the kitties. The pups love to chose their own snacks and chew toys.

Booked dog grooming for small dog. Arrived and was told it would take 4 hours. Why bother to schedule an appointment when they triple book your time slot. We canceled and left. Very disappointing with this location.

Always, always, always the most welcoming store period with a huge selection and excellent customer service. I will happily spend a little more money here on certain things, as the service and expertise are worth more than money can buy. They love and adore my precious fur babies and always make a fuss over them when I bring them inside, which I would shop there for that reason alone. I highly recommend PetSmart to every pet parent. The icing on the cake is their tireless work to have homeless pets adopted to a safe and Loving home!

I've attempted to make two grooming appointments without success. I had to reschedule the first appointment and when I arrived I found they had no record of the new time. I decided to try again and made an appointment for the following week and called to verify and was told there was no record of my appointment. I think the front desk needs to be retrained so that's it for me. It's not worth the hassle.

I always buy my monthly cat supplies at this location. Store is always stocked and animal enclosures are clean. Employees are nice. Seems there's always a dog or 2 getting groomed when I'm there. I also have to visit the adoptable cats. The cats are different ages and colors. Adoption is a really good deal too.

Well. I went to buy a Beta, I was a little confused about something's, but a very nice associate helped me and answer all my questions and concerns. So, needless to say, Poochie, is happily swimming in his own aquarium. Thanks for the help. I will be back for more dishes, along with my filter and other accessories needed for Poochie.

3 stars because staff that was available was friendly and place was nice and clean and well put together. Minus 2 stars because why online and on the store doors does it say you close at 9 but I go in to purchase a single fish around 8:20 and I’m told the store isn’t selling any pets right now because they are close to closing and denied me to buy it. Now I would understand if I had came in at 8:45 or closer to 9:00 but it was only 8:20 and I had tried to rush and get there after work just to purchase this single fish. It was also stated that they were short staffed which is also understandable I guess but the store wasn’t busy at all and it would have taken less than 10 minutes to purchase said fish. Im just very upset with the fact that I rushed to get there before it got too close to closing for the store and was denied to purchase one single fish. I’m not sure who to talk to about it but if you cannot provide service to customers your doors need to be closed.
