As a groomer for over 20 years now, I'm happy to call this store my employer! The customers have all been very welcoming and kind! Maybe I should move to Alabama! This dogs mom was so happy I didn't have to shave her sweet darling of a dog! She was nervous at first but once she settled down she was a wonderful guest!

The young man that works there was very helpful with helping me get everything needed for my fish. Also, this store has a great treat selection for dogs and he helped find treats made for bigger dogs. Love that the store is always clean and that they have knowledgeable staff.

The store manager Tina is rude and unfriendly to minorities. She talks to be staff like they are trash and beneath her. Petsense needs to do better . I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office.

This was my first time visiting this groomer and needless to say, I will NEVER return. To make a long story short they hurt my pup!Upon entry at the visit he was checked before grooming for any injuries or concerns I had. Nothing! I get him back Sunday afternoon and he seems fine. By Monday night he’s fixated on his tail. He’s biting at it and yelping.By Wednesday afternoon I’m doing a thorough check of where he’s biting and it’s his tail. They cut my dog. I have a pending vet appointment and will update then!The store is being rude and refuses to issue me a refund. To be continued…

Always has what I need, but $16 for ONE frozen rat??That is insane with the price gouging. I can get 3 frozen rats, same size at animal Trax for that much.The prices here are absolutely absurd.

The employees are awesome but the management is not. On multiple occasions the store manager has been very rude to her employees where customers could hear and see. I can only imagine what’s happening behind closed doors. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who’s been made uncomfortable by these actions.

Asked to hold animal and was told no, i get it, just not the way i was told no. Also trying to get crickets is a chore. Sometimes they have them.

Highly recommend...very helpful and knowledgeable about products/services. They love on your animals while you're than..and are happy to help. Very patient and kind! I had an issue with my transaction and kept trying to get the items I needed for 2 days. She was nice enough to put my items behind the counter to save them until I resolved the issue to come back the next day! I can't remember the woman's name but she was amazing!!!

Please update temporary hours on google. I just checked that you still close at 8 but there's a paper notice on the door stating otherwise. Now I have to drive all the way out to Petco and I really don't have time for that.

The store is really clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, the cashier is unprofessional and a tad rude. Every time my family come to this establishment we never receive the warm welcome other patrons have upon entering the store. They're very short with us when asking them for assistance and it's very noticeable and unwarranted. If you can only be professional with certain "types" of customers maybe find a different career where you don't have to be around people with diverse backgrounds and cultures.

I have been promised that a Manger would be there before they closed. She was never there. From what I have seen the Manger is always in her office or in the back or the bathroom. The employees seemed to always be walking in eggshells when she is there. They kept telling us there will be a Aquatic restock it didn't happen till the district Manger was there to fill in for her, loved him.The employees are awesome but the management is not. I was in line, a German Shepard, turn and snapped at me. The management said they can't control every dog that barks. Look, this was more than a bark it was a aggressive attack stance. You should be able to go to the store as a customer without fear of an attack.

This store cannot keep a groomer for some reason. The new groomer they hired quit after a week. If you need a groomer go somewhere else.

Charity and her assistant did a wonderful job! My Flat Coat Black Lab is shiny and very handsome!They were extra kind as he was a little nervous ! Spectacular job!
